Family members kept coming up to me afterwards saying how much they loved Noelle - I have no idea how she had time to spend to talk to my family, but she charmed them all! We will forever have incredible memories of our wedding day, thanks to Noelle and OFW.

She helped us select vendors, track our planning milestones, monitor contracts, payment dates, and generally keep us on track. d the design consultation. Before choosing OFW, I had calls with several wedding planning companies and within a few minutes of my intro call with Olivia, I knew she was the one. I told her what I was looking for in a planner was someone to manage me throughout the process. We had a long engagement so I had already hired most of the key vendors, and was now in the “soo.. now what?” stage. My husband and I both work relatively demanding jobs and didn’t really want to have to think about what we need to do and when we need to do it to make sure the day comes together, and that’s where Olivia came in. We started meeting with her about a year out and at each meeting she’d clearly lay out what we need to accomplish within the next month or so, and always offered to help wherever she could - whether it was researching vendors or just answering random questions we had. From a design perspective, I had a few ideas or inspiration photos in mind but certainly wasn’t someone with a Pinterest board. Olivia took my limited photos, ideas, and words, and turned it into the most incredible mood board. She attended all of our meetings with the design/floral team at our venue, and helped us decide where to spend/save. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Olivia’s attention to detail blew us away. She completely took over communication with all of our vendors and put together the most detailed timeline for all of them, and another one for the wedding party. My husband and I kept joking that we were legitimately bored because we had nothing to do since she had taken over everything. I truly never felt stressed throughout the entire process because I knew we were in the greatest possible hands. The day of, Olivia once again proved herself the best wedding planner, if not one of the best HUMANS, you will ever meet. We truly got to live out our wedding with abandon - never worrying about one single detail, whether the bridal party was in the right place at the right time, where our parents or vendors were, etc. Olivia and team (she brought four assistants!) had every single thing under control, and because of the command she showed throughout the planning process, we knew it. Everyone says something is bound to go wrong on your day, and for me, it was an emergency situation with a beauty vendor who wasn’t able to make it anymore. Not having a planner would’ve made this a disaster, but within minutes Olivia made phone calls and had someone on their way. Since the wedding, I’ve learned of many other small but incredibly significant things Olivia did, like Door Dashing a bottle of our favorite liquor to the venue because we told a friend we wish we had some, or moving up timing of speeches because I looked like I wanted to start dancing already (lol). What makes Olivia and team incredible is the fact that they truly care about the couples they work with. She was so authentically happy for us and because of that, wanted to make sure we had the most perfect day ever. That level of organization, thoughtfulness, and genuine care is unmatched. She really felt like our friend - we looked forward to every meeting and on the day of, her calming presence was exactly what we needed. I have no doubt the rest of the OFW team is the same, and will recommend this team to everyone I know.
