My wife and I found Off the Vine at one of Rancho Guejito’s wedding vendor meet and greets, and we are insanely happy that we did! When Brian welcomed us to his property in Ramona to do our tasting, he greeted us as if we were family. All throughout the planning process with him that didn’t change. At the tasting, we were blown away at how high quality the food was and the flavor profiles were exquisite. We decided to serve caprese skewers, mahi wonton crisps, and autumn delight Crostinis during our cocktail hour and they were a hit! For the reception, we really wanted to do a family style dinner so that our guests could interact with each other more. Off The Vine offered this at little to no additional cost which is pretty much unheard of from other vendors. We opted for the herb lemon chicken, herb grilled tri-tip, with a side of garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables for our main course. Our guests could not stop complimenting us on how good the food was! To round it out, we went with the chocolate cookie dough cupcakes and red velvet whoopie pies on our dessert table and we didn’t have a single one left at the end of the night. Off the Vine also sourced our bartenders for us and they were friendly and professional the entire night. The service staff also was very professional and super friendly and Brian himself even found us and congratulated us on our marriage. We could not have been happier in our choice to go with Off the Vine and highly recommend them for anyone looking for incredible food at a reasonable price!

Off the vine has THE best food! Hands down the best choice you can make for your wedding or event. Brian and Alexa are fantastic to work with, they help you every step of the way in deciding a menu. We used Off the vine for our wedding back in May with 120 guests. Our guests still talk about how delicious the food was, not just dinner but they remember the appetizers from cocktail hour. Off the vine was able to accommodate my aunt who has a severe garlic allergy and it was the first time she’s ever attended a wedding where she could eat food at. If we lived closer we would go every Friday to eat their food at their Friday night cookouts. I can not recommend them enough!

Services Offered Off The Vine Dining offers catering in a wide range of cuisine styles, and our culinary team works closely with each client to design the perfect menu for their special day. Our offerings include dishes inspired by American, French, Italian, Mexican, and Latin American traditions, along with high-quality seafood options prepared with care. We are happy to accommodate a variety of dietary needs, including gluten-free, organic and grass-fed options, as well as vegan and vegetarian meals, ensuring every guest can enjoy a delicious and satisfying dining experience. Our team provides delivery and professional setup on the day of your event, along with cleanup services afterward. Service options include buffet, family-style dining, or a plated dinner with dedicated servers, depending on the style and atmosphere you envision. Buffet Style: Our standard Equipment/Labor/Operational charge covers our most common buffet style of service where your guests hold their own plates and we serve them in a buffet line. Family Style: A family style service is where your guests are seated at a table and large serve bowls/trays are placed on their tables for them to serve themselves at their own tables. This style of service is an additional $3 per person upcharge. Plated Style: A plated dinner is similar to what you would experience at a restaurant. Your guests are seated at a table and my team will prepare each meal maticulously to the desire of your guest from another location and bring it out to your guests who remain seated at their table. This style of service is an additional $6 per person upcharge. Delivery Style: We delivery ready to eat food to your location at a time you request with everything needed for your guests to enjoy a delicious meal on site. As a San Diego native, Brian has enjoyed creating memorable experiences in the restaurant industry for 25+ years. He’s learned that the necessary ingredients for a happy stomach is maintaining high standards, providing great customer service and offering a flavorful menu. At the heart of Off the Vine Dining is authenticity, friendliness and love. This is evidenced by the close relationships that Brian and his staff have with each and every guest who comes in contact with them, for they believe that, “When you’re dining with us, you’re family.” When you try one of our creations, don’t give all the praise to Brian just yet. After a lifetime of shadowing his biggest role model and his most inspirational chef, Brian credits his father with all he knows as he, "Learned from the best." When Brian is not grinding with Off the Vine Dining, you can find him creating memories with his amazing wife Alexa, their daughter Harper, and their fur babies, Walter, Cabbie, and Athena. Brian credits Alexa for turning his life around, and states “She is hands down the best thing ever to happen to me, and I thank God every day for her entering my life”. It is Alexa that introduced Brian to C3 Church San Diego Central Campus, where Brian’s life has been radically transformed since surrendering his life to God. Here is where you will find Brian every Sunday as he has the honor to cook for the worship team, whom he credits with healing his heart during his moments of greatest need. While God is the centerpiece of the Beechler household, wine and food are a close second! You can find their family wine tasting around San Diego county, Paso Robles, or simply hanging out at their beautiful home relaxing and enjoying mother nature; of course, with wine and food! If Brian is not doing either of those things, you can usually find him at Petco Ball Park enjoying his favorite pastime. If you see him around, be sure to say hello! Cheers!

even provided fresh flowers and eucalyptus for their spread which amazing given how much money I spent on flowers! We had their grilled chicken and chocolate chip cookie dough cupcakes amongst other yummy things and they even grilled it on site! The smoke was such a cool feel for our rustic farm style theme wedding. We even booked their super cute Tap Bike Cruiser to serve our drinks from.
