We got engaged in March 2020 and I had big dreams of getting married in November 2020- not an easy feat given how busy this season became. Cassie and her team made all those hopes and visions not only come to life but held our hands throughout the entire journey. Olive and Co. roughly three months before our May wedding because our venues event planner had left the company... At the time, the venue was unsure if they were going to find someone in time for our wedding. With our four day events being the first of the season, we were extremely concerned that the vision that I had planned for a year would not come to life. One morning, my mom and I were online looking for wedding planners and getting in touch with our vendors to see if they had anyone that they recommended (shout out to Christine from York Flower Shop for having the best contacts!) - then was the phone call to Cassie. It was an early morning and Cassie was on the road and she called back within the hour to say that 1) her and her team was surprisingly available for our weekend and 2) she would be happy to work with us! After our first phone call, I knew that we were in the greatest hands. Cassie was there for me through everything - the good, the bad, the messy, the anxious tears, and the happy tears. She took my vision and ran with it and turned it into something that I could not have even dreamed of! Not only did Cassie & Becca go above and beyond for us, I felt as though they were just a part of the family and the enjoyment that came from our day(s). She did an amazing job capturing all of our ideas and dreams and turning them into a reality. There are so many things you don’t know to think about and planning became overwhelming very quickly. She kept us focused and on schedule the whole way, took the stress out of many tasks, and made the overall experience so enjoyable. She dealt with a vendor who was not great at communicating, handled a rental mishap day-of without us even noticing anything was wrong, and even got our dessert donuts the night before and kept them at her house! And did we get lucky! We did not pose an easy task either, with buses, boats and islands, the logistics were challenging and the risks were high. Cassie never made us feel like our vision wasn’t possible and we trusted her until the very end which gave us the most perfect weekend of our lives and our families lives. The day of our wedding every vendor we spoke to was well briefed and we could tell they had spoken to Cassie. Our family now jokes when amazing things happen that Cassie must still be working. in Portland, ME a couple years ago and I knew from the moment I started planning mine that I would need her help to. As the maid of honor in my sister's wedding, I was able to relax and enjoy the day more than I ever imagined I would be able to because Cassie literally thought of everything and was always one step ahead. She was seamless in making everything run smoothly. Fast forward to my wedding- I needed a lot of help getting my wedding vision out of my head and on to paper. I knew what I wanted but didn't really know how to make it happen. Cassie helped me organize my ideas into one beautiful vision. She helped me navigate decisions, narrow down my ideas, and materialize my thoughts. When I was trying to make cost decisions, Cassie really helped guide me in deciding what would be worth letting go of and what I would find value in spending the extra money on. It gave me so much confidence to rely on her expertise! I will never forget walking through the tent on my way to the ceremony, and standing with my dad just before walking down the aisle- looking around and crying because literally my wedding was everything I could have ever dreamed of. In terms of event flow and organization- my wedding venue was very DIY, and I would have been lost without Cassie. Her timeline was spot on, she handled the minor curveballs before they even became a problem, and she kept me on track... it's easy to get distracted on your wedding day and forget where your supposed to be! Cassie was also a great support to my family, I know it was a relief for them knowing that she had everything under control and they could enjoy themselves. She and Maddie also did so much set up and takedown, which was a great thing not to have to worry about. I could go on forever about everything Cassie did to make my wedding happen. I already told her I wish I could get married again and again (to the same guy of course!) just because it was the most incredible day ever. I think one of Cassie's greatest strengths is her versatility in wedding planning- she can do as much or as little as you need and be as hands off or as hands on as you want. I appreciated the extra help with certain things and felt like I could handle others on my own, and Cassie was totally cool with that. I appreciated that Cassie recognizes wedding planning isn't a "one size fits all" and is able to customize it to your needs as your needs evolve throughout the process. Happy planning!

de about our wedding day. We had several meetings leading up to our wedding - some virtual on Google Hangout and one in person at our venue. They were always extremely helpful in working through the details of the event and any of the big or small decisions that we had to make. Cassie was always prepared for our calls with the things she wanted to run through, took detailed notes, and provided great direction for me to continue moving forward with the planning elements I was working on. Every time we met, including our rehearsal, I was so impressed with how thorough she was and the things she would think of that we never would have. It ensured every little detail was accounted for ahead of time. The day of the event, Cassie and Mattie were just a dream. My husband and I (and our families) were able to relax and enjoy the day and didn’t have to think about or take care of a single thing. They were on top of everything. My mother and mother in law have both mentioned so many times since the wedding how amazing they were. From organizing all of the other vendors and executing on the decisions we had made…..to setting up and breaking down the venue…it was just all done and done extremely well. Cassie even thought of the little things, like grabbing our seating place cards that said bride and groom and tucking them away for us to save as a keepsake. I want to throw another big party of some kind just so I can work with Cassie again.
