Paula was so great to work with. Her energy is amazing and the gelato was to die for.
Paula created 9 fabulous gelato flavors for my daughter, Quinn and her husband’s wedding at Dunes West on June 17th. She was so enthusiastic about what she does and in preparing a unique experience. From the cart, to the tasting, to serving at the wedding—it was such a perfect alternative to wedding cake. Thank you!!
We had such a great experience working with Paula! She was extremely friendly to our guests on our wedding day and the gelato bike was such a unique experience. The gelato was such a huge hit with our guests, there was actually a line at our wedding! It was so fun to create custom flavors and the sign was an adorable addition. We highly recommend Oh So Gelato if you're looking to add something creative and unique to your wedding - we are believers that gelato is WAY better than cake :)
I tried Oh So Gelato as a guest at another wedding and instantly knew I had to hire them for my own wedding (was not even engaged at that point lol) Their gelato is Oh So GOOD. People literally ran across the room when the cart opened. Paula was so kind and I wish my freezer was stocked with this gelato 24/7.
Oh So Gelato is a must-have - by far the best gelato and best dessert out there. On top of that, Paula is one-of-a-kind and you can taste the passion she puts into her work. We knew we wanted ice cream for our wedding and when we found Oh So Gelato it was a done deal (who knew gelato is so much better than ice cream?!) Paula went above and beyond when it came to meeting us for tastings, crafting the perfect menu, and serving a line that didn't stop all night long. EVERYONE complimented how amazing the gelato. I couldn't be more excited that they now have a shop and we can get gelato every time we visit! Paula girl - you are the best, an angel on earth, and deserve all the success in the world - even from Raleigh we are cheering you on and can't wait to eat your delicious gelato again!
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Paula to come up with the perfect gelato menu for our wedding reception during the hot month of August! The cart and setup was fit well outside our venue. Guests enjoyed the unique treat and weren't shy about going in for seconds. We only wish we had leftovers because it was that good!
