You do have to pay a security guard for the the time you are in the building, but for the cost of the rooms & security, it was what we were looking to pay just for the ceremony space at other venues. They also provide tables and chairs, which you have to set up, and if you hold your rehearsal during their open hours there is no additional cost. The Theatre room is not fully renovated at this time. They also let you use any vendors you choose, you are not limited to the one connected with SMG, who rents out the space.
