However, upon the day of the event, we had a couple of points of improvement: 1) Not all the pictures that were taken were printed out as I had requested and was with the package I purchased. 2) The photo-booth was up and running 30 minutes late, and they did not make up the time they missed (even though we paid for 4 hours). 3) The attendants manning the photo-booth were not actually manning it. Guests had to snap the shots themselves rather than the staff doing it. After I took my own photo-booth shot and realized it was a little annoying to have to do it yourself, I personally requested that they do it during the event but was not accommodated. 4) The pictures were slow to print. Guests were told to come back after 20 minutes to pick up their pictures. 5) The pictures that were printed had the date half cut off at the bottom. 6) One guest informed me the male attendant was watching a game on his phone during the event.
