Customer service was great until they received our money. Ida ruined most of my day. First, it was Quest that didn't RSVP; we had 13 people who confirmed that they weren't coming a...

Three people didn't RSVP when they arrived, and Ida made a scene in front of my guest, stating they were not about to drink up her alcohol (but it comes with the package). Then she came back to me about food, and people were getting two plates. I know that wasn't true. The food was horrible, and what I ordered I didn't receive. I ordered chicken Marsala, and I received dry chicken from the event the night before, but she states that they put it in a mushroom sauce because people are allergic to mushrooms. That part didn't add up for me (why would you serve if you think it is an allegation against someone?). The pepper steak was beef stew. At the end, when they cut the cake, the server toss my cake topper (memorable gone) when we cleaned the suite and were getting everything to the car. We turned around to get the broom off the cart the staff had, but we couldn't get back in. I called Monday to get the broom back, and Ida stated that it wasn't something she could do. We should have grabbed it while we were taking things to the car. Remind yourself that our hands are full. Tell me how. So the broom we jumped over tossed also (another memorable thing gone). Please don't spend your money here.
