o would “elevate” the surrounding environment in a way that adds, but feels natural. We wanted a wildflower feel, with an intentional design. Kaitlyn was the perfect fit for us!
We worked closely with Kaitlyn on the color-scheme, which specific flowers we wanted to highlight and how we wanted to incorporate special touches like commemorative flowers. Kaitlyn went above and beyond and offered us multiple options in many cases, gave her input when we reached out about other choices like linens and table numbers, and was on-site to graciously move various ceremony flowers so they could be enjoyed in meaningful ways during the reception.
Kaitlyn had ideas on how we could use the florals to add to our day in new ways we hadn’t thought of, and was always kind, thoughtful, quick to respond, and attentive in each step of the process. She was always quick to respond to our emails and always happy to chat to make sure she fully understood what we were looking for.
Kaitlyn made our planning process so easy, and when we look back at our wedding, we will always be so grateful that we worked with Kaitlyn!

ever paid attention to any sort of flowers at weddings before. When we first met her, we described the rough color palette we had in mind, as well as our vision for what we wanted the tables to look like (lots of candles!) and what she was able to accomplish was absolutely mindblowing. My bouquet was so beautiful I decided to get it preserved. And the piece she created for the Booking House’s mantle (which was the ceremony backdrop) was just breathtaking - we couldn’t believe it when we saw it and we’re still not over it. Closer to the date, she met with me again to make any additions and updates. She even created an inspiration board for me that allowed me to see what she was thinking/her design intentions which was very helpful because we were not able to meet in-person due to COVID. On the wedding day, she was on time and worked flawlessly with other vendors. She even stayed till after the ceremony was over to move flowers from the outside ceremony location to the reception. rrangements for the arbor (and fabric) which were used for the ceremony and then transferred to our sweetheart table. She also provided some accent florals for a few of our static displays including picture ladders, a floral ring to sit behind our his/her cake, welcome sign, etc. During our initial phone call, Kaitlyn listened to our ideas and really understood what we were going for which speaks to her skill and talent as a professional. And she seriously came through for us! She was spot on with the color scheme and the arrangements were perfect! s- emails, texts, and phone calls. She called me to get an idea of what I was looking for and when I saw my bouquet and all of her work I was completely blown away! The colors were exactly what I wanted. I wanted to add terra-cotta at the last minute and she was fine with that. I love how Kaitlyn suggested she could repurpose the arch flowers for the sweetheart table. Most of the other florists I contacted wanted me to pay separately for a sweetheart centerpiece, or even increase their setup fee. We even repurposed the flowers on the chairs for the reception.
