I was assured that even though that would put me past the date the deposit was due, it would be fine, but I have still not heard back. So I decided this was a glimpse of the type of service they provided, and I didn't want to take that gamble on my wedding day. It was probably just the person I was dealing with, but I ended up finding another company with nicer vehicles, so I went with them instead. UPDATE In response to the owner's comment on my review. Thank you for replying on the knot for all to see. Now everyone can see first hand how you respond to an unsatisfied customer. Although emails were replied to, I do expect phone calls to be as well. To clarify, the times that I called were at 1:40P and 12:11P, not at 8 and 10p. Although one was on a Saturday, ironically that was the call he answered. It's ok he couldn't talk, however, do not say you are going to call me on a specific day if you aren't going to do it. I'm glad you show faith, but on my end it looks like you guys do not stay true to signed agreements. The last thing I need is for you to come back to me saying I didn't give a deposit, so therefore you will no longer be providing these services. PS I did indeed find a competitor who matched Odyssey's prices.

night of our wedding, there was a ton of falling snow and the roads were slushy but our driver arrived on time to transport guests to and from the hotel to the venue. He was very nice and even shuttled my brother-in-law to McDonald's to pick up our late night food. Odyssey Transportation is very affordable which was a huge plus especially on NYE when everyone else was upcharging! I would highly recommend them for any event transportation.

t we rented it for 5 hours. We were a little nervous because the company uses other companies buses and drivers so we didn't know exactly what it would like but it was a really nice white bus with black leather seats and two sets of tables with seats turned to go around them. The itinerary wasn't properly communicated to the driver through Odyssey though so once I got on I had to write out the actual itinerary with drop-off times and locations for the driver. He also told us as we got on the bus to head to the reception that he was already late to his next event, which shouldn't have been since we were supposed to have him for another 15 minutes.
