Christine from Olive & Ivory Events was hands-down the best day-of coordinator we could have ever dreamed of! Our wedding was May 31 at The Pelican Club, and she was there for us f...
rom start to finish.
She was an absolute pleasure to work with, incredibly organized, and always made sure everything was exactly where it needed to be. I would 100% recommend her to any couple—especially if organization isn’t exactly your strong suit and you need someone to keep everything (and everyone!) on track.
Christine will tell you where to stand, when to smile, what you need to be doing next, and, most importantly, she’ll be your advocate when you need one. She truly goes above and beyond!!
She is hands-down the best of the best, and we genuinely could not have had such a perfect, stress-free wedding day without her. We are so incredibly grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. If you’re considering hiring Christine, DO IT! You will be so glad you did.
PS She is fun!!

Working with Christine from Olive & Ivory Events was truly one of the best decisions we made during our wedding planning process. From the very beginning, Christine was incredibly ...
organized, knowledgeable, and attentive, and she made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel seamless and enjoyable. Our wedding at the Pelican Club in Jupiter, Florida ran more smoothly than we ever could have imagined, and that is entirely thanks to Christine’s expertise and attention to detail. There are so many small decisions, moving pieces, and questions you don’t even realize come up while planning a wedding, but Christine always stayed ten steps ahead. She kept us informed, on track, and confident throughout the entire process.
One of the things that stood out most was her communication. Christine is unbelievably prompt and responsive ,whether we had a quick question or needed guidance on an important decision, she always replied quickly and thoughtfully. She also communicated so efficiently with our vendors, which made everything feel effortless on our end. Her detailed event file she created for our day was nothing short of incredible and ensured absolute perfection. We had countless guests tell us that our wedding was one of the most organized weddings they had ever attended and that the flow of the evening felt so natural and seamless.
Beyond her professionalism and expertise, Christine is also such a warm, bubbly, and calming presence. The moment you meet her, you immediately feel at ease because you know she truly has everything handled. She takes her job seriously in the best possible way and clearly pours so much care into every couple and every event she plans. What we appreciated most was how clearly she presented every option and decision throughout the planning process. She never just asked us to choose something , she explained how each choice would impact the overall event so we always knew exactly what to expect. That level of guidance and foresight only comes from someone with an exceptional amount of experience and talent, and Christine’s expertise shines through in everything she does.
We would recommend Christine and Olive & Ivory Events 1000% to anyone planning a wedding or special event. She thinks through every detail and every possible scenario so you don’t have to, which allowed us to truly enjoy our engagement and wedding day stress free. We absolutely loved working with her and are so excited to continue following her journey and watching her create magic for so many other couples just like she did for us. WE LOVE YOU CHRISTINE!

l. This note reflects our perspective as the parents of the bride.
Our daughter and son-in-law, Rilee and Aaron, truly loved working with you. Your creativity, attention to detail, and flawless follow-through were outstanding. The relationships you’ve built with vendors—such as Petal Productions, Tropic Entertainment, and others—combined with your deep familiarity with The Brazilian Court Hotel, brought a level of ease and excellence that made the entire experience seamless.
Watching the transformation of the courtyard, ballroom, and patio into such a magical setting was absolutely breathtaking. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, creating an atmosphere that was both elegant and unforgettable.
Your extensive knowledge of weddings and your professionalism were remarkable—but what stood out even more was the calm and confidence you brought to every step of the process.
In the weeks leading up to the wedding, whenever we spoke with Rilee and Aaron, they were consistently happy, relaxed, and fully present. That sense of ease speaks volumes about the trust and reassurance you provided.
You created an extraordinary day that will be cherished not only by Rilee and Aaron, but by all of us, along with every family member and friend who shared in the celebration.
You are truly a professional and exceptional at what you do.
Warm regards,
Ron Sellers

o stress about logistics working out, or anything falling though the cracks. Having busy work and life schedules outside of planning a wedding, Christine is exactly the person we needed to help make our day what we wanted - fun, gorgeous, worry-free.
And if you are looking for the most responsive person in the world, you must work with Christine!
Christine is AMAZING to work with. She is extremely detail oriented, organized, and overall really easy to work with. She made all of my wedding dreams come true (even when I would...
change my mind about something a dozen times). She kept regular communication about any to-dos or updates for the week throughout the entire year we planned. I will actually miss talking to her everyday lol!! The day of my wedding went seamlessly because of her hard work.
I also booked her for my rehearsal dinner at a different venue and that was PERFECT as well!
Book her!!!!
Christine is everything you could want in a wedding planner and more! We hired Christine for full planning service more than a year out from our wedding and we were so glad we did....
She guided us through the whole process with kindness, honesty, and transparency. Christine is so organized and responsive which removed significant anxiety for us as we were planning from out of town and she made the process fun and enjoyable. I never had a full vision for my wedding, but Christine listened to what I did like and literally created my dream wedding. She also helped us pick the absolute best vendors for our wedding day.
Christine is like the older sister I dreamed of who you can text and say "is this weird idea" or "do you think its worth the money to upgrade xx" and she'll give you honest advice from her experience and several different options if you want to see. Not to mention, she'll do everything in her power to make things perfect (like finding me 4 extra heaters to rent the day before my wedding). She is truly the best and would recommend her to anyone planning a wedding or event.

l the stresses of wedding planning while I was in the newborn trenches. She supported me through challenges with opinionated family members and really looked out for what I wanted as a bride. I am not someone who takes the time to make myself beautiful or do something to celebrate myself. Christine helped me do just that. As a first time mom, a wife to a man who works at CSI Miami, and a girl who’s always wanted to feel like a princess, Christine made all my wedding dreams come true and then some! I danced the night away and had a smile on my face the entire night. 10 OUT OF 10 TOTALLY RECOMMEND!

nds. She was very easy to talk to and made you feel comfortable. If I couldn’t come to a decision about something she would always help by providing me with proper information and advice. Even my other vendors complimented Christine because she provided a very thorough and detailed timeline for our wedding. I also had the amazing opportunity to work with Raquel the day of my wedding and thanks to the both of them, my wedding was PERFECT! Our wedding day flowed seamlessly and we were able to relax and enjoy every moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better planner!!

Hiring Christine for partial planning was easily one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the start, she instantly understood our vision and made us feel completely ...
at ease — which was no small feat considering we were planning a destination wedding with a huge wedding party (21 groomsmen!) .
Planning from afar can feel overwhelming, but we had Christine. She was organized, responsive, and always ten steps ahead, offering helpful suggestions and handling the details we didn’t even know we needed to think about.
One of my favorite parts of working with Christine was how much my now-husband came to rely on her. At one point, he started skipping over me to ask, “What does Christine think?” — and honestly, I couldn’t blame him.
We have gotten so many compliments on how seamless and well-run everything was — and it was all thanks to her.
If you’re thinking about hiring Christine — DO IT. You will not regret it. She was truly the backbone of our entire wedding weekend and a huge reason why everything turned out so beautifully.

thout ever making it feel overwhelming. She made sure every detail reflected us, not just what’s trendy, expected, and would always push for a solution when we heard “No” from any vendors.
Her organization was nothing short of extraordinary. The detailed timeline and well-structured deadlines kept us on track and stress-free, even in moments that could have easily become overwhelming. It’s no exaggeration to say we would not have made it through the planning process—or the wedding day itself—without her guidance and professionalism.
On wedding day, Christine executed everything flawlessly and made sure everyone played their part. Every detail, every transition, every cue felt seamless, allowing us to be fully present and actually enjoy the day. Knowing she was behind the scenes coordinating it all gave us total peace of mind.
We are endlessly grateful to Christine and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any couple looking for someone who is a true professional, but also just a wonderful presence to have in your corner. Thank you, Christine, for everything!
I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to expressing my gratitude for Christine!! She is truly one of a kind, the best of the best, and will make planning your wedding an a...
bsolute JOY!! I was fully a “type A” bride who wasn’t if I needed a planner at first, but mainly wanted help with some of the design choices I was going for. In our first meeting with Christine, I fully understood why she was going to be so valuable. She listened to what our design goals were and immediately conceptualized the vibe we were going for. She also provided us with a clear outline for the next year of planning, step-by step. After that first call, my husband and I immediately felt at ease about the entire planning and design process.
Christine has the vision to take a single inspiration photo and turn it into a complete concept. Her eye for every little detail is unlike anyone else in the wedding business. She is an artist at her core, but is so organized and runs a TIGHT ship when it comes to the logistics. Every vendor we chose to work with knew Christine and constantly would tell us “Oh, you are working with the best, she’s awesome”. Our day was flawless from start to finish and I can confidently say that it was all due to Christine’s thorough planning.
The most important thing I can say about Christine is that she is passionate about what she does. I met with other planners before Christine and what sets her apart is that she truly cares about her couples and making their wedding day being perfect. No matter how big or how small.
If you take nothing else from this review, the photos of me seeing the reception room, seeing my vision come to life should speak for themselves. Not many planners can say their brides cried just as much at the reception room as they did at their ceremony.
After thoroughly researching and consulting with about eight wedding planners in the South Florida area, I knew that finding the right planner was one of the most crucial parts of ...
the process—and after speaking with Christine, I knew it had to be her.
As someone with a clear vision and a strong sense of what I wanted, Christine brought the expertise, organization, and support I needed to bring everything together seamlessly. It’s very clear that wedding planning and coordination are second nature to her, and I truly can’t imagine having gone through any part of the process without her.
Even after attending so many weddings over the years, I quickly realized I had no real understanding of how they actually work—from the flow of events to everything happening behind the scenes to keep the day running smoothly. I initially thought I only needed a day-of coordinator, but after speaking with Christine, I realized how much I would benefit from her full planning services—and I’m so glad I did.
One of the things I appreciated most was her ability to guide us with realistic expectations and suggestions that aligned with both our budget and our vision. If something wasn’t possible, she always offered alternative ideas that still captured what we wanted—oftentimes better than what I had originally imagined. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about vendors in the area and impressively efficient when it comes to all things planning.
On top of all that, Christine is just a gem of a human. You want good energy throughout the wedding planning process, and having someone who is both a superstar planner and such a lovely presence made the entire experience even more special. We lovingly referred to her as our “friendly drill sergeant” on the big day—she kept everything on track with grace and authority. We had a couple of things come up the morning of the wedding (and I’m sure several more that I was blissfully unaware of), and everything was handled seamlessly. I never felt stressed or overwhelmed—just fully present and excited to enjoy the day.
I like to think the reason I earned the “chill bride” label in the lead-up and on the wedding day was because Christine handled everything behind the scenes with such care and precision. I firmly believe that solid planning is the key to avoiding stress, and thanks to Christine, that was absolutely the case for Tom and me. Could not be more grateful for everything she did for us and personally think booking her was one of the best decisions we could have made. Thank you Christine!!! 🥹❤️

uestions and needs were asked through creating a wedding timeline, communicating with our vendors, and conducting a ceremony rehearsal. Christine even went above and beyond her duties as our month of wedding planner by helping us with issues we had with our invitations (which was several months before we even had started planning!).
Our wedding day truly went perfectly and it is thanks to Christine and her thoroughness to ensure our day went just as we envisioned. Thank you Christine!
Hiring Christine was hands down the best decision we made during the entire wedding planning process. I had a very specific vision: a black tie wedding in my grandparents backyard ...
with 150 guests — elegant, seamless, and unforgettable. Somehow, she took that dream and brought it to life even better than I imagined.
From the start, Christine listened so thoughtfully and handled every detail with incredible precision and care. The way her team/our vendors transformed our space was nothing short of magical. The layout, the flow, the lighting, the timing — every element felt intentional and effortless. Guests are still raving about how stunning and perfectly executed the entire evening was.
But beyond the logistics, what meant the most to me was her calming presence and unwavering support, I an assure you I can be alot and she never once batted an eye. I never once felt stressed or overwhelmed, because I knew I had someone by my side who truly cared and had everything handled.
If you're dreaming big and want someone who can actually deliver and make the process enjoyable, Christine is your person. I’ll be forever grateful to her, if I could shout it from the rooftops I would. Truly the most amazing wedding planner and an even more amazing human!
We recently held my daughters destination wedding in Jupiter, FL, and Christine Olive from Olive & Ivory Events was our wedding planner. As the bride’s father (and keeper of the ch...
eckbook), I was skeptical of using a wedding planner. All I can say is that hiring Christine was probably the smartest thing we did! She worked with my wife and daughter for months on all aspects of the wedding, insuring that we were on top of everything and letting nothing fall through the cracks. But what impressed me the most was on the day of our wedding. She was at the venue, from beginning to end, making sure everyone (from vendors, to guests, to the bridal party) was on time and where we needed to be, when we needed to be there. She was also able to handle a couple of hiccups we had, without any interrupts to our schedule. We did not have to worry about anything as she made sure everything ran smoothly. Because of this we were able to truly enjoy the occasion and focus on our friends and family. I was very thankful for everything Christine did and I can’t recommend her highly enough to handle any wedding planning and the wedding event itself.
Christine was amazing and extremely organized. she caught a lot of my mistake mistakes and made sure that the day ran extremely smooth. She is the person that you want on your side...
on the day and is not afraid to tell family members “no” lol which you will need. It was great knowing she was in our corner and she really helped last minute when a lot of last-minute hiccups came about. She provided a lot of information that helped me organize all the details that I needed. We hired her for the day of and it was the best decision ever!

ed Christine to do day-of wedding coordination for my January 2025 wedding. Her efforts started well before the wedding day and I have never encountered someone so responsive as Christine. She was there to answer any questions we had and offered advice wherever needed. Our wedding day was the best day of our lives because we didn’t worry about a thing. Christine was there every step of the way to ensure we had a flawless event. You can tell when someone has genuine passion for what they do and seeks to make others happy. We can’t thank her enough.

of work), and so so so organized. There are so many little details that i had no idea even existed, and she handled them all with ease. She is very quick with responding to emails, texts, and phone calls. She kept all of our vendors perfectly aligned and was so good with handling the ones who were difficult to get responses from!! Leading up to wedding day she kept us calm and organized. But, let me tell you, the day of the wedding she is a force to be reckoned with!!! She gets it DONE y’all. I can truly say not a single thing went wrong. We had the perfect day. My family and friends also have nothing but wonderful things to say about her and how she executed our event. Look no further for your perfect wedding planner, she’s right here.
Christine was brilliant. Excellent both on the day and at every turn of organizing.

hing we were grateful for. She helped us navigate the difficult world of vendors and locations, giving us her honest opinions about what each could provide for us and helped us make those difficult decisions. Her response time is nothing short of exceptional and if she didn’t have an answer immediately, she hustled to get one as soon as she possibly could, contacting anyone that needed to be contacted on our behalves. She left no stone unturned. To describe Christine as efficient would be the understatement of the century. She makes you feel as if you are her most important client at all times.
On the day, Christine was on top of everything. There are so many moving parts especially weather and timings (obviously when you’re in south Florida!) she made sure that our wedding was absolutely perfect. This was a big orthodox Jewish wedding and Christine was more than up to making sure that everything moved on time and in a way that kept the magic of the occasion at the forefront. We had the most meaningful and beautiful wedding and a few weeks later we are still reliving the most amazing day of our lives over and over. Thank you Christine. We miss you already!

Christine’s professionalism and calm demeanor made the planning process stress-free and enjoyable. On the big day, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to focus on celebrating and enjoying our time with loved ones.
We highly recommend Christine Olive to anyone looking for a wedding planner who truly cares about making your day unforgettable!
If you are planning a wedding anywhere near Christine, you need to hire her. When we woke up the day after our wedding, my wife’s first words to me were “can you imagine if we didn...
’t have Christine?” The answer is no.
Christine is everything you can ever ask for in a wedding planner. Her attention to detail and responsiveness is insane. She always had an answer to our questions. She gave excellent advice when we asked for her opinion. Importantly, her guidance was always (1) in line with our overall vision and (2) definitive and clear – i.e., it always gave me great comfort that it seemed like she was extremely experienced and great at what she does. It was no surprise to me that my hunch was correct.
Christine was so organized with the vendors – she sent out multiple emails to each of our vendors (15+) leading up to the event. Due to her tireless effort to be on top of everything for us, there were a couple instances where she corrected our vendors on details (for example, they were planning to show up at the wrong time).
Her performance on wedding day was everything I hoped and more. Besides the fact that the day went perfectly and according to plan down to the minute on her timeline, Christine’s demeanor and guidance on the actual day was very comforting for me and my wife.
Truthfully, my only regret is that we didn’t do the full package and that I literally didn’t hire her the day after I got engaged. She was worth every single penny and then some.

ordinator until I actually spoke to Christine on the phone. She was hired as a "Day of Coordinator" but she did so much more than that. The weeks leading up to my wedding, she was available to me all day, everyday. She ran through every minute of the day not missing one detail, thinking of things I didn't even know I had to. If there were issues on the day of the wedding, I had no idea because Christine took care of everything. She was unbelievably thorough and help my wedding dreams come true. She created a detailed file with all the information for the event and made sure all vendors and wedding party members were on the same page. She took many things off my plate, but the most important thing she took off my plate was my stress. She offered the most appropriate and necessary recommendations and advice. I had no worries once I knew Christine was involved. My venue (Pelican Club) and other vendors knew Christine and were happy to hear when she was my coordinator. She reputation speaks volumes. I would recommend Christine to any one looking for a planner or coordinator. I wish I had hired her sooner than I did. I am truly so grateful I had her as a part of my wedding day.
Christine planned our wedding for 11/16/24. My wife already left a glowing review but Christine was so amazing that I felt like I needed to post a separate (also glowing) review. F...
rom start to finish, Christine was on top of all details. She was freakishly responsive to messages and emails (literally would respond comprehensively within 5 minutes of us sending a random message) and understood our vision entirely. Christine was not afraid to give us her honest opinion, which is something that we found incredibly valuable. Perhaps most importantly, Christine was able to provide constructive feedback to our ideas that allowed them to work practically while still incorporating our vision.
We highly recommend Christine to anyone who wants a planner that is responsive, creative, thoughtful, realistic, and fun.
Christine was amazing! We cannot recommend her enough. We live in another state and she was so helpful in planning our wedding from afar. I have never met someone so organized and ...
efficient. She guided us through the whole process, giving us feedback and helpful opinions at every stage. We got married at a brand new venue which had never held a wedding before so there were a ton of logistics and we had to basically start from scratch with a blank slate, and she thought of every detail. On the day of the wedding, she was extremely organized and removed any stress from us by taking the lead on coordinating every single thing. We put all our trust in her and it went perfectly. We highly recommend her!

he came to our flower meeting and helped speak on our behalf when we felt uncomfortable doing so. She always came to us with her recommendations (vendor, décor, timeline, etc.) but also reminded us that if we felt enthusiastic about something she would always do what we preferred. We had last-minute changes due to the weather and she managed all the updates so quickly you would never have known there was a change. Throughout our entire process, she was super organized, detail-orientated, and had our day planned down to the minute. We greatly appreciate all of Christine's hard work, she made our day perfect and stress-free. You would never know she was working with multiple other couples at the same time as us, we highly recommend choosing Christine for your big day!

f our daughter's wedding went perfectly and we credit much of that to Christine's competent, calm and compassionate manner. She handled any little hiccup before it could develop into an issue. Her assistant even went to a nearby drugstore to buy eyelash glue for a member of the bridal party who was having a beauty emergency before the ceremony - without batting an eyelash! We will be forever grateful we had Christine to help make our daughter's wedding exactly as she wanted!

She is seriously THE best of the best. I absolutely loved working with her and feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful planner! All my guests and friends kept saying “you don’t seem stressed at all” and I can truly say that is because of Christine. I felt completely confident and comfortable knowing that she was handling all aspects of our wedding. Christine is the complete package and trust me when I say that you need her for your wedding!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for making our wedding day so perfect!

hristine arrived early (and I say that as a good thing!) on the wedding day and just calmly went about taking care of EVERYTHING. She had a very thorough checklist and time agenda so clearly a lot of work had been done ahead of time.
As the Mother of the Bride, I was able to just enjoy the day knowing all the organizing was in someone else’s hands.
As this was an out of state wedding- we were reliant on Christine for vendor referrals and all were excellent!

out of the water! She gave us the confidence we needed to plan our wedding in 6 months time and have it turn out exactly as we envisioned. Christine was available to us throughout the planning process to answer our many questions, offer vendor suggestions, draft contracts with vendors, and ultimately ease our worries. She navigated us through the logistics of wedding day which helped to guide our decisions. She perfected every last detail and created a timeline and comprehensive document allowing the wedding party, vendors and venues all to remain on the same page and have a reference for questions or detail clarifications. She encouraged us to put in the work early with some time to spare so that we could really enjoy all that we had planned. We did not have to lift a finger or answer a single question on wedding day and that was a huge relief. Christine was there the whole day to facilitate which allowed my groom and I to just enjoy each other, our people, and the celebration. It has been 2 weeks since our wedding and our family and friends cannot stop gushing about the magnificence of it all. We cannot thank Christine enough for being such an instrumental part in the preparation and execution of the most important day of our lives thus far.

I truly could not have enjoyed my big day without her taking care of all the details. I appreciate her so much and would definitely recommend her company to future brides!

g destination, there is no shortage of wedding planners. When we found Christine online, we recognized she was the type of person we wanted to help connect the dots to make our special day a success.
We had thought we were pretty well set before we brought her on board, but there were a number of intricate details which either slipped my mind or hadn’t occurred to me, and our wedding day would have been a stressful nightmare if not for Christine! Her organizational skills, diligence in follow-up, thorough communication, and gentle yet firm guidance (I’m a squirrel who gets easily distracted) kept us on track. Her creative vision was also a tremendous contribution; because of her ideas we put together nothing short of a romantic beach wedding ceremony, with a reception I can only describe as magical. Seeing everything come together on the day of the wedding was a feeling I will never, ever forget. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts, Christine!!

I cannot even begin to put into works how highly I think of Christine and her team! I started working with Christine about 3 months prior to my wedding and my only regret is that I...
did not find her sooner.
Christine made me feel as if I were the only bride she was working with. (There were several!) She was very prompt with communication. I never waited longer than a few hours for a response to email and texts were almost always returned immediately. She made recommendation that I had never even thought of. (Highly recommend the last dance idea) and was very honest with me when I had ideas that she felt would not compliment the day. In full transparency, I asked her recommendations on just about everything. I liked that she gave me the pros and cons of everything we discussed and respected my decisions.
Most importantly, Christine was my biggest ADVOCATE when it came to working with vendors. What I found was that many vendors had conflicting ideas (all great, btw) of what our day should look like, but did not necessarily fall in line with what I was hoping for. Christine communicated on my behalf to make sure they knew what my dream day looked like AND made sure they listened.
I am very type A and pride myself on being a planner. Christine take this to the next level. Literally, the entire day was planned down to the minute. Her experience really prevented any roadblocks. The day of our wedding there were a few minor hiccups, but I did not learn of them until after my honeymoon as they had been taken care of on my behalf. The team really take the time to get to know you and your preferences which is why they knew exactly how I would have wanted to handle any potential challenges.
Basically, I want to plan a second wedding just to do it all again with Christine. She is a DREAM and you will be in great hands!
Christine truly made what would have been a hectic day, an absolute dream wedding (10.06.23)! Christine is truly like one of your friends. She's easy to talk to, straight forward,...
organized and VERY responsive. My mom was encouraging a wedding planner/coordinator throughout the entire wedding planning process because it was a destination wedding, and we starting to feel in over our heads. We had already planned basically all of the details of my wedding and booked most vendors, but if you've ever planned a wedding, you know how many vendors/details/conversations you're trying to keep track of all at once, never mind ensuring it all goes well day of. Especially if you're like me, and have never planned a wedding before and are the very first wedding in your family for over 20 years (oldest grandchild here)! Finally, my mom convinced me and offered to hire a professional to ensure all of our hard work and vision came to life. Even though we hired Christine for "day of" she did so much PRIOR to the wedding. Christine created our wedding timeline, answered questions, made recommendations, coordinated with all of our vendors to ensure timing and contracted services were accurate, and of course she was there by my side day of making sure everything around me was running smoothly so my husband and I could enjoy our wedding with all of our favorite people. She set up everything and packed up at the end of the night. She thought of a lot of things that I never even thought to ask or think of and I really don't know how the day would have turned out if we didn't have her. Guests are still talking about what an incredible wedding it was! If you are debating whether to book Christine or not, JUST DO IT! You will have an amazing wedding. Thanks for everything, Christine!
Christine worked my wedding last weekend on 10/7 and I don’t know how we would have gotten through the day without her! She made sure the timeline was followed to a T and that ever...
ything we needed was in place before and after. She stayed up until the very end even making sure all of our valuables were secured in our vehicles for our send off. Most importantly she was very communicative and easy to get a hold of. I would highly recommend her as anyone’s wedding planner!
Christine actually did my sister’s wedding and it only made sense to bring her back for mine! Christine and her team are absolutely WONDERFUL! Christine gave me so much piece of mi...
nd, taking so many things off my plate and organizing things I would have never thought to do. She is a pleasure to work with, and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone getting married. Raquel was our day of coordinator and was incredible. They covered every possible area needing to be covered and more. She felt more like a friend helping out than a vendor and we had just met that day. Olive & Ivory Events has their weddings dialed in and will make your special say wonderful with ease. Thank you Christine and Raquel for EVERYTHING! It was truly the best day ever.
Although there are many reviews of Christine as a day of coordinator, I had the pleasure of hiring her a year out from my wedding for full service planning. Our first phone call sh...
e asked so many questions I had never even though of before, going to weddings you never realize how many little details go into the planning process. The WedAssist App helps to keep things all organized in one place which I loved. The day of the wedding there were so many things that went through my head and I would mention them and they were already taken care of by Christine. I truly enjoyed my wedding day without having to think about all the little details, set up and break down at the end of the night, it was such a blessing!
If you want a stress-free wedding planning process, you MUST hire Christine. I was connected with her after she planned my best friend's wedding in 2022 and I ended up hiring her f...
or both my wedding and housewarming party. My husband and I both have hectic work schedules and it was so valuable to have Christine as our partner in the planning process. She is the absolute best at what she does - she is so organized, professional, responsive, and passionate about bringing her clients' vision to life. Every vendor that she recommended was amazing to work with as well. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and we are so grateful to have found her! We will absolutely be hiring her for all future events.
I found Christine about three months before wedding -- and boy, am I glad I found her. Trying to keep straight all of the things that would make our wedding not only go smoothly bu...
t also make it *enjoyable* was causing me anxiety! Christine provided immediate relief to that stress -- seriously, simply talking to her on the phone during our initial meeting put me at ease because she was incredibly thorough.
Christine ran through a laundry list of questions about our wedding plans -- some things we had already decided and some we hadn't even thought of. That's exactly the kind of person you want as your coordinator -- someone who thinks of *everything.* That's Christine.
Christine is meticulously organized, laser-focused, and incredibly responsive. The comprehensive event file she created for our wedding put all the many, various details of our wedding in one place and made them digestible -- for us and our vendors (who she communicated to and chased down when necessary)!
And on our wedding day, Christine was a force to be reckoned with. We somehow managed to get married on one of the windiest, coldest days in Florida, and when our photographers had to change our photo plan on a fly to accomodate the weather, we shot Christine a text to get the rest of the bridal party where we were -- and she did it!
She covered countless other big and small, incredibly important logistics throughout the entire process, and if I could do anything differently, I would hire her for her full wedding planning services rather than just day-of coordination, because it would've given me so much more peace of mind earlier on!
Christine Olive was the day-of coordinator for my intimate wedding ceremony/reception (15 people). Prior to the event, she was very communicative with all of my vendors - after I b...
ooked them I didn't even have to talk to them until the day of the wedding, which took so much stress off of the planning process! She was so much more than a coordinator! Christine was ready to go with anything I needed on my wedding day (odds and ends and various other random requests).
Also, I am a person who procrastinates, Christine kept me on task until everything was finalized. It would not have been the same wedding without her help, very pleased with the outcome, and I could not have done it without her. Definitely worth factoring a coordinator in to the budget.

nd Christine did not disappoint. She handled every last minute change I threw her way, kept me on task and helped me make decisions, doing it all with a smile on her face and becoming a friend along the way. You would be lucky to have her and Raquel part of your day

alent and professionalism. I was referred to Christine by a local vendor and knew after our first conversation that she was exactly what I was looking for. She is detailed, organized, prompt, responsive, resourceful, direct, and ON TOP of everything you wouldn’t even think of. She has multiple planning packages to choose from and is reasonably priced. We were contracted for partial planning services but Christine worked with me 6+ months before my wedding to ensure that things didn’t pile up last minute. She is very connected in the local wedding industry and had strong recommendations for vendors who are priced fairly and have talented portfolios. She helped me curate my dream wedding and wedding team who implemented a perfect day of timeline even when the weather decided to downpour on us!
Christine, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are a true talent and any couple is lucky to have you next to them on their wedding day!
Christine was amazing. We used her as a day of planner and she gave us the peace of mind we needed going into our wedding day! Leading up to our day she was extremely organized, pr...
ofessional, and responsive. She was also an excellent communicator: clear, concise, accurate, and timely— all of which made it easy to trust that she would do everything we needed to problem solve for us on our wedding day as needed. During our rehearsal and on our wedding day she was prepared and the perfect balance of sweet and assertive- so all our guests and wedding party really liked her but also were clear she was to be listened to. If we had it to do all over again we would have hired Christine to plan the whole wedding, not just the day of and would highly recommend her to anyone!!
Christine helped us have the best wedding day possible! I booked her after getting recommendations and researching different vendors online. When I had an initial phone call with h...
er and heard how she has worked with all my other vendors numerous times, I knew choosing her was the right call. And I was not wrong - she is organized, follow ups with you & others timely, and is very knowledgeable about the industry. She helped answer any wedding related question I had throughout the process. Most importantly, hiring Christine helped me with doing the wedding details that I didn’t think could be hard - like flowers or reception layout. There’s so much that goes into a wedding that you don’t quite understand until you plan one and having a wedding planner like Christine was crucial to helping make the wedding perfect. On the day of my wedding, we had to completely change the reception from all outside to an inside/outside terrace due to the weather. Rather than be worried about how it turned out, I had Christine take charge and she made it even more beautiful than I could imagine. I’m so happy I hired her and definitely recommend for anyone looking for help on their big day!
Christine came highly recommended by our venue (The Sunday House). Before we decided to go with a professional planner, I noticed myself becoming overwhelmed with all of the detail...
s, and felt that I was making arbitrary decisions with vendors/planning. I decided to hire Christine for her partial planning package, and it was absolutely and hands down the BEST decision I made during our planning process, and the BEST investment I made overall in our big day. First of all, she is a lovely human and truly passionate about what she does. Christine is so professional and is a great communicator. She responds to emails and texts very promptly and gives excellent input on every aspect of the planning process. Every single vendor she recommended was above and beyond wonderful. She has many contacts in the industry and it is apparent that she is very well respected by these vendors. Most importantly, I felt calm and present in the days leading up to our wedding, and on our wedding day. Christine handled everything with such professionalism, and at the same time radiated joy in sharing our special day with us. All of our vendors RAVED about Christine, my family were complimenting her all day (still are), and even my somewhat (initially) skeptical husband could not stop complimenting her work. Overall, I felt supported, present, calm, and was able to soak in the most perfect day because of Christine's hard work and passion for what she does. I would hire her again and again if I could!!! We cannot thank her enough for making our wedding such a beautiful, memorable day.

gs out of our control go awry. I was approached a few times during my big day saying how I was a very stress free bride, I owe that all to Christine!! I was able to enjoy the day, talk to all our guests, get all the photos we wanted and stick to our timeline. I could not have imagined how many small details go into a wedding and Christine helped me manage them all. The night before our wedding we realized we didn't have the unity candles for our ceremony and she took it upon herself to get them for us without missing a beat. Our wedding parties, photography team, bakery, DJ and venue raved about getting to work with Christine and even said their days leading up to the wedding and the big day were a breeze because of her. I do not have enough good words to say. She took care of us like she was our longest friend and took care of business like the boss woman she is :) You will not regret hiring Olive & Ivory Event Design.
