Anna took the time to meet with us to help us figure out which places would be best to visit depending on our interests and the season. Her questionnaires were very detailed and she helped us work within our financial budget. Once we received the proposed itinerary, it was obvious that Anna and her team had put a tremendous amount of time and effort into the planning. Everything looked perfect!
In the days and weeks leading up to our trip, Anna reached out several times to make sure that everything was in order. Once we arrived in Italy, everything was absolutely perfect! No detail was spared. Everyone was professional and everything was so organized. There was a sweet note and welcome treat from Anna waiting at every one of our hotels. The tours that Anna booked for us were incredible. The tour guides were so entertaining and knowledgeable.
If not for Anna and her team reserving tickets for us way ahead of time, my husband and I would not have been able to get tickets to the Statue of David, Vatican City and The Last Supper. The experience we had was fantastic! We stayed at a boutique resort in Ocho Rios that was one of the most beautiful things that we have ever seen. It felt like the resort was carved into a beachfront jungle with its own waterfalls, lake, mineral spring.

tion, we didn't have to think about a THING (except where to get our next gelato)! Everything was organized and set. There were a few travel issues for us (related to a delayed flight and to a mis-read train time...)... during both "snafus" Anna was available immediately as moral support and to contact her suppliers to rectify any situations. It was so wonderful and reassuring to know that while we were so far away from home, we were not "alone" especially as we were traveling with our young child.
