From the moment I walked in, I was immediately impressed by their professionalism and the confident demeanor from all of the staff members. It's clear they specialize in custom wedding gowns, and that expertise shone through in every interaction.
OZ Bridal offered a free consultation, which I found incredibly helpful. The pricing was consistent with other tailors I had researched, but the level of service and attention to detail was unparalleled. They spent so much time with me, explaining everything clearly and thoughtfully. I was blown away by their innovative approach – they even used a "magic stitch" (something I'd never heard of before!) to keep the inner lining of my dress from turning outwards around the bust. It was a game-changer!
Choosing the right bustle was also a big concern for me, and they patiently worked with me, trying out different styles until we found the perfect one. OZ Bridal truly elevated my wedding dress, bringing it to life in a way I hadn't imagined possible. They didn't just alter my dress; they transformed it. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars, when I went to pick up my dress for my final fitting some alterations had not been made. So they had to reschedule me to come back in, which wasn't a problem. When I went back for my appointment the dress was perfect and all alterations had been made. The only thing was part of the dress near the bust wouldn't lay flat, but we thought steaming would fix the issue. On wedding day it still wouldn't lay flat, it wasn't a big deal or a problem. But, wish they had caught that in alterations.

erience was fun, they let me bring my people to multiple appointments, and helped me to try on things that were flattering to my shape. I ended up going custom which surprisingly was more affordable than I assumed. The team worked hard with me, even Olia herself, to find the perfect unique fabric for my vision. The fitting process was timely and they worked to help me feel comfortable in my dress, adding in extra support and all! Gorgeous gowns, friendly staff, and a very fun experience that is worth it!

er finding "my dress" a few days prior. Fast forward to 5 days before my wedding. The dress I ordered from another salon was incorrectly sized and despite the alterations team & salon telling me it could be fixed, they had to completely alter the look of the dress and it still did not fit at my ONLY fitting (5 days before my wedding - with no weight gain since ordering, I actually had lost about 5 lbs).
This is were Olia and her team come in. I called her salon out of desperation hoping to maybe get a sample that fit off the rack. Instead, I spoke to Beatrice who quickly went to work coming up with a plan. She got me into the salon that afternoon and the team went to work making me a custom dress. They listened to every request I had and even incorporated some of the elements I loved from my original dress. I left the salon after my first appointment relieved and knowing everything was going to be okay. 24 HOURS LATER (3 days before my wedding) I came in to the salon and the dress fit perfectly, they added a few more finishing touches while I was there and sent me on my way DRESS IN HAND!!! And it was stunningly perfect. Throughout the entire experience everyone was patient and understood the emotional toll me and my family members were going through. I would highly recommend Olia and her team to anyone. Know that this is a custom dress shop so it is important to set you budget up front and stick to it, talk to them about alteration costs to ensure you have a full picture of what you want to spend. Know that no matter your budget they will treat you with respect and ensure you leave with a high quality, beautiful dress, perfect for you!

stars, instead of five is that it was not communicated that alterations were not a part of the cost quoted to me. What I do not understand is that if the dress is specifically made for me, why do I have to pay for alterations on top of making the dress? The first time I tried on the dress they said it "fit perfectly and there was no need to make any adjustments." The second time I tried on the dress they took the dress way in. I might have lost 2-3 pounds between the first and second try-on. The third time I came to try on the dress it was so tight that the zipper looked like it was going to bust. They took it off and made the alterations while I was there, which I was appreciative of. It looked great at the end of the fitting, but then we were told we had to pay an extra $300 for alterations. To me, it seemed as if I was paying an extra $300 for a mistake they made. If you decide to use Olia I would recommend discussing the price of alterations.

The process is super easy and they made you feel so special in there. I was greeted with mimosas and celebrated with champagne when I said yes to my dress!! The dress brought tears to my eyes the second I put it on. She listens, and evolves your selections based on what you like. Every suggestion she had I fell in love with. Then they took my measurement and actually made the dress to fit me (not tell me to buy a size 8 and then alter it). It can be a bit pricey, but nothing outrageous and it was definitely worth it!
