Beautiful venue! Tom and his family is great!
They were very flexible for what I needed.
This venue was perfect for me and my husbands rustic wedding. The entire staff at Olde Mill was so accommodating and helpful that they made our wedding a phenomenal experience. Tom...
was so easy to work with, he made ever step very easy for us, and took the time to explain everything we had questions about.
The Olde Mill is the perfect place for a rustic wedding! The venue itself has a rustic charm that requires little decor. This place is especially perfect for ceremony and reception...
combinations because it has an alter that works perfect for the Ceremony part! Tom (Venue Manager) was also easy to work with. He answered countless emails and calls and even helped my Husband and I figure out new dates for our wedding due to COVID19. Not only this, but the venue is continually being updated. Just during the time of us signing our contract to the wedding date Tom had replaced the wood for the alter and stairs, bought new chairs, and remodeled the bar area and the space behind where the cake table typically sits for weddings!
Recently setup an event at the Olde Mill Emporium. As an vendor, I can say I was very impressed. The owners are great to work with and the venue is in a great part ar...
ea of Parkville. The charm of this place is awesome.
We chose The Olde Mill as the venue for our wedding and reception and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The building inside (and outside) is beautiful and made the most b...
eautiful setting for our wedding. We had compliments from all of our guests about how beautiful and perfect it was for both a wedding and a reception. The staff were on top of everything and never had to ask for anything. Tom is great to work with and was very helpful with planning and ideas how to do use the space and even decorate! We recommend this venue if you want unique and beautiful!
Tom was easy to work with and flexible. We did have to pay a fee to have a unapproved cater. The approved caters we could not afford and they didn’t offer all services we wanted....
The owner, Tom, was exactly what we needed. He was creative, flexible, and very accommodating. He knows his space well and provides good staff. He took time to talk with us about t...
he look and feel we wanted, and even provided preliminary lighting to cut back on the amount of lights we needed to bring and hang. His decorating/prep flexibility made our wedding weekend SO much more convenient and low stress!
It was the perfect space for my 115 wedding list. It was a nice yet cozy atmosphere. The catering was amazing. All night long I had guests coming up to me saying how amazing the fo...
od was. It was an easy flip from ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner and to dance floor. I'm very happy with my decision.
The Olde Mill in Parkville has so much potential for decorations and themes. The dark wood and high ceilings with chandeliers adds class and romance. Ben and Carey manage the Mill ...
and do a fabulous job of keeping everything organized and under control. They are amazing at what they do!
I had my ceremony and reception here, and absolutely loved it. The space is really unique, and has TONS of photo-ops. He also caters, and worked so well with us and our budget. Don...
't regret a thing!
The venue is adorable. Parking is not so great since its shared with other businesses. I would have another event here but would probably end up paying the fee to bring in my own...
caterer. The mac and cheese was really good but I wasnt excited about the rest of it. If you want alcohol you have to use the inhouse bartender. Towards the end of planning my mom had a hard time getting ahold of the guy who currently runs the Mill but was able to get in contact with the owner which made her feel much better. In the end I had a wonderful time.
My wedding came out great! The hall was perfect! If I could do it all again I would. Ben at the hall was great and helped with everything.
Thanks for everything!
This wonderful event space has recently changed ownership. The new owner is very easy to work with but slightly unorganized. He forgot what price he originally told us and expecte...
d a lot more when it was time to pay. But he was civil and reasonable enough to give us a good price. The actual space is wonderful for parties and events. Even though we didn't use his catering (just the space), the new owner seems passionate about providing excellent catering.
The Olde Mill is a wonderful location. Susan and Larry run this business, but they treat you like family. They do a great job making sure you're taken care of by contributing the...
ir years of experience to your ideas to combine for one perfect day! The food is wonderful, the ambiance is incredible and everyone had a great time!
Olde Mill was the perfect space for our reception. The unique 2-floor setup allowed for quiet conversation as well as easy viewing of all the events for the night. The food was gre...
at as well. The owners are very easy to get ahold of and to work with; they've done many weddings so they know what you're looking for without being pushy.
We wanted a site where we could have our ceremony and reception all in one site. It was really important that we were able to turn over the room quickly. I was amazed at how fast...
they accomplished this. Also, I wanted the food to be great (which it was), the dancing to go all evening, and the drinks to be plentiful. Larry and Susan took care of every detail you could imagine and the day was exactly what I wanted. I want to have another event there in the future. They were the best.
