Official Clutch Band is a collective of wedding musicians based out of Birmingham, AL. Specializing in an array of musical genres, this 6-piece ensemble has been entertaining couples and their loved ones since the early 2010s. Serving milestone events across the Yellowhammer State and further afield, the group aims to enhance your celebration with an unforgettable accompaniment. Since their formation in 2011, Official Clutch Band has been charming wedding-goers with their energetic and soulful performances. Band leader Timothy Huffman III is passionate about keeping audiences on their feet and cultivating his ensemble’s unique sound. The group plays a variety of instruments, including guitar, bass, percussion, piano, and saxophone. They were bonded together by their love of music, and their distinctive reinventions of classic tunes are sure to delight and endear your guests. Official Clutch Band cover songs from the Jazz, Gospel, R&B, Rock, and pop genres. Versatile and adaptable, they can tweak their repertoire and performative style to suit your wishes. They are willing to travel to your once-in-a-lifetime occasion, and can bring along professional sound equipment. As well as live music, the band offers DJ and lighting services.

es. My husband and I waited a very long time for a demo of our first dance song and we did not receive until the week of our wedding. Luckily in our case it turned out fine but it was quite stressful. They also DJ our ceremony and a few of the songs were wrong. Again not a huge deal and my husband and I just went with it but it was not what we asked for. All in all, they did a great job. Timothy is super sweet and I truly believe they are a great band. People have been calling and asking us who they were ever since our wedding.

He found a violinists and saxophone player for the ceremony and cocktail hour.
