The planning process was super easy and straightforward. We could easily choose which songs we did and did not want to be included. I could make my own cocktail hour playlists and the DJ was open to shuffling them which I loved! We had a small mix-up during processional songs but it was quickly recovered! 10/10 recommend!

We hired this DJ for our wedding and I wouldn’t even give him a star. I gave him times to start certain songs he did not do that he started where he felt like. Gave him our line up to announce he missed half of it and couldn’t even announce the bride and groom correctly. After him coming to us to confirm everything a few minutes before. He didn’t play hardly any of the songs we asked. My husband had to stand there and tell him “ hey we need the cake cutting song”. If we regret anything of our wedding it’s hiring them for our DJ. Worst DJ ever

PHIL!! This guy was SO awesome! My guests had such an awesome time all thanks to the best DJ in town!! The lights, the music, the energy in the room, just all so spectacular!! Thank you for everything, Phil!!

I really don't feel like there are words in the English language to convey how truly spectacular our experience was with Phil! The dance floor was full all night. Everyone had a blast and were continually approaching me to talk about how great the DJ was and asking where/how we found him! I hardly remembered to get drinks and enjoy our photo booth because I was dancing so much! He and his wife are genuinely personable and engaging people, and correspondence was always easy throughout the planning process. He was very flexible in accommodating last minute, and even on the spot, changes. He was even able to avoid disaster at our ceremony by somehow wiring the power to come from truck when he discovered there was ZERO power source at the park! Through our interactions with Phil we also learned that he uses his talent, resources and experience to mentor youth who are interested in the MC/DJ craft. I could go on and on, but I will just close with saying Old School Entertainment is the only DJ/MC service this family will ever consider. EVER!

Okay, so DJ Phil Tucker DJ'd my wedding last night and let me tell you Phil is beyond extraordinary and phenomenal!!!! He went ahead made sure everything was moving so smoothly and everything. He will even get down and dance with you too on the group dances! Now Phil coming off a personal note my friend, you are an amazing person. You are humble, sweet and caring man my dear friend. You made my wedding alive last night and I truly cannot thank you enough. It was a honor having you perform at my wedding and you giving that wonderful speech about me as well. To everyone that is looking for a DJ please give him a chance he is very wonderful, very heart felt and everything and he will do everything in his power to sit there and make the day super special for you lovely couples out there. Phil is anything but Old School. He was terrific to work with before and during the wedding for my son and daughter-in-law. He has an endless selection of music and if he doesn't have a version you need, he will get it. His website makes it easy to not forget any key moment of the wedding and reception. It breaks down step by step the selection process and we very much appreciated this feature. He was on time for the setup. When he got there and saw our wedding colors he left and changed his shirt to blue to match the wedding and bought a tie that was purple and blue (our other wedding color). How sweat was that? Phil kept the party going all night even getting on the dance floor to teach the cha cha slide to our guests. We highly recommend him and we will be using him in the future!

We learned about Old School Entertainment from family members - my parents actually used them for my dad's 60th birthday celebration. We worked with Paul, who is a colleague of Phil's. Paul was very attentive - meeting with us multiple times to discuss details regarding the wedding and reception. He was flexible, knowledgeable, and eager to find ways to help us attain our vision. Paul is a true professional; we would certainly recommend him and Old School Entertainment to anyone looking for a DJ to enhance your social event.

Best DJ for the best day! You cannot go wrong with Old School. Every single part of our ceremony & reception flowed perfectly thanks to Phil. We had a small wedding of 75 but he was able to get almost everyone on the dance floor and keep them there all night. He's so accomodating & and very professional. Phil is AWESOME!

Wow. Let me just say, what an experience!!!! Phil is an amazing DJ and you can tell he truly loves his job. The whole night was absolutely amazing. Phil knew exactly when to play which type of songs. He also joined us on the dance floor and did some line dancing with us! The best man even came up to us afterwards and couldn't stop talking about how great of a DJ we had and he's never had that much fun at a wedding before. I absolutely recommend DJ Phil. You're crazy if you go anywhere else for a DJ. I'm extremely picky and have a very demanding family. I'm from New York and come from a big Italian family. Not one of them had a bad thing to say about DJ Phil. They all had a blast!!! Thank you again so much Phil!! Xoxoxoxox

I highly recommend Phil Tucker as DJ for any event. He has great excitement and seemed to really enjoy making our wedding party a night to remember. There was a couple of times when the bride and groom wanted a special moment, or ceremony to happen, but didn't know how to go about it - Phil picked up on the desire and created the moment for them. If life permits, we will have him back every year for a barn party/dance and I will recommend him for our class reunion! Thanks Phil for the great memories!
