Olde Towne Special Events

We held our reception at Old Towne Special Events and everything turned out spectacular! Susan was very accommodating with our requests and worked hard on the day of to make sure we were happy. The guests loved the venue and everyone was talking about how good the food was. We are very pleased we chose this venue!

It has taken me a while to write this review because I do not know where to start!! We are overwhelmed and still so excited about my daughter's beautiful wedding. The service and professionalism shown by Jenni and the staff at Olde Towne exceeded our expectations. The venue was absolutely perfect. From the moment we toured the venue, we were impressed. I was helping to coordinate the wedding from 4 hours away, so prompt and clear communication was very important to me, and I was not disappointed. Jenni is so knowledgeable, and I cannot overemphasize how accommodating she is. She answers emails promptly and addresses all concerns without ever making you feel like a bother. There are so many small details to consider when planning a wedding, but she literally takes care of everything and guides you through the process. She is so confident, and she knows everything there is to know about wedding planning and the essentials for a successful wedding. Jenni was calm on the wedding day and took care of everything, and this really helped my daughter (and myself) to be worry-free and enjoy that day, There were no surprises or hidden costs. The entire staff there was super friendly during the ceremony and the reception. It has been three weeks now since the wedding and not a single day has passed that someone has not reached out to us to talk about how beautiful and perfect the wedding was. The food was so delicious, and people are still talking about how amazing everything tasted. My daughter chose to have an outdoor ceremony and a cocktail hour in the pub with reception in the ballroom. But honestly, if an outdoor wedding in the gazebo is not possible, the venue supports an indoor wedding also, and I feel that would also be a lovely option. If you are searching for a wedding venue and you want an exceptional experience, look no further than Olde Towne. You will not regret it!!

We held our son's rehearsal dinner at Olde Towne. Jenni was amazing to work with. She offered wonderful suggestions and was so patient in answering all of my questions. The evening far exceeded all of our expectations. I would highly recommend!

I am so glad that we found Olde Towne. Jenni and her staff blew our event out of the water. The venue was absolutely perfect. We have received so many compliments on the food from all our guests. Every little detail was executed flawlessly and couldnt be happier with everything Jenni did. This is a 5 star venue all the way.

Its taking me 2 months to finally write this review but I can't begin to say thank you to Jenni and Olde Towne for the most perfect day. Sadly I had to change my date and we replanned the entire wedding. From the moment I made the first call to Jenni, she was calm and we found a date that worked for all. Jenni was there to make sure all my visions came to life and then some. The food here is insane. I wish we lived closer because they have an incredible chef. If you want to have the most perfect, effortless day, book with Olde Towne. You will not be disappointed and I couldnt be happier with the decision. 5 stars all the way.

From the second that I got in touch with Jenni at Olde Towne, I felt a huge weight go off my shoulders. She absolutely knows what she’s doing and you can tell she really cares about the weddings she coordinates. We had the wedding at the gazebo in the front yard and the reception in the ball room inside. Everything was beautiful, the food was incredible, and my guests had nothing but wonderful things to say about the entire evening. My bridal party and I were set up in a lovely room with drinks and snacks to get ready. During all of this, jenni made sure my band got in the venue without any issues, she wrangled family members, and she was an all around superstar. Throughout the night, she made sure my husband and I were set and up happy. I honestly don’t have enough stars and good things to say.

5 stars does not even begin to express how wonderful Olde Towne is and ESPECIALLY Jenni! My wedding was perfect and it was hugely in part to Jenni and her team. From beginning to end, they made the process stress free. I'm still getting messages from guests about how beautiful the venue was, that it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding, and that everyone working the event was so nice. Any time I hear someone is planning a wedding, I immediately send them Jenni's way. Choosing OT for my wedding was the easiest and smartest decision I've ever made. My experience with olde towne was amazing from the moment we walked in and toured the venue. The decor, food, cake was beyond what I expected. Jenni and her staff handle every single detail - you literally just show up and magic happens! My guests had nothing but good things to say about the entire night- many compliments on the food. I can’t say enough - they make you feel special and I felt it! Highly recommend- can’t wait to get our photos to share!

After searching so many different venue, we met Jenni and decided to go with Olde TOwne. I feel like the luckiest girl in the world to have found this place. I had ZERO worries once i met Jenni. SHe is so personable, easy to work with and such a sweetheart. She went above and beyond. The chef - he is incredible. The food was amazing and people are still talking about it. Everything was stellar top to bottom. We got married at the Gazebo. It was so beautiful and cant wait to get all my photos back. THere is not one additional thing the club could have done to make the night any more perfect. The entire event was absolutely flawless. Olde Towne is phenomenal

My husband and I visited countless venues before we came across Olde Towne Special Events. As soon as we arrived and starting talking with Jenni, we knew this was the place to host our wedding. They had everything we were looking for. We knew we had to come back the next day to secure our date because we didn't want anyone else taking it. Throughout the process from the food tasting and making final preparations leading up to the wedding, Jenni was there to answer all the questions I had. She's very responsive and accommodating. The food was delicious, everyone really enjoyed it. Overall, a great experience!

Olde Towne is an incredible venue. We had the honor of working with Jenni and she is fabulous. The food, venue, amenities are all spectacular. It’s so awesome they have useable items like indoor arch, candles, cake stands- if they have it, you can use it! I can’t say enough amazing things about Olde Towne. Jenni and her staff were on top of everything from the moment we toured the venue until we left at the end of our wedding. They made our day so memorable by helping coordinate from start to finish; we just showed up and they did everything. The food was fantastic ~ our guests enjoyed chicken sliders and the crab cakes (yum)! We did speciality drinks and they were amazing. This venue is INCREDIBLE! Not only is is beautiful with so much character, the staff is amazing. Jenni is a superhero! We had to reschedule our reception 3 or 4 days before in 2020 due to COVID. We got to have our dream wedding reception and Jenni took care of everything. It was beautiful and everything went off without a hitch. CHECK THIS PLACE OUT IF YOU ARE GETTING MARRIED! You will not be disappointed. Food was great, the room and layout was perfect, literally everything. I really did get my dream wedding and I would choose Olde Towne Athletic Club every single time.

From the beginning of working with Jenni I knew she was going be great - From the start - she was personable, straight to the point, funny and just down to earth. She's been in the business for quite some time and she DEF knows her stuff. I'm so glad that we booked the venue because we have options of an indoor or outdoor wedding with ability to have the ceremony and reception on the same location. We opted for indoor - Fall Romance wedding theme. She was SOOOO organized and since I'm the same way, this made this entire process incredibly easy. I wanted to enter my marriage peaceful serene mood and she and her staff outdid themselves in making that happen. The bridal suite was such as great way to prep for the day - There were refreshments, champagne and sparkling cider ( I don't drink so this was very thoughtful of her). Everything was great the venue is beautiful and and has an elegant vibe. If I could have my wedding over again, I would choose Olde Towne every time. I've already told my husband that if we have an event that is too big for our backyard we're going to Olde Towne. Jenni is EVERYTHING & More... and our wedding was so god that her staf said our wedding was the most organized that they've seen which means our collective planning efforts paid off and its worth every penny. We highly recommend you use Olde Towne Special Events for your rehearsal dinner. The intimate atmosphere along with the food and tables were excellent. Jenni is very organized and goes above and beyond to please the hostess. Jenni returns emails within hours and is welcoming with a smile. We will tell our friends to use this event space. Jeanne P.

We held our rehearsal dinner at Olde Towne and it was above and beyond my expectations. Jenni Genepri is just the best. She helped me coordinate this event from S Georgia and made everything so easy for me. The food was delicious, the flowers and decorations she put in place were outstanding, the space is beautiful and was easily accessible by all of the guests with plenty of parking. I can not say enough wonderful things about our experience with Jenni and with Olde Towne. A very special evening with memories that will last a lifetime!!

Our wedding at OTAC was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have dreamed of a better wedding. The space is beautiful and spacious. We loved that cocktail hour was held in a completely separate space in the pub. Jenni is also extremely responsive and quickly answered any questions I had. Her professionalism is what got us to book with OTAC in the first place! Highly recommend Olde Towne!!

What an amazing venue! I attended a wedding at Olde Towne and I can not say enough good things about the entire experience. From Jenni’s eye for every detail, to the warm welcoming staff to the delicious food to the beautiful setting…they surpassed every expectation!

My son was recently married at Olde Towne, the rehearsal luncheon was held in their Pub Area, the ceremony took place at the Gazebo and the reception was held in their Ballroom. From start to finish the wedding weekend was all that we had hoped for. The staff was fantastic, the food was delicious and reception was fun and so perfect. Thank you Jenni and your staff for creating such an amazing time for everyone. It could not have been more perfect!!

We loved working with Jenni at Olde Towne! The venue is spacious and beautiful. Jenni is organized and coordinates everything seamlessly. She helped us put together the unique reception we dreamed of! The food is delicious. Our guests loved it all! We highly recommend!

Jenni was a wonderful coordinator/organizer/manager and the facility was a great space for our son's mitzvah with plenty of room for all our casino tables and a caricaturist! The Italian menu she helped create was so delicious and people said it was better than Maggiano's! In addition, there were plenty of COVID protocols put in place such as sanitization stations, staff wearing masks, and plexiglass in front of the buffets to put everyone at ease to help protect the younger, unvaccinated folks.

This venue and Jenni are just perfect! We decided to work with Jenni and Olde Towne a short time before the shut down took place. Even through the shut down Jenni was always available to answer any questions we had and help us to make decisions along the way. Thanks to Jenni and the staff at Olde Towne our ceremony and reception were everything we hoped them to be. Jenni made sure we were taken care of from the smallest need to the biggest. It was great that our guests did not have to travel from one location to another for the ceremony and reception. The staff flipped the room so quickly. I especially loved that the venue had a lot of the little things (table cloths, votive candles, mirrors, etc.) to help decorate with - all of those things add up when planning. Family and friends enjoyed our special day and raved about how amazing the venue was! We highly recommend Jenni and the staff at Olde Towne!

It was a wonderful experience working with Jenni and the staff. She thought of everything that I did not think of. It is a beautiful facility and the food was exceptional! Can not say enough good things about them. Extremely professional!!! Jenni is the best!

We used the pub at Olde Towne for a private graduation party for 80 people. Jenni made everything super easy. She was very present on the day of the event and the entire staff was incredibly helpful! This would be my first choice for an event in the future.

I give this a ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Rating in every category because everything about this venue was perfect! My husband and I were married at Olde Towne in the beginning of May 2021. Jenni was so quick to respond to emails and kept reassuring me with Covid that we had multiple options if needed. She was awesome even with me asking the same questions over and over for the last 8 months. The outside gazebo was perfect for our ceremony and can’t wait to get our photos back and share. The ballroom was absolutely breath taking as my vision came together better than anticipated. The uplighting in the space is a must do and changes the room dramatically. The pub is the perfect space for cocktail hour and the grooms holding room. The food was better than we remembered and our guests are still talking about it. My entire family was super impressed with olde towne. Jenni is so organized and they are on top of every single thing. I will be recommending olde towne to everyone that I know. Can’t say thank you enough ❤️

Being a covid bride was not easy but Jenni helped to make it as painless as possible. There were so many times we thought about postponing our event but ultimately we wanted to get married and knew that things may not change soon. So we opted for a more intimate setting of about 25 of our closest relatives and Friends. The venue had enough space to allow for social distancing and we were able to have the ceremony and a brunch wedding in the same location. I would recommend this venue.

I am 1000% happy that I chose OTAC as my wedding venue! This venue is amazing! It’s massive so plenty of space for guests to move around. Also, it’s so many beautiful spots for wedding pictures. I only saw the venue in the daytime so having an evening wedding and seeing the venue in the dark blew my mind. It’s so elegant. Also, Jenni is amazing to work with! I didn’t tour the venue in person but my parents did and trusted their guidance and input and communicated with Jenni via email at first. Everything was so simple and Jenni responds back to all inquiries in hours. Everyone said my wedding was the best wedding they been to and it’s all thanks to olde town!

We booked Olde Towne about 2 years and the planning process could not have been an easier. Even during covid and all of my stressed out emails, Jenni was on top of everything. We had the most perfect day and it surpassed our expectations. I can’t say enough wonderful things. I highly recommend this venue for any wedding or event. 5 stars all the way.

Fell in love with olde towne from the minute we opened the front doors. Loved loved loved everything about Olde Towne. Jenni helped my husband and I have a beautiful wedding reception. Everything about our wedding and wedding planning journey was absolutely fantastic! Jenni is the best to work with and puts in 120% effort. I knew from the time that she quoted our reception while on vacation on a Sunday night that this wasn't just a job for her. She puts her heart into each wedding and truly cares about each bride. We had to cancel our initial date 2 weeks before (thanks COVID) and although it wasn't anyone's fault, we were able to rebook at no cost and they worked with us so well. We had to cut our guest list by 75%, but were still able to have the wedding of our dreams. I didn't have to stress about anything day of and were able to enjoy the entire night. The venue was set up beautifully, and socially distant. There food was fantastic, the staff is helpful and we were even able to request specific alcohol for the bar. 10/10 hands down and would not hesitate to have any other event here. Jenni and OTAC knows what they are doing and is the best wedding venue in Cobb county. Thank you thank you for an amazing wedding.

From the day I walked in for the tour, to last month's 'official' event, this experience -- especially Jenni -- has been nothing short of remarkable to work with for my daughter's wedding. Jenni's positive ‘CAN DO’ attitude, willingness, and flexibility have been integral in making this event as wonderful as it could possibly be . The original contracted reception date - the FIRST week of Covid lockdown in March, proved to be so stressful ... but it had NOTHING to do with OT and Jenni. Her graciousness throughout it all was a true Godsend for this first-time mother of the bride. Jenni has a wonderful zest for life , offers loads of REAL LIFE experience & suggestions, and does her utmost to make events the very best they can be ... even if they have to be postponed until later due to coronavirus. The venue space and the delightful staff at OTAC were just perfect for our delayed celebration. THANK YOU team, for all of your hard work and attention to detail. Jenni was a true highlight of it all and I cannot recommend this venue or this DAY OF assistant more highly ... in fact, I have! My dear friend's son is having his rehearsal dinner there next month! I'm so grateful for the wonderful wedding reception we enjoyed at OTAC! If you're on the fence, I promise you'll be glad you decide to host your event here. JUST BOOK IT!

Recently did a small bridal shower here and it was absolutely perfect. Olde Towne has done an amazing job with making guests feel safe and gave plenty of room for social distancing. They have hand sanitizing stations in almost every room while staff was more than respectful with giving everyone personal space. The tables were spaced more than 6 ft apart which our guests appreciated. We had a plated luncheon and the food was delicious. My guests and I really appreciated all the extra touches to make us all feel safe while being able to celebrate. Thank you Jenni and staff.

Perfection in every step of the process! With so many venues to choose from, olde towne offers so much more than many of the other places we went to and it was stunning. We had the best experience and would highly recommend Jenny and her team. She made my wedding planning so much easier and has so many excellent suggestions. My daughters wedding and reception was held at Olde Towne January 2020 and we could not have been more pleased. Every detail was discussed (and reviewed) with us to ensure we got everything that we wanted. Nothing was overlooked and the service was outstanding. Jenni and her staff were attentive to us all night to make sure we stayed on schedule and to make sure we were pleased. The food was not only visually pleasing but was delicious (love they do a tasting). Our guests were even able to go back and get seconds. The staff were all very helpful and professional. For everything we got, prices were very reasonable and the food was amazing. We highly recommend this venue.

We had an amazing holiday party at olde towne! The venue is beautiful and spacious, the food is outstanding and the staff is top notch. Very reasonably priced and in a convenient area of town. We will definitely use them again for our next event.

I don’t even know where to start! Jenni was fantastic! She responses quickly to my questions and offers her advice that way nothing goes wrong. The night went off without a hitch. The venue is beautiful and we were able to bring in our own decorations and use some of the decor from the venue! We loved having options! The staff did a great job! We received so many compliments on the food! Highly recommend!

We hosted our annual fundraiser at olde towne and it was the best year yet. Jenni and her staff knocked it out of the park. They were so helpful in linen colors to floor plans to food choices to be themed with the event. Can’t say enough wonderfully things about olde towne. Can’t wait to be back again next year.

Olde Towne was absolutely fantastic - we had our wedding outside at the gazebo and it was gorgeous! Jenni, the day-of coordinator made everything so easy and recommended some amazing vendors for our wedding. The food is provided in-house, which was absolutely delicious! Couldn't have picked a better venue to get married!!

Our reception at Olde Towne was absolute PERFECTION! My husband and I are actors in NYC and we had to plan much of our wedding long distance, but Jenny was beyond helpful every step of the way. Jenny was always polite, professional, and was always super quick to answer all of our questions (even around the holiday season when we first began planning!) We wanted our ceremony at Ebenezer Baptist Church in downtown Atlanta, so we didn’t want our guests to have to drive too far for the reception afterwards & Olde Town was perfect. It also looked beautiful inside & outside with windows in the ceiling that brings beautiful glow into the main ballroom which was perfect for our spring wedding. On the wedding day, everything was beautiful from start to finish! Our guests still tell us how much they loved the venue, the drinks, and the SHRIMP & GRITS were the best they’ve had! (Literally:) The staff was always smiling & professional & every detail was taken care of for us. Jenny made sure to rush my husband & I into a private room before we entered the reception to have a moment alone before everything began, and also so we could eat & taste signature cocktail! My husband & I loved everything about this venue & highly recommend Olde Towne to anyone looking in the Atlanta area!

When I’m here at the airport, I am reliving all the memories from yesterday. Yesterday couldn’t have been more perfect. Jenni was amazing to work with from start to finish. We booked two years ago and she has been there for every little detail. The food was even better than at the tasting. The spinach and artichoke dippers were out of this world. The room was so pretty and the staff was extremely helpful. It was better than I ever thought it would be. Thank you so much! Liam and I are so happy that we chose Olde Towne and highly recommend it.

Wedding day was magical. The venue is very flexible and loved the fact they give so much time to get ready. I like that you get to choose your own vendors even though the food was done there. Speaking of food, it was outstanding. Jenni was our coordinator and she was dream. She was there every step of the way and the entire day with me and made the wedding day so less stressful. Olde Towne was an amazing choice, my wedding was fantastic! I wouldn’t change a thing.

My daughters wedding reception at Olde Towne was a dream come true. We couldn’t haven’t picked a better venue and group of people to wok with. Jenni and the rest of her staff were phenomenal. Jenni is approachable, detail orientated, responsive, patient and reliable. She answered our thousands of questions honestly and in a timely manner. I cannot say enough great things about her. Her “I’ll take care of it “ attitude was a blessing and she did a fantastic job. The food was delicious. The spring rolls, bacon wrapped scallops, shrimp cakes were quite the hit. Dinner was flawless and the buffet line moved quite quickly. We did a shrimp and grits bar it people loved it. The carved tenderloin was spot on and the garlic mashed potatoes were spot on. We couldn’t be more delighted to have had our daughters reception here. I can honestly say that everything about having the reception at Otac was perfect. Really a beautiful venue and would highly recommend.

Beat day EVER!!!!!!!! This is a day I will never forget. The staff was more than helpful and everything went off without a hitch. We did an indoor Christmas themed ceremony and took pictures out at the gazebo. Olde Towne was decorated flawlessly with their holiday decor; better than what I could have done myself. The cocktail hour with our signature drink was a hit with our guests. Loved the special table in the parlor room. We needed a minute to catch our breath. Loved all the special touches they added. Olde Towne is very affordable and accommodates your budget, and offers amazing payment plans. Jenni and her staff were delightful to work with. The food is delicious and served hot!!! So many menu options to choose from that its sure to be something you love. We got married right before Christmas and Olde Towne was decorated so beautifully that we did not have to do much to the venue. This venue is your one stop shop for a Fabulous Wedding Day!

Olde Towne Special Events was the most perfect venue to have my wedding reception. I had 220 guests and the venue was the perfect size for seating and dancing. The food was amazing, with a variety of options and we had the ability to discuss with Jenni certain dishes we wanted. Jenni and the crew were able to provide and create a menu that tailored to our crowd and the food we wanted. After our wedding, multiple guests reached out to me to tell me how good the food was. Jenni the manager at Olde Towne Events, assisted us every step of the way in the wedding planning process. She constantly catered to our needs. She handled everything from the food, table arrangements, contact and coordination between the dessert caterers and the flower/decoration coordinators. Jenni and Olde Towne exceeded my expectations and because of them we had the most incredible, beautiful and memorable wedding reception. Olde Towne facility was beautiful, clean, and spacious! I highly suggest Olde Towne for your wedding!

Olde Towne is absolutely beautiful! We started our planning process with Jenni who is excellent! She was incredible and I would recommend to anyone. We did our ceremony at the Gazebo and Reception in the Grande Ballroom and they both came out better then expected. I did not hear "no" once, and even better, Olde Towne didn't charge an arm and a leg to make our requests happen. We felt like royalty our entire wedding day and our guest could not rave enough about the venue and how perfect it was for a wedding. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The food was great and service was top notch. I would do another event here if I had the opportunity!

What can I say? I fell in love with Olde Towne from the moment I stepped foot in the venue. I turned and looked at my mother and best friend, "It is beautiful, I want to get married here!" And it happened. Jenni was so amazing from start to finish. I can not thank her and her staff enough for everything they did. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations. It was everything I could imagine. My friends and family are still talking about it to this day! They speak of how much fun they had, the delicious food as well as the beauty of the place. There is no way anyone could go wrong by going here! I would do it again in a heartbeat! I felt so great afterwards that I went back in person to thank them.
