We used the Science Center Atrium for our reception venue since the main event room was already booked for the day. They were pretty flexible on finding another area for us to have the reception and getting the initial contract set up, however, the followup closer to the wedding date was not very organized on their part. Nobody contacted me about the additional people we needed to have at the event (we only found out because we started to call multiple people on the campus trying to figure out our questions). We worked with one woman who came up being very helpful and apologetic for the others not responding. Once we were able to resolve everything, the reception, like the rest of the wedding that day, was absolutely beautiful and the venue was interestingly appealing after all the decorations had gone up. We had many compliments on the area!
