Oh Goodness Cakes

Amazing cakes! Very flavorful and delicious. We had several guests ask us where our wedding cake came from!

Delicious!! Every cake we tasted for tasting was amazing but the “Irishmen” was our final pick and so thankful we did!! Our wedding cake was beautiful beyond our expectations and all our guests complemented how delicious it was!!

Rachel, aside from being a phenomenal person, is a fantastic cake baker. My now husband and I were sent to Oh Goodness as one of our options for bakers at our wedding. We had already experienced some lackluster tastings, and coronavirus was already threatening our wedding, so we picked up cakes from her (a la social distancing requirements) and had a private tasting at our home. We had already sample a few of her cakes at the local wedding show, but were able to experience the full tasting. My husband is from New Jersey and grew up in an Italian household so he is very particular about his Italian inspired cakes. Rachel worked with us to make us the most delicious cannoli cake he has ever had. We also sent her some design ideas and what she delivered to our wedding was nothing short of a masterpiece. We were already raving about her to our friends (and ordering her cakes for birthdays!) and they were all impressed with how good it was. Thank you, Rachel, for the amazing work you did. if you choose her, you will not go wrong. And don't be afraid to give her your ideas about what you'd like for you day-- she is more than willing to accommodate!

Rachel is a talented baker and we were hooked on her unique cake flavors after meeting her at a bridal show in Saratoga Springs. We did a tasting at her home/kitchen and chose Pink Champagne and Red Wine Velvet for our 3-tier cake. She designed the cake just as we discussed. The price was extremely competitive as well, $375 including the deposit. We had a bit of difficulty communicating with her in the months leading up to the wedding, which is our only complaint.
