I run a premium mobile bar company built around real craft: our own small-batch cocktail bitters, fresh-pressed juices, and custom syrups that bring every menu to life. We serve weddings across the Central Coast and Central Valley with polished service, smooth execution, and a memorable speakeasy vibe. Along with handcrafted cocktails, we offer a one-of-a-kind fleet of bars including vintage trailer bars, our speakeasy-style mobile truck bar, and several polished satellite bar setups to choose from. Service was fine. Once hired, the vendor sent us an estimated shopping list of how much alcohol and ice we were going to need to purchase. Even though it was an estimate, we had mu...

ltiple handles of hard alcohol left over and hundreds of beer cans after the wedding. In the contract, we were suppose to provide the ice for consumption and they provide the ice for cooling the drinks. Bartenders showed up with no ice. We had to have a wedding guest bring extra ice. They also were only suppose to serve hard alcohol during cocktail hour, but they served it all night and we still had alcohol left over. Not a horrible thing to have alcohol leftover but it was an inconvenience.

Adjustments were made together to ensure you had enough to avoid running out, as having extra is typically preferred over disappointing guests.
