The dress I ordered from another salon was incorrectly sized and despite the alterations team & salon telling me it could be fixed, they had to completely alter the look of the dress and it still did not fit at my ONLY fitting (5 days before my wedding - with no weight gain since ordering, I actually had lost about 5 lbs). This is were Olia and her team come in. I called her salon out of desperation hoping to maybe get a sample that fit off the rack. Instead, I spoke to Beatrice who quickly went to work coming up with a plan. She got me into the salon that afternoon and the team went to work making me a custom dress. They listened to every request I had and even incorporated some of the elements I loved from my original dress. I left the salon after my first appointment relieved and knowing everything was going to be okay. 24 HOURS LATER (3 days before my wedding) I came in to the salon and the dress fit perfectly, they added a few more finishing touches while I was there and sent me on my way DRESS IN HAND!!! And it was stunningly perfect. Throughout the entire experience everyone was patient and understood the emotional toll me and my family members were going through. I would highly recommend Olia and her team to anyone. Know that this is a custom dress shop so it is important to set you budget up front and stick to it, talk to them about alteration costs to ensure you have a full picture of what you want to spend. Know that no matter your budget they will treat you with respect and ensure you leave with a high quality, beautiful dress, perfect for you!

to see my wedding dress was 3 weeks before my wedding. THAT IS NOT OK for a dress I bought 6 months prior as a sample (at not a sample price nor was I told that it was a sample to begin with) and was taking that dress and completely changing it from a winter gown to more of a summer gown! I came in a total of 3 times and from the 1st to 2nd appointment, they absolutely did not touch or alter my dress in any way which is unacceptable. I know that sometimes this is the standard for when a custom gown is finished, but this was a dress bought off the rack so there was no need for me to come in to just look at it. I was told the alterations process would start and by the second time I came it, it was exactly the same. At the second appointment, I had to reinstate what I wanted for my sleeves as it seems no one had listened, and then at the 3rd appointment (my final appointment days before my wedding), I tried it on for the first time and it was not what I wanted or how it should've looked. Christian said in her condescended tone, "well its what you asked for". While it did have sheer sleeves like I wanted, it was not the style at all I was going for. which she should have known if she actually took the time to listen to me and understand what I wanted in the first place. I also had custom pearl cuffs done and they were made terribly. They kept coming undone and never actually buttoned. Terrible work and material. I left extremely upset. I called and expressed I wasnt happy and Christian made me feel like I was in the wrong. The other thing I was unhappy about is all of these unexpected alterations costs. I emailed for an itemized list of alterations and never got it. They are not transparent and they treat brides differently depending upon how much your dress costs, more money you spend, the more they go above and beyond for you. If you are just a regular person like me, they dont really care if you leave happy or not. To brides who get a dress from here, dont do semi-custom or custom. you will end up pulling your hair out in this process. Or if you do want custom, make sure you get an itemized or full alterations list at the beginning and know what they are doing to your dress. The cost of my dress was much much more than was ever expressed to me. *I thought the dress shopping was amazing but everything after that with this designer was a terrible experience which is sad and disappointing and come my wedding day, I wore something that I didnt love. This should have never happened.

erations were not a part of the cost quoted to me. What I do not understand is that if the dress is specifically made for me, why do I have to pay for alterations on top of making the dress? The first time I tried on the dress they said it "fit perfectly and there was no need to make any adjustments." The second time I tried on the dress they took the dress way in. I might have lost 2-3 pounds between the first and second try-on. The third time I came to try on the dress it was so tight that the zipper looked like it was going to bust. They took it off and made the alterations while I was there, which I was appreciative of. It looked great at the end of the fitting, but then we were told we had to pay an extra $300 for alterations. To me, it seemed as if I was paying an extra $300 for a mistake they made. If you decide to use Olia I would recommend discussing the price of alterations.

here. I was greeted with mimosas and celebrated with champagne when I said yes to my dress!! I worked with Samantha and Rayni and they were absolutely amazing. They worked so well together and were so nice and made me feel like a very special and beautiful bride. The workers at bridal shops make the biggest difference so overall this place was the best I had been to while looking for a dress!

der... I ended up choosing the first dress she picked out for me, with plans for a few customizations for make it truly “me.” My budget is on the more frugal end, and she kept this in mind and made it work!!

o come back to Olia’s just to be surrounded with the best people! I couldn’t imagine a better place to get such a special dress. I will always remember my experience here. They worked and made my budget happen! I love this place so much!

e asked me a few questions about what I was looking for and my bridal style. When we got there, the dress I asked to be pulled and several others were waiting for me. I ended up with the second dress I tried on. Olia was equally as excited as I was about the dress. She made the experience so easy and made me feel beautiful. I highly recommend this lovely boutique.

have to go with a discounted dress from another store that bullied me into saying I would buy it before the day was over. The staff at Olia’s let me browse, asked a lot of questions and let me try on whatever! I felt very welcomed and wanted here and not rushed. I tried on my dress and was in love. They let me makes payments, customized my dress, has amazing communication and everyone was amazing to work with, I wouldn’t suggest any other of the 30 dress shops after coming here. If you want the perfect dress for your perfect day Olia has it or she will make it!

he was there and told me it would be completed by October. October came and went and no one from the store nor Olia's staff. I had to reach out to them and were so rude to me for being concerned that my dress was not ready when Olia herself said it would be. They said I would receive it the following month and not to worry. Well, November came and went with out my dress and without a call from them yet again. I called and they said they had a lot of "celebrities" that needed dresses. So even though I was spending over 5K I was not a priority. They told me I should have my dress in the mail by December. They told me to stop worrying even though my dress was three months late. By the middle of January I still had not received my dress, I was so fed up I wanted to find a new dress and cancel my order all together. I relayed my frustrations with their store and they did not apologize or share how they were going to remedy the situation. They said I could not cancel my order and I would have to "deal". I asked if they could offer a discount of any kind due to the fact my dress was late, the customer service was less than ideal and I had missed my bridal portrait appointments. They said they would send veils that I could try and I could choose one. I was under the impression this was free, however they wanted me to spend another $400-600 on veils that were devastatingly horrendous, torn, and with beads falling off. Then they asked me to spend $20 on shipping to expedite them back. All in all I finally got my dress in April, 7 months after I was told I would receive it. It did not even fit right and I had to spend another $450 on alterations for a "custom" dress. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a retailer of any sort, and I am so sorry I bought a dress from them. I felt like I was taken advantage of throughout the whole ordeal and extremely cheated.

I also got to do a handful of fittings in the month or so before the wedding which was really helpful, especially since the bodice of my dress was mostly lace. It allowed for us to continue to make it just perfect. :) I highly recommend to any bride who is looking to custom design a dress!

We loved getting to talk with the designer Olia about her couture gowns and see all the veils that her mom crafts by hand! I cannot wait to see the final product and have her custom make my bridesmaid dresses and my groom's suit!

ing, she said she had the perfect dress for me. Her dress she had waiting for me was what I bought! The dress brought tears to my eyes the second I put it on. She listens, and evolves your selections based on what you like. Every suggestion she had I fell in love with. So welcoming, and easy to work with. Another thing that sold me is every dress is custom-made to the bride. Two brides who buy the same dress end up looking completely different tailored to their own style. I would highly recommend them!
