Off the Route Events is a mobile bar service based in Walnutport, PA. We are the B's, Brandy and Brielle. We are long-time friends that met in middle school, graduated high school together, and are now watching our kids grow up and grow into the best of friends year after year. Our love for party planning began with our kid's parties, then expanded to a passion of event planning for others. Our creative minds then took us to a renovation of a horse trailer and a tear drop camper into mobile bars. We want to bring the party to you and your guests ! Off the Route Events covers the Tri - State area (but will travel), and currently offers a crew of two mobile bar options: The Tipsy Traveler and The Chilled Camper. We have so many NEW, awesome things coming for 2023 that we cannot wait to share with everyone. Including, our expanding crew by one more horse trailer and a champagne cart. We do not provide the alcohol per our state laws, but we do provide a shopping list for all your alcohol needs, as well as all the bar essentials. We provide the bar napkins, drink ware, straws, ice bucket(s), mixers, and garnishes. Did we mention we provide bartending services as well?! Let us plan and service your next event for an experience you and your guests won't forget. Sit back and relax, we got this !

Omg I cannot tell you all how great off the route was for our wedding! We booked them for their mobile bar services and they were truly amazing! I had a horrible experience with another bar vendor and these girls came through and saved my weddi...

ng. They were so easy to work with and helped so much! They came up with delicious cocktails and mapped out the drinks for the night. They had cute signage and decor that matched the vibes of the wedding. So many of our guests kept telling me how much they loved the bar! Definitely book them, you will not be let down!

Hands down the main attraction at our wedding in October!!! Everyone LOVED the trailer and honestly the whole experience. Would recommend to anyone that is looking. Don’t miss out, book them now!!

Long time besties with a passion for bartending, event planning, and trying new drinks. It all about the experience for us! With our birthdays only two weeks apart we’ve decorated and celebrated them together every year. From birthday cake martinis on our 21st to beer on tap in our mobile bars, we are ready to travel and help you celebrate your next event. We are more than excited to be on a journey of business together, and provide quality service behind every balloon and drink made!!
