I had an idea of what I wanted and along with my old engagement ring (beautiful diamond in a setting I hated) and a picture of what I had in mind and we met with their jewelry designer Gary. Long story short, I went in to pick up my ring yesterday and was truly floored! The ring was exquisite and better than I had ever imagined!!! My diamond was the last thing to be placed in the setting and were invited to watch it being done up close, a fascinating experience in itself. Gary has the vision and talent to create impeccably crafted, unique and beautiful pieces of jewelry. Because I love hearts so much, he even crafted the tips of the prongs as hearts. I love my ring, it is stunning! Extraordinary experience! The staff was extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them!! I can NOT express enough how delightful this place is. Heartfelt thank you especially to Gary who has the vision and talent to create impeccably crafted, unique and beautiful pieces of jewelry!

Since then, I have gotten diamond earrings, a diamond hamsa charm and chain and most recently a pink sapphire eternity band, which again was custom made by Gary, in honor of the birth of my daughter. I have also referred Gary to my mom, as well as several friends, all of whom have been more than pleased with their purchases! The quality of Gary's work is undeniable and what makes OKG even more special is the way Gary, Osana and Anna treat their customers. I won't go anywhere else!!!!

They had it several days before the wedding and were very very generous in not charging us any other costs (except for federal express fees). They are a very nice group of people.

MMEND OKG!!!!! you won't regret it. I'm the person that is usually indecisive and kicks themselves after making a purchase wishing I chose something else instead. If you're looking for Jewelry this is the Perfect place. I was looking for an engagement ring for about 6 months before my friend recommended this Jeweler. She explained how her whole family goes to this shop and she herself got both her engagement/wedding ring/band from there so I figured I'd give it a shot. I had an idea of what kind of ring I wanted so I brought pictures with me and met with Gary the Jeweler and was surprised at how honest and non-pushy or salesmen like he nor any of them were. Its a very nice family owned shop that gave me the Quality of product and equally important Service I wanted, I felt like family. Gary showed me several diamonds to select from, which when I asked for his opinion he chose the less expensive better quality one instead of the more expensive slightly larger diamond, and took the time to explain why. I was worried that since it wasn't a big company store like Kay's or something I would have to worry if I didn't get the correct size but they reassured me that they will take care of it at no extra cost if I needed to resize and since then I have added bolts to the ring and just this weekend we resized it again and just as agreed upon, they kept their word even after I told him that I'd pay this time he REFUSED (who does that? ) I am very happy Its been over a year since I bought the ring and my fiance absolutely LOVES LOVES LOVES her ring (luckily I chose the correct style). She gets compliments all the time. My fiance said she had one lady who was covered in jewelry tell her "thats a nice Diamond,I know diamonds" . The ring came out better then the pictures I had shown Gary. I am beyond Happy with my choice of Jeweler and Ring, they have proven to be trust worthy. I will be getting our wedding bands and all future Jewelry from OKG as well. They have a customer for life!
