The Village is a unique space with multiple levels and rooms, and Danielle knew every detail of it inside and out. She had worked there many times before and had strong relationships with the venue team and vendors, which was invaluable. Even though we technically hired her for “day-of coordination,” her work began months in advance. She set up calls with all of our vendors, collected contracts, scheduled walkthroughs, and reminded us of every detail we needed to stay on top of. Her online planning system was so organized and included our rehearsal dinner and wedding timeline down to the minute, as well as digital floor plans that allowed us to map out everything with our florist, DJ, and other vendors. On the wedding day, Danielle and her assistant were absolutely incredible. Because our celebration spanned multiple spaces across two floors, with a ceremony, cocktail hour, and a non-traditional cocktail-style reception, there was a lot to manage. Danielle kept everything running seamlessly, making sure the event flowed perfectly without ever feeling rushed. Her calm, steady presence was such a gift; she handled everything with grace and professionalism, so we could truly enjoy our day stress-free. While Danielle was a bit pricier than other coordinators we considered, she was worth every penny. The level of detail, expertise, and peace of mind she provided was unmatched. We cannot recommend her enough. If you want a coordinator who is organized, proactive, and a true professional, Danielle is the one.

What could have been stressful ended up feeling smooth and effortless because we trusted her completely.
