as my Day of Coordinator as well because she was worth all the extra fees. She helped create the timeline for the wedding, making sure that everything makes sense to the guests. She made sure everything ran smoothly on the day of the wedding!! Any issue or complication was handled by Susan & her staff. I had no ideas that things were happening behind the scenes. I just focused on me and having a good time. She was super responsive via emails and texts. God bless to her!! She truly had my back. The place was very classy & vintage looking which we love & wanted for our wedding. It felt so homey especially when all candles were lit & lights were dimmed. Food was amazing! All of our guests loved it. Not to mention, they offered some table centerpieces which helped a lot. Everything turned out so well & I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

ests told us how impressed they were with the dinner, as were we, and the set up for our desserts and cake looked very nice! The spacing in the ballroom was great for being able to socialize between the tables and accommodate a very busy dance floor. We utilized the gazebo out front and it looked beautiful in early fall, the staff did a great job setting up and making sure it was clean. Highly recommend, we are so glad we picked this venue. 

n. We basically had to change from an outdoor to indoor wedding the day before and all the help with getting the indoor arch set up and setting up the interior decorations was a real lifesaver. The venue also helped provide all the little pieces for decorations such as the centerpiece glasses and provided an arch. It really made the day of so much easier and since we got the catering done through the venue, we literally just had to pick a menu and done. The barbeque food was great and a big hit with my family who traditional don't eat American food. They helped plan the entire timeline for the day of as well as good photo locations around the venue and it really took so much pressure off our shoulders. It was such a beautiful event and I'm so glad they helped make our wedding a dream come true.

I was helping to coordinate the wedding from 4 hours away, so prompt and clear communication was very important to me, and I was not disappointed. Jenni is so knowledgeable, and I cannot overemphasize how accommodating she is. She answers emails promptly and addresses all concerns without ever making you feel like a bother. There are so many small details to consider when planning a wedding, but she literally takes care of everything and guides you through the process. She is so confident, and she knows everything there is to know about wedding planning and the essentials for a successful wedding. Jenni was calm on the wedding day and took care of everything, and this really helped my daughter (and myself) to be worry-free and enjoy that day, There were no surprises or hidden costs. The entire staff there was super friendly during the ceremony and the reception. It has been three weeks now since the wedding and not a single day has passed that someone has not reached out to us to talk about how beautiful and perfect the wedding was. The food was so delicious, and people are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. My daughter chose to have an outdoor ceremony and a cocktail hour in the pub with reception in the ballroom. But honestly, if an outdoor wedding in the gazebo is not possible, the venue supports an indoor wedding also, and I feel that would also be a lovely option. If you are searching for a wedding venue and you want an exceptional experience, look no further than Olde Towne. You will not regret it!!

Everything was beautiful, the food was incredible, and my guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire evening. My bridal party and I were set up in a lovely room with drinks and snacks to get ready. During all of this, jenni made sure my band got in the venue without any issues, she wrangled family members, and she was an all around superstar. Throughout the night, she made sure my husband and I were set and up happy. I honestly don’t have enough stars and good things to say.

Everything was stellar top to bottom. We got married at the Gazebo. It was so beautiful and cant wait to get all my photos back. THere is not one additional thing the club could have done to make the night any more perfect. The entire event was absolutely flawless. Olde Towne is phenomenal

I'm so glad that we booked the venue because we have options of an indoor or outdoor wedding with ability to have the ceremony and reception on the same location. We opted for indoor - Fall Romance wedding theme. She was SOOOO organized and since I'm the same way, this made this entire process incredibly easy. I wanted to enter my marriage peaceful serene mood and she and her staff outdid themselves in making that happen. The bridal suite was such as great way to prep for the day - There were refreshments, champagne and sparkling cider ( I don't drink so this was very thoughtful of her). Everything was great the venue is beautiful and and has an elegant vibe. If I could have my wedding over again, I would choose Olde Towne every time. I've already told my husband that if we have an event that is too big for our backyard we're going to Olde Towne. Jenni is EVERYTHING & More... and our wedding was so god that her staf said our wedding was the most organized that they've seen which means our collective planning efforts paid off and its worth every penny. The uplighting in the space is a must do and changes the room dramatically. The pub is the perfect space for cocktail hour and the grooms holding room. The food was better than we remembered and our guests are still talking about it. My entire family was super impressed with olde towne. Jenni is so organized and they are on top of every single thing. I will be recommending olde towne to everyone that I know. Can’t say thank you enough ❤️

The venue had enough space to allow for social distancing and we were able to have the ceremony and a brunch wedding in the same location. I would recommend this venue.

I didn’t tour the venue in person but my parents did and trusted their guidance and input and communicated with Jenni via email at first. reception while on vacation on a Sunday night that this wasn't just a job for her. She puts her heart into each wedding and truly cares about each bride. We had to cancel our initial date 2 weeks before (thanks COVID) and although it wasn't anyone's fault, we were able to rebook at no cost and they worked with us so well. We had to cut our guest list by 75%, but were still able to have the wedding of our dreams. I didn't have to stress about anything day of and were able to enjoy the entire night. The venue was set up beautifully, and socially distant. There food was fantastic, the staff is helpful and we were even able to request specific alcohol for the bar. 10/10 hands down and would not hesitate to have any other event here. Jenni and OTAC knows what they are doing and is the best wedding venue in Cobb county. Thank you thank you for an amazing wedding.

The original contracted reception date - the FIRST week of Covid lockdown in March, proved to be so stressful ... but it had NOTHING to do with OT and Jenni. Her graciousness throughout it all was a true Godsend for this first-time mother of the bride. Jenni has a wonderful zest for life , offers loads of REAL LIFE experience & suggestions, and does her utmost to make events the very best they can be ... even if they have to be postponed until later due to coronavirus. The venue space and the delightful staff at OTAC were just perfect for our delayed celebration. THANK YOU team, for all of your hard work and attention to detail. Jenni was a true highlight of it all and I cannot recommend this venue or this DAY OF assistant more highly ... in fact, I have! My dear friend's son is having his rehearsal dinner there next month! I'm so grateful for the wonderful wedding reception we enjoyed at OTAC! If you're on the fence, I promise you'll be glad you decide to host your event here. JUST BOOK IT!

. They have hand sanitizing stations in almost every room while staff was more than respectful with giving everyone personal space. The tables were spaced more than 6 ft apart which our guests appreciated. We had a plated luncheon and the food was delicious.
