Kenda was absolutely amazing no to work. She puts so much time and effort into understanding every detail of the wedding and vision and made sure we didn’t have to take one bit of stress the day of the wedding. She was excellent in communicating with all of our vendors so we didn’t have to manage anything the wedding day. The weeks leading up to the event she was in communication with all the vendors and made sure everyone was aware of timelines, themes and deadlines. We were so lucky to have her there and she made sure we could enjoy and soak in our special day
We used Olive & Pearl Events for our wedding coordination for our May 2026 wedding and we cannot recommend Kenda highly enough! From start to finish, she was absolutely incredible and played a huge role in making our wedding day seamless and stress-free.
She flawlessly coordinated our rehearsal, ceremony, and reception, while also overseeing the setup of a ballroom for 200 guests, a cocktail hour patio, foyer decorations, and a chapel space for our ceremony. Every detail was executed perfectly, and the entire space looked even more beautiful than we had imagined.
Throughout the planning process, her communication was exceptional. She maintained consistent contact with all of our vendors, ensuring everyone was informed, organized, and working together smoothly. As well as staying in communication with me and my now husband and taking the time to come over to our house before the wedding to discuss the day in person and go over the decorations and brining us a sweet wedding gift!
What truly set her apart was her positive attitude and professionalism. No matter what challenge arose, she approached it with confidence, kindness, and a smile. She was calm under pressure, incredibly organized, and genuinely invested in making our day special. She was always around making sure everything was running smooth on the day of and always asking if we were good and needed anything.
Because of Kenda's hard work, our wedding day flowed effortlessly, allowing us and our families to fully enjoy every moment. If you're looking for a coordinator who is dependable, detail-oriented, and an absolute joy to work with, we wholeheartedly recommend her! Thank you Kenda and Olive & Pearl!
