Kitty is amazing! Our desserts were one of the details we were most excited about because we loved our tasting so much. They turned out to be beautiful and delicious. Kitty invited...
us into her home for a tasting where we got to try dozens of flavor combinations and even design our own. She didn't have a copy of the form we'd filled out ahead of time listing our favorite flavors (I'd had to reschedule our original appointment), but she turned out to be a wizard in the kitchen-- I would mention a flavor we liked, and she'd disappear into the kitchen and come back ten minutes later with something she'd just whipped up from scratch (cinnamon buttercream? chai ganache? root beer float custard? salted chocolate chip cookies? check.) Her chocolate cake is the best I've ever tasted (and our guests agreed). She was also thoughtful. She shared posts with me on social media the week of our wedding with pictures and videos of our desserts coming together-- it was so fun to see and added to our anticipation! She also made cupcakes of each cake flavor we ordered and packed them up for us to take with us so that we got to try all of them. Can't recommend her enough. Just make sure you order plenty of desserts, because your guests will love them and they'll go fast!
I highly recommend Kitty and her crew. Our cake and my surprise groomsmen cake for my husband was everything I imagined. Thank you so much
I went to A LOT of cake tastings. I had dreamed about my wedding cake a little girl, way more than I ever dreamed about my wedding dress or other details, so I had a pretty specifi...
c vision for my cake. I shared that vision with every baker we met with, but with Kitty it was the first time it actually clicked with a vendor. There she was listing off ideas that fit in with what I wanted, not regurgitated ideas that I'd seen on so many cakes before. Her tasting was so in depth and so accommodating, and her deposit and proposal process so simple. I never worried about my cake! She was so prompt day of and even made us little cupcakes to take home! It's only been a few days but people are still talking to me about that cake! Someone thought it was actually a fake cake until we cut into it! It was so delicious - I've had it for breakfast TWICE already! If you want a cake that is delicious and truly original, go with Oh Crumbs!
