This property is absolutely stunning, and what truly sets it apart is that you get the entire place to yourselves for the weekend. At first, the investment might feel like a lot, but when you really think about it - most venues charge a significant amount for just 4–5 hours that day. At Old Polo, you have the option to turn your wedding into an entire weekend experience and that made all the difference for us.
We booked three nights at Old Polo, and we don’t regret it for a second. We had our entire bridal party and family stay on the property, and it honestly felt like a wedding vacation (even though we live locally- it was the best "staycation" we’ve ever had). Instead of one quick blur of a day, we had a full weekend of memories, laughter, pool time, late-night chats, and quality time with the people we love most. It was the best time of our lives.
The house itself is immaculate! It is beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and perfect for a large group. Every detail feels thoughtful and elevated.
Julie is amazing. She is professional, organized, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure you are happy. The entire team is on top of everything, which gives you so much peace of mind throughout the process.
If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn’t change a single thing. Old Polo Estate gave us not just a wedding day, but a wedding weekend we will cherish forever.

The Estate House & Casitas sleep 60 and has 4-and-a-half bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and a large game room. Professionally decorated, the estate is well-suited to accommodate large groups. A venue rental at the Old Polo Estate includes an expansive home for you and your guests to relax and enjoy. Couples can celebrate a variety of events here, including wedding ceremonies and receptions, engagement parties, wedding showers, and rehearsal dinners.

The planning process was professional and well-organized, and communication was clear and timely. They were accommodating with tours, allowing us to visit twice to finalize our vision, and they handled last-minute adjustments with flexibility and ease. Julie, the property manager, was especially attentive and helpful throughout the process, and the personalized welcome gift was a thoughtful and meaningful touch.
The estate itself is breathtaking and feels like a private desert oasis. Its natural elegance requires minimal decor, allowing the setting to speak for itself. The layout comfortably accommodated our 180 guests, offering excellent flow between ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception spaces. With ample bathrooms, atmospheric patio lighting, expansive outdoor areas, and endless photo opportunities, the property functions as beautifully as it looks.
Staying at the estate for the full weekend was one of the highlights of our experience. The main home is spacious, elegant, and comfortable, and the additional guest units allowed our entire wedding party to stay on-site without ever feeling crowded. Being able to relax together by the pool and enjoy a BBQ the day after the wedding was invaluable. The location is also ideal—just minutes from Palm Springs, nearby hotels and Airbnbs, and the Palm Springs airport, making travel convenient for out-of-town guests.

wedding vendor recommendations were also all SPOT ON. The grounds are stunning and the interiors spaces (if staying on site) are decorated with modern and comfortable furniture. We spent the entire weekend here with our families and all of the buildings outside of the main house were impeccably curated to feel like luxe hotel rooms and suites. The pool day was also amazing, with plenty of space for large parties. All the wedding guests were so complimentary of the venue and loved taking photos of how beautiful the entire space was. Overall a 10 out of 10 for a wedding weekend.

Speaking to your inclusion of wedding items, I am not sure how many private venues you toured, but we actually include more items that many, which include: All housing, all your furniture rentals, BYO Alcohol, Restroom Trailers, Sound System, built in lighting, Dance Floor, Catering build out, full service bar, multiple event options, and onsite Venue Management. We know how much work it is to plan an wedding and we have included all of these items as part of a great package!

Our wedding day was so beautiful and we had many guests tell us that it was the most beautiful wedding they’d ever been to, the grounds at the Old Polo Estate speak for themselves and don’t require much additional decor with such beautiful and well kept landscaping. The house made it convenient for most of our wedding party to stay onsite, I’d highly recommend staying 3 nights to be able to utilize the large pool for a day after wedding pool party. It was the perfect day to unwind and recap after the wedding day. 10/10 for the venue

ate team was wonderful to work with - so kind, thoughtful, and professional. They've thought of it all when it comes to hosting an event here. It was really hard for us to leave, as we've made SO many timeless memories there now. The house is perfection inside, the perfect cozy yet stunning space for loved ones to stay. We also stayed here for our wedding weekend and loved the extra quality time it gave us all together. The outdoor space is also absolutely gorgeous (and perfect for an intimate wedding)! Being a photographer myself, I knew this venue would offer the perfect scenery for our special day (from getting ready, first look, and even jumping into the pool at the end of the night) - it's SO photogenic. We are already dreaming of coming back to the desert for more time here soon!

Throughout the year we spent wedding planning, the OPE team was always available with helpful answers and information to help bring so many of our wedding plans together. We stayed in the beautiful house on property which so greatly enhanced our overall wedding experience. We were greeted upon our arrival with such a sweet and thoughtful gift from the OPE team - really appreciated that touch! There was plenty of room for both bridesmaids + groomsmen to get ready at the house - the group was also able to enjoy the pool, the sand volleyball court, the putting green and arcade games in the game room! y! I was a covid bride and sadly had to postpone but we were able to rebook with no problem. Sofia was an amazing manager to work with. She was extremely communicative and super sweet and kind! I highly recommend staying there your entire weekend weekend too if you can. I wish we had. I couldn't due to budget restrictions but it would have just been so much easier and allowed us to enjoy our families more rather than running around packing up in time etc. All of our guests raved at how beautiful it all was and how much fun they had! I cannot wait to see photos from our event.

e loved being able to stay with our bridal party following the wedding and for the days afterwards to soak in all the property has to offer. The on site staff (shout out to Sophia!) helped make the planning and day of run seamlessly alongside our wedding coordinator. We can't wait to come back and visit! Note that the venue and the city of Coachella do have some very strict noise and time regulations for anyone looking to continue the party after 10pm!

The noise ordinance is not just for Coachella, it is for all of Riverside County. We are actually very blessed in Coachella to be able to play amplified music until 10 pm, many other parts of the valley cannot.

The old polo estate was an absolutely amazing venue. This was actually the first venue my now wife and had visited in person, after browsing several online. After seeing it in pers...
on it was very impressive how beautiful the grounds were. We still looked at a few other sites in person but nothing compared. Its unique in that we are able to stay inside the house with much of the wedding party and some family for the weekend, which makes its a lot less stressful not having to move to different locations throughout the day of the event. They are pretty firm on requiring you to use certain vendors for some things, but the vendors are all of good quality and are familiar with the venue and their requirements. There are other venues that are cheaper, but when taking into consideration the cost for 5 private rooms + game room for lodging and the simplicity of staying in one spot the entire day of our wedding, having it feel like our own place for the weekend it was well worth it. Overall it felt like a mini resort and was a great time for everyone who stayed on the grounds. Would definitely recommend to future couples.

intained, and the pool and bar area is pristine. We liked the idea of having our ceremony and reception in the same place for convenience and to create a more intimate feel. Because the property is so large, we had multiple locations to choose from for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. We did not have to add many florals or decor for our wedding because the estate itself was the perfect backdrop. There was more than enough self-parking which was very convenient for our guests. The pictures do not do the place justice!
The estate managers are also great. They are very responsive and worked hard to make this day run as smoothly and as stress free as possible. The estate provided a great list of vendors that we ended up booking - all were wonderful. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

We booked Old Polo Estate for 4 days and 3 nights and it was a perfect venue for our micro-wedding that we all got to stay at for the week! We basically had our own private resort/...
wedding venue all in one. It was absolutely beautiful, the house was incredible and so spacious. We hired a mobile spa company to pamper us one of the days, relaxed in the hot tubs and pool, grilled each night, had fires in the fire pit (they even have fire wood stocked). There were a handful of landscapers and grounds keepers occasionally on the property throughout the stay so it wasn’t totally private, but we were there during the week and that’s when they do their maintenance. They didn’t bother us at all, just did their job and left. If you’re booking during weekdays, just keep that in mind. There was a small miscommunication on the morning of our check-out time with the cleaners so they mistakenly came much earlier than they were supposed to. The owner, Jen, went above and beyond to make it right for us even though she did not need to. We loved our time at Old Polo Estate, it was a dream of a week! Definitely recommend not only for weddings, but any other gatherings (family reunions, birthdays, vacations with friends, etc.)!

The estate offered us welcome suggestions of catering companies (one of which we used) and wanted to be helpful in any way possible. We can't recommend this venue enough... we will definitely be back to celebrate there again!

to stay in the house for the weekend.
I had my wedding and our rehearsal dinner at the Estate and it was perfect. Everything is so well maintained, there is not a leaf out of place.
The bistro lights are gorgeous, the pool is amazing and the palm trees and flowers make for the best wedding photos.
I will forever recommend The Old Polo Estate to all of my friends and family for vacations or special events.

d at the venue with our wedding party all weekend, plus had a rehearsal "pool party" dinner Friday afternoon by the gorgeous pool. Some of my favorite photos of the weekend are actually my husband and I in the pool that Friday! Everybody was calling the estate "the compound" because we hardly left for three days - the property is so large and beautiful there was really no reason to hang out elsewhere. The venue is well thought out and fully equipped for these types of events with a couple different ceremony location options (we opted for the back lawn in front of the tree instead of in front of the pond), a large outdoor bar and catering service area, large fire pit area, and a GORG reception area. There was plenty of self-parking which made things easy for guests and the property manager was super helpful and communicative throughout the planning process, and during the weekend. They also offered a discount for a nearby property they own in La Quinta that a group of my family members stayed at together which was awesome. We loved the modular nature of this venue and really got to make the weekend our own and bring our vision to life instead of having to settle on an overpriced package deal that most other venues require. I definitely recommend selecting a day of coordinator that has worked this venue before so they have experience of all the moving parts involved. Thank you Garry and Jen!

the perfect place to spend our wedding weekend with our closest family and friends. We rented it from Friday-Sunday and even hosted our rehearsal dinner there, after everyone relaxed by the pool for a few hours. Jen and her team were always so quick to respond to us and extremely accommodating and helpful with any questions we had -- they worked with us to make this the most special day of our lives.
The estate itself is stunning -- your guests will feel like they are on the most peaceful vacation, surrounded by so much gorgeous decor and personality - like the mosaic tiles that make up the bar and chandelier hanging overhead. There are lovely orange trees, palm trees and bougainvillea everywhere as well. Everything you need is all in one place, so you barely have to even leave the estate while you are there. That helped to make it as stress-free as possible!
We couldn't recommend The Old Polo Estate enough if you are looking for a wedding venue. We loved it so much, we are already talking about renting it again with a few of our closest family and friends in a few years as a wedding anniversary celebration!

family for the weekend as well as have our entire wedding on the property. We never left! The only thing I would have liked was more upfront communication about the rules, regulations and expectations for the venue and times at which activities really needed to be shut down. The first night we stayed there, a guy randomly knocked on our back door and introduced himself as the "fix it guy" and "security guard" and would be randomly dropping in every hour to check on the property. We were a little disturbed by this and would have appreciated notice that this would be happening. It doesn't feel as private as a normal airbnb would, but understandably this place is huge and there's a lot that can get damaged so we had to deal with it.

hotos cannot do it justice!! We were blown away the first time we drove through the gates and guests at our wedding kept coming up to us and raving about how beautiful the property was. All of the landscaping was very well kept and the day before our wedding, Jen, the owner, had gardeners come to make sure everything looked perfect.
The owners of this property, Chris and Jen, were also AMAZING. We didn't have any major issues during our stay but one night we couldn't get the hot tub to turn on and they responded to us right away when we reached out to them. Jen also checked in on us periodically to make sure everything was going smoothly. She was also there the day before the wedding to make sure everything looked perfect and was exactly the way we wanted it.
If you are thinking about using this property for an event or even just a large gathering I cannot recommend it enough. The house was very clean and spacious and the grounds were gorgeous. The pool is HUGE and there is plenty of room for people to spread out around the property. The owners were great and we had no issues checking in/out. We also got our security deposit back about two weeks after the wedding.
Overall this was the perfect place for our wedding. I am so happy we found it!
