In the contract, we were suppose to provide the ice for consumption and they provide the ice for cooling the drinks. Bartenders showed up with no ice. We had to have a wedding guest bring extra ice. They also were only suppose to serve hard alcohol during cocktail hour, but they served it all night and we still had alcohol left over. Not a horrible thing to have alcohol leftover but it was an inconvenience.
