We had multiple people say that not only was this the best wedding meal they’ve ever had, but the best meal in general they’ve had in a long time! As natural foodies, we went in depth reviewing every item. The appetizers we requested were all incredible. We had bourbon bbq meatballs (highly recommend), jalapeño poppers that brought us all back to childhood cookouts, spin dip, bruschetta, and an amazing charcuterie board. We loved the assortment of cheeses, jams, meats, and fruit, and it tasted just as good as it looked. Now onto the dinner! We requested a salad bar with about ten different topic options and four different dressings. It was everything we dreamed of, and our guests really enjoyed being able to create their own salad! For our meal, we had honey garlic salmon, Sicilian chicken, and a beef tenderloin carving station with green beans and potatoes as sides. The green beans were one of the stars of the night. Even people that don’t like green beans were a fan, and people that liked green beans were mind blown by the flavor. The potatoes were also seasoned and cooked to perfection and went perfectly with the meat options. The chicken was so flavorful and tender. The only complaint we got was actually a compliment - someone who likes bland food that said it had too much flavor. The salmon was cooked to perfection. We had some salmon fanatics saying it was some of the best they’ve had. And to the star of the show - the meat carving station. The tenderloin was cooked to perfection. We had so many people say that they wish they could’ve ate their entire piece, but were so full from filling up on the other options! Having that option at our wedding was a dream come true, and have it taste incredible just put the icing on the cake.
