Quality of Service: Colleen was absolutely a delight to work with and I would definitely recommend using her services . She was super organized and mapped out my mom’s wedding from beginning to the end. She provided helpful documents such as examples of vows to use and a questionnaire for my mom and her fiancé to get to know them which allowed her to craft a ceremony script that was specifically tailored to them. I would rate her quality of service a 5 out 5. If you need help planning the layout of your wedding ceremony, Colleen’s services helps to take the stress off you when planning as she outlines everything for. Everything that was discussed in the contractual agreement was executed perfectly. Responsiveness: With regards to responsiveness, I would give Colleen a 4 out of 5. She was reachable by phone and by email. She did take a little longer to respond back via email but she always answered her phone when we called. She coordinated zoom meetings to discuss immense detail of the type of ceremony my mom and he fiancé wanted. Overall Colleen was pretty responsive pre-wedding, day-of, and even after the wedding. Professionalism: With regards to professionalism Colleen was super professional. She was extremely sweet and reassuring. She knew how to run a wedding from begging to end and her experience put my mom and her fiancé at ease. Every interaction with Colleen was great and extremely informative. Value for Money: Compared to other officiants that we research, Colleen had the best pricing and value for your money. She actually helped my mom and her fiancé out as they had to seek her services last minute due to the fact that the pastor they had secured could no longer perform the duty to marry them. Colleen services helped settle the anxiety felt by my mom just by talking to my mom prior to officially securing her services. My mom feels that for the price she paid, Colleen was definitely worth the money. Flexibility: Colleen did an awesome job in adapting to the issues that occurred during my moms wedding. She knew how to gloss over the issues by using comedic relief while at the same time keeping the service flowing in a professional yet fun way. She was also flexible with regards to taking our unscheduled phones if we had questions and she would provide detailed explanations. She also would encouraged us to make any changes to details that we did not like and made the adjustments with no problem. She even came to the wedding rehearsal and stayed past the original hour to ensure everyone knew their roles. Colleen was super flexible I would give her a 5 out of 5.

Colleen was beyond amazing! She is a master at her craft and was such an integral part of our wedding day. Leading up to the event, she communicated regularly and took the time to get to know us so that she could curate the most personal and meaningful ceremony that was exactly what we had envisioned for our special day. Her knowledge is endless and so very helpful! She was professional, understanding and caring. She went above and beyond to answer any and all questions we had and provide us with information that we didn't even know we needed but proved to be helpful. Colleen officiated mine and my wife’s elopement on 08/23/2023 in Lancaster at a beautiful park. Our elopement was planned kind of last minute and Colleen made a beautiful speech for us to get married to. She was very welcoming when we met her, and very supportive being that this was an LGBTQ+ elopement. Would 10000000% recommend using Colleen’s services for your marriage needs.

Planning & preparation was done quite well, but unfortunately Colleen was not punctual for the rehearsal nor the wedding ceremony. Also to note, my MIL’s name was announced incorrectly during the ceremony & I was given a binder instead of the vow book I had requested to hold for personalized vows. I did, however, very much appreciate the script we established together after very helpful prep work & her bubbly personality. Would still recommend, just sharing my experience honestly.

Simone delivered an exceptional, well-written speech with grace and poise. She was great to work with leading up to the ceremony, as well. She filed our marriage paperwork with the courthouse in a timely manner, making it one less thing we had to worry about. We are so glad we sought out a professional!

My husband and I worked with Colleen as our officiant. She helped us to incorporate our own views, as well as some more traditional elements, to develop a ceremony that was both special to us and engaging for our respective families. She was very organized and worked well with our videographer and photographer so they could capture special moments during the ceremony.

We had Colleen as the officiant for our wedding and she was so amazing to work with. She had two packages to pick, a simple one and a more in-depth one. We went with the simple package and were still amazed at how much detail and care she put into our ceremony. She really gets to know you when going over all of the details for the ceremony on the initial consult. She asked so many questions about our relationship, and used all of this information to create a beautiful address about our love story during the ceremony. Aside from putting together all of the details for your ceremony, she also coaches you on how to write your vows, giving tips and proofreading what you’ve written. She also makes the wedding license process very easy to understand and handles most of the details for you. One of the biggest compliments we got about our wedding was that it had one of the most heartfelt ceremonies that our guests have ever seen, and we truly believe that this was in no small part due to the level of care that Colleen put into it. We loved working with Colleen and would recommend her to anyone needing an officiant!

We knew from our first conversation with Colleen that we wanted her to be our officiant. Kari was the officiant for our wedding on 6/4/22 and she was an absolute pleasure to work with. Our ceremony was beautiful, everything I hoped it would be and more, and completely unforgettable. The script she wrote for the ceremony was personal, funny, emotional, and perfect. She gave us lots of great ideas for the style in which we could do our vows and we ended up doing tandem vows which we received sooo many compliments on. She also gave us ideas for unity ceremonies and we chose to do the hand fasting which was a really nice addition to the ceremony. She has a team of officiants that work with her. She told me who was available for our day and even took time to tell us a little bit about each officiant so we would pick the one that was best for us. As they all sounded absolutely wonderful, we ended up selecting Cindy and we couldn't be happier we did! Due to COVID-19 we didn't get to meet in person with Cindy until our actual wedding day, but you wouldn't have known it. We were able to do a virtual meeting with her and communicated via text and email quite a bit. Cindy was most helpful with the whole process, thankfully, because of course we had never been through it before. She really took the time to get to know my husband and I so she could tailor our ceremony to truly reflect us and make it that much more special. Being lesbians, it was important for my wife and I to find an open-minded and thoughtful officiant for our wedding. Colleen surpassed our expectations in every way. She worked with us to craft the ceremony we wanted, nerdy references and all. We met up months prior and talked out all of the details of the ceremony. Her writing is beautiful and she treated us with respect and professionalism the whole way through. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit, our wedding plans had to change. Colleen adapted and took care of us. While the ceremony we wanted was cancelled, she went out of her way to still marry us on the date we wanted. I can't thank her or review her highly enough.

In the wake of a pandemic and the world shutting down, my fiance and I were near tears thinking the worst was going to happen for our wedding. But Colleen went above and beyond making sure we had a place, flowers, and even a photographer to keep our day special. Every step of the way, no matter how stressful it seemed, Colleen was able to make us feel confident that our day would still be special. Even though it wasn't exactly how we planned, Colleen made our wedding day the best day of our lives.

Colleen was very affordable, kind, and accommodating. She personalized our ceremony special for us and even provided an adorable triangular arch for our elopement, since we had to move our big wedding due to covid Colleen still married us even during the chaos! It was very much appreciated.
