I cannot recommend Irene enough! From day one, she was by our side, helping us select our vendors and guiding us through every step of the planning process. What really impressed us was that she had never planned a Jewish wedding before but she embraced the challenged and executed flawlessly. She is extremely organized and has a large network of contacts. Besides her professionalism, she is very easygoing which really helped with the stresses of wedding planning. On the big day, she brought our vision to life and we were actually able to relax and enjoy our time with family and friends!

Irene, and Ohh Darling Event were amazing! She kept us on track throughout the planning process. She handled getting our blocks of hotel rooms. She reviewed contacts before I signed them. She politely pushed back on vendors to get what we needed and made sure they had their insurance submitted to our venue without delay and provided recommendations of vendors when we needed them. The biggest help came on the day of the wedding. Her and her assistant, along with a friend of mine assembled all our centerpieces while we got ready for wedding. She also made sure that things ran smoothly and on time. We had a misunderstanding with our caterer who didn’t know they were supposed to cut and serve our wedding cake, which she handled quickly, so that we didn’t have to worry. At the end of the wedding, she gathered everything with us to pack up into our cars so that we were out of the venue quickly. I can’t say enough good things about Irene or her company. I wouldn’t host another event without her. She will make your day stress free.

Irene was so amazing and made our day stress free! She made everything just the way we wanted it and was extremely responsive the day of and leading up to the wedding. Irene helped us to find vendors and coordinated with them the day of so we could enjoy our time together :D

Irene was absolutely fantastic, and she saved our wedding. We had our table and chair vendor cancel the day of our wedding(all event rentals Sarasota, do not use). Irene was all over it and contacted every other rental company within a few hundred miles to make sure everything was there on time and she made it happen. She made sure everything before, during, and after our wedding was taken care of. She had fantastic communication and organizational skills to make sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. She is very experienced, easy to get a hold of, and did an awesome job following up with us and vendors. 10/10 we will recommend her to anyone that we know of that is getting married. Thanks Irene!

Irene was a dream to work with. She took my "all over the place" vision, reined it in without compromising the aesthetic and exceeded every expectation I had. She singlehandedly saved my sanity on my wedding day and I know we HONESTLY could not have done it without her. She worked with our incredibly modest budget, was always prompt and efficient with communication and was willing to go above and beyond.
I would absolutely love to work with her again!

Irene is amazing! From the very beginning of the process to the big day she was very communicative, easy to work with, understood every need, gave her own inputs (which were super helpful) and overall very sweet. She was our day of coordinator but additionally we added an extra service to help find vendors in the St.Pete area since we were living out of state prior to the wedding. We used most of the vendors she recommended and all of them were great! She even went out of her way to communicate directly with the vendors for us. We didn’t have any decor for our cocktail hour just to keep It simple and she suggested bringing her own decor to give It some color and they were beautiful. I would highly recommend using her services as a planner because she knows what she is doing!

Irene is the sweetest girl in the world. It is important to her for the bride to get exactly what she wants and will even give you ideas about the decor and what would work well on your wedding day. She was super organized and very prompt as well!
