Husband & wife team Andy and Katie started Offbeat Macarons in the Summer of 2023. Katie, a former elementary school teacher, began baking macarons to relieve some of the stress of teaching. After years of baking for friends and family, and perfecting her craft, Katie decided to make the leap and start the business full-time. Shortly after, Andy joined her, and they've been making boutique quality macarons, pies, and cakes ever since.

We hired Offbeat for our wedding because we know it's really good stuff. Our dessert table had some other big-time local favorite bakeries, but these macarons were easily the star of the show! They were gone so fast that my wife and I had to split one lol. Definitely should've ordered twice as many as we did.. Seriously consider hiring Offbeat. They're very easy to work with, punctual & professional. And our guests are still talking about their desserts 3 months later!

Best macarons in town. I ordered the macarons and served them as wedding favor. My guests love them - perfect balance of creaminess, sweetness, and tartness.

Offbeat Macarons & Sweets were amazing to work with for my bridal shower! They accommodated my food allergies and were able to make three flavors for my party! They were able to make gluten free macaroons and created a special raspberry cheesecake flavor since it is my husband and I’s favorite! Additionally, they made a tray for the actual shower and did party favors that included three macarons to go! Everyone at my shower said the macarons were the hit of the party and glad they got to take some home! Couldn’t recommend them enough!

We got macarons from Offbeat Macarons for our shower and they were a big hit! They were great to work with - timely, communicative, and friendly. We've tried many of their flavors and each is better than the last. We will definitely be using them again in the future!

These are hands down the best macarons I've ever had, all 4 flavors! They're as pretty as they are delicious. Working with the vendor was easy, and the delivery was right on time for my bachelorette party. Such a nice touch to the appetizer table!

Offbeat Macarons was such a pleasure to work with! They made thoughtful flavor pairing suggestions and seasonal selections. The cookies themself are beautiful. Our guests were raving about them, we were just sad to not have leftovers!

We had Offbeat Macarons at my shower, and it was the best decision! It was extremely easy to submit my order, and they arrived on time. The macarons looked great and tasted even better. Multiple people commented that these were the best macarons they’ve ever had! We had French Vanilla and Dark Chocolate Raspberry, and people took them home as party favors. Thanks to Offbeat Macarons & Sweets for helping to make my day so special!
