Ola Brew is easily the best brewery on the island. The atmosphere is relaxed, the staff is welcoming, and the drinks are next level. It is the kind of place where you actually feel the aloha, from the first pour to the last sip.

n the street from another brewery that used to be a favorite but has slowly lost its charm and honestly, its aloha too. Ola feels like the fresh breath Kona has been needing. The space is open and clean with a cool view into the brewing area, and there is plenty of room to hang out inside or outside.
The beer lineup is creative and always changing. Everything I tried was solid with bold flavors, great balance, and something for everyone. They also have seltzers and ciders if beer is not your thing.
Whether you are a local or just visiting, this should be your go to. It is everything a Hawaii brewery should be.

Excellent new brewery in Kona. Great selection of beers and food was top notch. Very friendly staff and one of the few places where you just go to the bar and order. Much preferred than table service

Want BEER from a brewery where the locals drink, this is the spot. Great staff. Comfortable environment in an industrial park area. We saw some great food being offered up and most of the crowed appeared to be very local. The prices co...
nfirmed this, as a full pint with 25% tip was only $9.38 with tax. Worth the stop as the selection of beers brewed on site was great and a beer lover can find something they like. Note, they have some great drinks that are not beer - but don’t expect wine or hard liquor.

Great place that is kind of off the beaten path. Was busy and lively, but found a seat at the bar. Staff was helpful and super nice. Lots of locals that were all very friendly. The beer was tasty. Had a couple of thier IPAs and both were tasty....
Wife had a mix of lemonade and lager. She enjoyed it and it was like a shandy, but tastier. Got some food tongonand it was good too. Liked the chicken wings. Give it a go and you won't be disappointed. Even had live music that was good.

Very good brewery. The hard juices were my favorite. Beer flavors were good.
Pesto pizza was very tasty. Wings needed to be cooked longer.
