my cake topper and they forgot to put it on and took it home with them. I was unable to reach them before the reception. This was super disappointing to me, but it was still very beautiful. Diane immediately contacted me about this mishap and ended up refunding me for the top of the cake and the money I paid for the topper. She handled everything very justly and kindly, but it was still a bummer that my cake wasn't what I had wanted on my big day. Fantastic cake though!

During the actual luncheon we enjoyed the delicious food, however pre-ordered food that was made incorrectly did occur.
Overall, it was a great experience and the cakes were delicious, just make sure your server is on top of things if you host a luncheon here!
