River. Service was great even know we didn’t order room service. Location is 5 stars because it’s right near the river and DT OKC. Would come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Okana Resort! Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, the food was delicious, and the customer service was excellent from start to finish.

ced my purse one evening. She took the time to help me search for it, and when we hadn't had any luck, she gave us a replacement arcade card and even surprised us with a pint of ice cream. It wasn't the resort's responsibility, but her compassion and thoughtfulness meant so much during a stressful moment. To top it all off, she ultimately found my purse and made sure it was returned to me!
It's rare to come across someone who genuinely cares the way Erica does. Her kindness made a great vacation even more memorable. We highly recommend Okana Resort and can't wait to come back!

I left Okana Resort & Indoor Waterpark feeling incredibly disappointed and frustrated. What should have been a fun family getaway turned into an expensive lesson in hidden costs and poor customer service.

start. Between the room rate, food and drink packages, and the additional charges that appeared on our bill at checkout, the final cost was far higher than what we reasonably expected. It felt like there was always another fee waiting to be added, making it difficult to know what we were actually paying for.
The food and drink packages were especially disappointing. They were presented as a good value, but in reality they didn’t live up to expectations and ended up feeling like a poor deal.
Cleanliness was another major issue. For a newer resort, I expected much higher standards. Several areas looked like they needed much more attention, and the overall level of cleanliness left a lot to be desired. When you’re paying premium resort prices, basic cleanliness shouldn’t be something guests have to question.
Overall, Okana seems far more focused on finding ways to charge guests than on providing the high-quality experience it advertises. Between the questionable pricing practices, surprise charges at checkout, disappointing food package value, and lackluster cleanliness, I can’t recommend staying here. There are plenty of other resorts that are more transparent with their pricing and provide a much better experience for the money.
