I could not recommend Olga enough! She did such an amazing job with my wedding dress and my sister’s MOH dress. She was so professional and is exceptionally skilled at her craft. I did not think I could love my dress more than I already did, but it was a true masterpiece after the alterations were completed by Olga. My dress had many layers, beads, and delicate floral appIiques and she was very gentle and treated it with such care. We hemmed the dress, took it in a little at the waist, and added more secure clips for my removable sleeves. I gave her my wedding date and she made sure that the alterations were completed with more than enough time. She gave us a lot of instruction on taping and bustling/unbustling for wedding day, and this small touch helped our day run smoothly. She was also able to alter the lace on my wedding shoes and made sure my veil was steamed and ready to go along with my dress. I’m so glad to have trusted her with my dress and would recommend her again and again!!

My experience with Olga was great! She is very knowledgeable and knew how to put me at ease. When I first came to her with my wedding dress, I was very worried about a few specific aspects of the fit and nervous that the lace detail would be difficult to work with. She heard all of my concerns and assured me that we could get things sorted out. After pinning the dress during the first fitting, I already felt confident that she would be able to address all of my concerns. In the end, my dress looked like it had been sewn on to me it fit so well! She altered the lace beautifully to preserve the symmetric pattern near the seam in the back, and did a great job adding pickups for a bustle that blended in perfectly as well. She was also just a joy to work with and I love her attitude.

I couldn't recommend Olga enough! She is so experienced and had such great suggestions to make sure that my wedding dress fit as perfect as possible. It was such a clear and seamless process, and immediately made me feel like I was in good hands. I didn't have any embellishments on my dress which can be more difficult for the seamstress and her work was perfection. Your wedding dress is one of the most expensive outfits you will wear and you want to make sure that it is handled with care and expertise and that is exactly what Olga encompasses. Don't walk, run!

Olga was an absolute pleasure to work with! Olga was the best to work with on my wedding dress. From the very first appointment she was super helpful with explaining how the process worked and helping me envision my whole day-of look with veil, jewelry, shoes, and she even semi-styled my hair so I could see how it would all come together and just made me feel so confident and beautiful! Ok! soo I kind of dropped the ball and was about to forget that I needed alterations so I contacted Olga and let her know the dates i needed my dress for bridal pics and of course my wedding day. In May to the first visit, I told her I needed the dress by July and she got it alll done In time for my bridal pictures!!! She will help you determine what jewelry, hairstyle will be a great look for your dress if you are unsure like I was. She went above and beyond for me! She gave me options of which type of bustle I wanted and what looked more elegant to my dress. She is the best! She is great at what she does! Bring a friend to the 2nd or last visit so your friend can know how to bustle the dress! I will always recommend her!

Olga did a beautiful job tailoring my wedding dress to perfection! She is professional, communicative, friendly, and does fantastic work. My dress needed to be hemmed, taken in, attached (the top and bottom were two separate pieces, and I am so glad that she suggested attaching them to avoid an accidental midriff wardrobe malfunction), and adjusted (the bra pad inserts that came with the dress were very visible, and she had the perfect pads to swap them out). She had expert suggestions for making the dress gorgeous and stress-free on wedding day, and she made each alteration with precision and perfection. I am forever grateful to her for convincing me to keep the train, which ended up being gorgeous in photos. I had the best ever experience with Olga, and I've recommended her to all of my friends getting married this coming year!

Olga was amazing to work with! When my dress came in, the size it was ordered in no longer fit my body shape at all as I had been working out a bit TOO much and my butt was too big for it! She was flexible in rescheduling my fittings while we had the dress designer make some necessary adjustments first. When the newly sized dress arrived, it was in two pieces! Olga accepted the challenge with a smile and was able to basically create my dream wedding dress herself by piecing everything together and making it look incredibly professional. She was able to highlight the areas of my body I had been working on, she was flexible in scheduling, and her pricing was fair - especially considering how much extra work she had to do on my dress. I am SO grateful to Olga and would recommend her in a heartbeat!

Olga is amazing! I was really unhappy with my first dress and had a bit of a meltdown after leaving Olga's, despite her great energy. I emailed her the next day asking her to hold on alterations while I looked for another dress. Not only was she understanding and accommodating to adjusting the fitting schedule, but she was really supportive and kind. After finding THE dress, Olga was an expert at fitting it to my body. I really enjoyed our sessions and always walked out of her place with a smile. She even gave me some advice on rehearsal dinner jumpsuits when I asked and she tailored the one I chose to move forward with super quickly so that it was ready in time for my flight. I highly recommend Olga for wedding seamstress needs. She was timely with her appointments, flexible with my timeline and truly did outstanding work with a very delicate, lacy dress. I loved working with Olga to make my wedding dress perfect! I picked her from a list provided by the bridal parlour where I purchased my dress based off of her reviews and I have no regrets! Olga was absolutely amazing! She was very very sweet and accommodating. The bust area didn't fit well and it had a floral lace detailing and she was able to fix it by adding matching lace for more coverage. I also had straps that hurt me so she added lace around them to fix that and it looked beautiful. We scheduled a total of 3 appointments but before it was finally done I wanted to tweek something and she graciously let me come back that same week. She made me feel so confident and the dress turned out perfect!

Olga is a magic worker! She was so so pleasant to work with since day 1. My dream dress was a limited production and all I was able to get a hold of was a size 10 floor sample (that's some where around 8-10 size too big for me!!). I contacted Olga and explained my situation, and she quickly responded and scheduled me for my first fitting. By the time it comes my bridal portrait, the dress has been altered and pressed and it fits me like a glove! Then, COVID happens, and like any other couple, we've had to postpone our wedding for nearly a year. Fast forward to a month before my rescheduled date, I finally made myself try on my dress once again to make sure it fits, and the dress, sadly, no longer fits me the same way it did due to the weight I lost. I immediately reached out to Olga. She was so nice about the situation and fit me in her already busy schedule. I cannot say enough about how AMAZING Olga is!! I purchased a pre-owned Galia Lahav dress, and living in Austin, I knew I wouldn't be able to make 3+ trips to Houston to the seamstress who altered this designer. I came across Olga after searching for weeks, and scheduled an appointment. She was booked up for 4 months and offered to open up a Sunday appointment for me because of the timing of our wedding, to make sure she could accommodate me. I was extremely nervous because of the nature of my dress, with the heavy beading, intricate lace, and illusion panels sewn in. She immediately picked up on some areas that needed alterations, that I had not even thought of. She was able to find some lace she had that matched mine PERFECTLY and worked it into the neckline to make sure I didn't have any peek-a-boo mishaps on our wedding day. She was so meticulous and was happy to fix a few more things at my second fitting. When I came back for my final fitting, the COVID pandemic had just hit, and she was happy to have my mother facetime us, and I could tell in Olga's eyes that it broke her heart that we had to have my final fitting in masks, and we couldn't hug when I left. She was so genuinely nice, and is such a genius at her craft. The dress I spent years dreaming of, is now even more perfect thanks to Olga. She was even generous enough to offer me a "check in" appointment near our rescheduled wedding date, just to ensure everything is still perfect. Book your appointment AS SOON as you get your dress though, she is WORTH IT!!!

I hired Olga to do my wedding dress alterations and it was PERFECTION. I am a teeny person - size 0 is too big on me - and Olga handled my dress with ease. It took her maybe 15 minutes to pin the top and waist of my dress and I swear it was magic. She knew exactly where to take it in and how to make it fit effortlessly. She also did my French bustle and it was so beautiful. I've seen really horrible bustles that look like the bride has droopy-butt, but Olga executed mine flawlessly. She is also just the sweetest, most joyful person. She was a dream to work with. She is not cheap - but to me it was well worth the money to make me look and feel like a million bucks in my wedding dress. I highly recommend Olga!

My entire planning process wasn’t what I imagined it would be. Living in Texas, with all my friends and family in New Jersey, I had to choke back the tears more often than not. No mom or bridal party in dressing rooms or at fittings, the whole experience was a lot to deal with at time. When I went to my first fitting with Olga, I finally felt like a bride. She made me feel welcomed and NOT ALONE while accommodating me and my rice cake-loving baby. Seriously, my son was the only member of my entourage. Being a new mama, I wasn’t 100% confident with my body, making this process even more stressful. But Olga’s professionalism and warmth made me feel more beautiful than I’d ever felt before. I appreciate her passion for the craft and her insane talent, but most of all I appreciate that Olga finally helped me have FUN with the whole experience. Olga is a wonderful seamstress! I didn’t stress over anything else about my wedding, but leaving my dress for months with just anyone worried me- I found Olga and after reading all of her 5-star reviews, it didn’t make much sense to continue searching for anyone else- She put away all of my anxieties and delivered above and beyond! She is very thorough, even with just minor alterations. The bustle she created for my dress was so easy to use that my mother could do it on the first try without seeing Olga’s demo~ Yes, the alterations may cost more than the dress itself [I was in every way the budget-bride], but it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of work she does [and I was happy to have splurged]! I would highly recommend her over and over again to any bride~

The bridal dress boutique I purchased my dress from recommended Olga and I am very thankful! Olga altered my wedding dress and did a wonderful job! I only needed my skirt hemmed and a bustle created for the reception, and it looked great :) Initially I thought I wanted the waist taken out (because although I like fitted waistlines, sometimes they feel too tight to me even though they actually fit correctly) and Olga explained that the type of material my dress was made of would stretch naturally a bit as I wore it and that she believed it fit around my waist perfectly, but that ultimately the choice was up to me. I'm glad I listened and didn't alter it - we had a total of 3 fittings and it felt like each time I put it on it was more comfortable. On my wedding day, it felt super comfortable! The hem and bustle were done very well - it was easy to walk in my dress and it appeared to be simple to bustle the dress (and it looks really pretty when bustled)! Olga was very friendly, communicative, and truly a professional. I highly recommend her!

Olga was amazing. Everyone told me she was the best and I can not agree more. She made my dress fit me like a glove. I was so happy with how my alterations turned out. My dress was perfect. Can't say enough about what a wonderful job Olga did altering my wedding gown!! She is truly talented and took my dress from being something that I was concerned about to my favorite article of clothing I have ever worn. It fit like a glove. A few specific comments about Olga to help you on your search for the right wedding dress seamstress: 1. Olga was knowledgeable and straightforward about exactly what she would charge for and how much it would cost. It is expensive, but she clearly outlines exactly what you are paying for so nothing is a surprise. 2. I was really nervous about having to hem my dress (I bought it off the rack) and that the lace would be extremely difficult to cut and replace. Olga instead added tulle to the underside of the skirt, saving me hundreds of dollars, stress, and honestly making a more beautiful silhouette. 3. Olga made the fittings fun! My mom and sister both attended one of the fittings to learn the bustle, and Olga provided fun hats for them to wear and took pictures. I really began to feel like a bride at the fittings. 4. Olga really did a wonderful job with my dress. It fit perfectly and my dress had all the complications - fitted corset bodice, huge train, lace... I appreciate her attention to detail and expertise. You will not regret choosing Olga as your seamstress!

Olga did the most amazing job altering my wedding dress and I could not have been happier with the final results! She made sure we covered every single detail top to bottom and was organized and precise right from the start. I really liked my dress from Unbridaled, but it definitely needed to be taken in at the shoulders and waist and hemmed quite a bit. Olga reviewed the dress and adjusted it perfectly to suit my figure. The first time I saw the alterations was when I truly fell in love with my wedding dress. She did a fantastic job blending the alterations in with the design of the gown and making it look and fit even better than I had hoped. I had so much fun working with her and she is an incredibly talented, hardworking woman who will go above and beyond to make your dress perfect.

Olga is an amazing seamstress and a great person to have on your bridal support team! She gave me great insight during my first fitting about proper undergarments that would work with my dress, how to get into and out of the dress, ideas for bustling, and veils. My dress was a pretty straightforward hemming, but she still took the time to explain the whole process to me (who knew there were actually 4 layers to my dress that had to be hemmed separately to create the same effect?). I wasn't going to wear a veil because it felt too traditional, but Olga actually had a lot of different options for me to try on during our fitting that I fell in love with a beautiful lace-trimmed one that was super affordable!
