He then combined them into one story that we got to hear together with our guests for the first time at our wedding. It was so magical and we loved hearing it. He has such a friendly personality and he set the perfect tone and mood for our wedding. Everyone we talked to afterwards raved about him and said how amazing it was and they loved the little details of our story that they didn’t know. After our wedding, he handled dropping off all the paperwork so we didn’t have to stress or worry about anything.

t favor any particular religion. Danny was very accommodating and made the moment special. We wanted a short wedding and just wanted something like 10 minutes long. Danny was honest and upfront and said he doesn’t do 10 minute ceremonies given how he prefers to officiate. While not what we wanted he said the best he can do was about 30 minutes. His honesty, knowledge about handling a license, personality, and uplifting mentality is what sold us on him officiating our wedding. He did a great job. He definitely did what he said, and that was tell a love story about me and my wife. I will say the only thing we would have preferred differently was my wife’s brother’s wife was in our wedding as a bridesmaid and had a newborn, and he did begin to cry during the ceremony. Danny suggested the baby be taken outside. We would have preferred her to stay and to just continue on with the ceremony. I believe it came from a place of concern for us as we didn’t want kids at our wedding, and mentioned that to him, with the exception of direct family. In the moment hard to say anything and what to do. If anything I would just have thought of mentioning ahead of time of that possibility (child crying), and make sure what your wishes are. I highly recommend Danny for any officiating that you may need whatever your occasion be!

We found Danny through his website and he did an incredible job bringing our vision to life, including a wonderful speaking part allowing PJ to still be part of it. He had a great list of ceremony elements for us to pick from and we ended up choosing multiple we wouldn't have thought of on our own, including a wedding time capsule that exemplifies our shared love of travel and a "warming of the rings" portion that was perfect for our intimate ceremony. We were able to meet with him in person on our first trip to Asheville and it felt like we already knew him by the time the wedding came around. Through the detailed questionnaires he has the couple fill out independently, he wrote a beautiful ceremony that told our love story so well. He even gave us a keepsake binder with the full transcript of our ceremony, which will be so nice to look back on. We really can't thank him enough! It was nice to have such a reflective tool in the midst of so much stress of wedding panning.
