We booked Kristi and her team from Off the Griddle for our wedding in May of 2024, and they exceeded our expectations! We chose a variety of heavy hors d'oeuvres and charcuterie boards for during our cocktail hour, and a pasta/salad bar for a buffet dinner. Our guests raved, truly raved, about the food! I had so many people ask me who catered, because it all was so delicious! The jalapeno poppers, stuffed mushrooms and fish tacos specifically were a huge hit!
My husband and I didn't want a cake, so late in the game we asked Kristi to make us a creme brulee. She made a beautiful and delicious one that was the envy of our friends! I appreciated the extra mile she went for us! And, as an extra gift, she presented us with a "Mr. & Mrs." cheese board with brie (which is my personal favorite), and placed it on our sweetheart table. What a beautiful gesture!
I asked her to make a specific gluten-free hors d'oeuvre table for my dear friend who is highly allergic to wheat. When my friend saw the table, she was overjoyed! "That's all for me?" Kristi made sure it was full of deliciousness, and I was so happy with the results!
We also hired her and her team to bus our tables. Honestly, I hardly noticed their presence, because they did their job well! That's a great sign in my book! Overall, they were very accomodating.
We had 30 no-show guests, which meant we had way more food than we needed. However, hardly any of the hors d'oeuvres were left over, and we mostly had leftover pasta and sauce, which we froze for later meals.
I highly recommend Off the Griddle for any catering needs! The food is delicious!
