Provided exactly what we needed for our BYOB bar service -- licensed bartenders as required by our venue. Responsive and friendly. They provided a detailed shopping list a couple weeks before the wedding once we told them what we wanted to serve, which made it easy to order everything from the store.
We rented a table through them to serve as the bar. They were responsible for set up, which could've been neater. The table cloth wasn't straight and the boxes of alcohol were clearly visible. It wasn't a huge deal for me, but if you care about it, make sure you prepare a bar for them.
The bartenders themselves were kind and friendly. Overall worth the money.

After getting quotes from several bartending companies, Olive or Twist came in at the best rate. They offered many bartending services that came at an incredible price - everything from alcohol pick-up, ice pick-up, assistance in ordering - you name it. It was such a huge benefit going with them because we were able to supply our own alcohol. That means we were able to purchase exactly what we wanted and how much we wanted (pro tip, if you purchase from Specs, you can return any unopened alcohol and get your money back).
Olive or Twist were extremely professional and communicative during the entire process. There was a hiccup with the alcohol order, and they were fast to communicate the problem so we could quickly find a solution.
Their bartenders were top-notch (shoutout Ajay and Christina!!!). They were extremely attentive, quick to serve drinks, and very flexible. I have a few day-off requests for them, and they executed perfectly.
Overall I am very pleased with my experience with Olive or Twist. I would recommend them to anyone having an event or wedding in the Austin Area. Raymond and Gabi are the best!!

Everything was super easy and streamlined to do. The staff was absolutely phenomenal, and you can tell they were having just as much fun as we were. They gave us and our guests a fun and special experience at our wedding we will never forget.
They were great to work with! They gave us a list of what alcohol we needed. We thought maybe it was too much but nope, they were spot on! Everyone was nice and they made delish signature cocktails!
Raymond and his team are so helpful when it comes to bartending an event! They'll go the extra mile to make sure you have everything you need and that you are prepared. They are easy to work with which is SO helpful in any kind of event planning. We have hired them multiple times and I will again in the future!
Amazing experience!! I communicated with Raymond for several months before the wedding, and he was very patient and professional (I truly had no idea what I was doing in terms of arranging this particular service but he was so helpful!). I still have guests raving to me about how good the alcohol and bartending services were- they showed up and did an INCREDIBLE job for my reception as well!

Out of all the Vendors at our wedding, this was by far the best. Company communication was clear and direct and timely. Very affordable for the amazing service they offer. The absolute best service you could ask for from bartenders at your wedding reception. The staff at Olive or Twist made our signature drinks exactly as we specified, helped us with all the pre-planning details, and knew exactly when to cut off certain guests that had one too many. Probably one of the most important vendors to the guest and the one most couples do not think too much about is the bartenders. With all of the craziness that couples go through to plan a wedding, it is hard to spend as much time on each vendor. People spend so much time on the food, the florals, the dress, the venue, the photographer, all really important stuff, but sometimes the vendor that is most important to the guest go without much thought.
Olive or Twist was such a delight to work with and made the most important process of the night go smoothly. Guest were greeted with smiling faces, quick service, and fabulous drinks. The stock list was such a huge help in making sure we had enough of everything and even remembering the little things!! We choose to add ice and cup rental with our package, and we were so grateful to have them offer this service to take one less thing off our backs. They also had all of the certifications and insurances that made using them that much easier.
I highly recommend using their services and your guest will be delighted too!!!

I have been to a lot of weddings where the bartenders just did their job. These bartenders were so kind and helpful to all my guests. They had huge smiles on their face and not just to me the bride! My guests said the same thing. The owners were also so kind and helpful with last minute changes.
Olive and Twist is a couple who bartends on the side, this is not the full-time job just FYI. During the planning process they were helpful and kind but took a while to respond to emails and did not know what barback services meant so I was trying to see what things they provided or didn't provide. It took a few emails but the day-of we really enjoyed their services and all our guests were super pleased with the special drinks we wanted made.
My aunt said we had the best wedding bar she's ever been to (she particularly liked our spicy watermelon margarita)! I really liked how helpful they were in helping us pick signature cocktails. If I could do it over again, I would go ahead and pay the extra money for them to buy the mixers, garnishes, and cups so we didn't wind up spending a bunch of our time dealing with all that

Olive and Twist was the perfect bartending choice for our wedding. If you're looking for a bartending service that will let you completely customize your bar menu (minus shots, heads up) then this is the team for you. Both my now husband and I love cocktail making at home, and had exact recipes we wanted the team to do, and they were happy to do it (down the ounces and everything!). All our guests know how into cocktails we are and people really appreciated that the recipes were our own!
The only minor detail that got missed is that during our preplanning session, we had agreed that one of our drinks, The Gold Rush, would be freshly shaken, but on the night of the reception, for some reason, that drink got prebatched. Not a huge deal, but we just would've preferred freshly shaken. Overall, especially given how affordable this team is, we would definitely hire them again.

The best service possible. I booked with Raymond over a year ago, and the process was super easy and prices were very reasonable. I rescheduled for covid 4 weeks before my wedding, and luckily they were able to rebook, easily and without hassle. Now a year later I had to call off my wedding entirely, and Raymond was beyond helpful. Kind and caring and got the job done quickly. When booking for your wedding you want someone who not only can get the job done, but truly cares about the importance of your special day. Olive or Twist was the best! Working with Raymond and Gabi to plan our event was a dream. Raymond was great in answering all our questions, suggesting creative signature cocktails, and handed our COVID re-scheduling perfectly. They did not charge us a re-scheduling fee which was awesome and made reworking our big day less stressful. We were lucky to have Ajay and Carly as our bartenders the night of and they were phenomenal. Drinks were made timely (and deliciously!) and their professionalism can’t be beat. They even went so far as to make a drink for my wife and deliver it to her dressing room! With all the last minute details we forgot to buy the bitters for our Old Fashioned and Ajay handled it perfectly. He went out and bought some, no questions asked. If you’re looking for someone reliable and communicative with outstanding customer service, we highly recommend using Olive or Twist as your bartenders!

Olive or Twist were awesome at my daughters wedding. They were very professional with our guest . I highly recommend these guys!
Raymond and his team were so wonderful throughout this whole tough COVID time! We originally booked them as our bartenders for our January 2021 wedding. They were great in helping us develop a package that met our needs and aligned with the venue layout.
We ultimately decided to postpone our big celebration due to COVID, but Olive or Twist was so professional, helpful, and understanding in helping us to develop our plan B. While we didn't get to try their tasty cocktails, we can vouch for the professional, helpful way in which they run their business. We hope to work with them further in the future!

Our bartenders were so great. They had not received the information that we had preordered the ice, but immediately went out and corrected that. They were exceptionally friendly and the drinks were delicious! Absolutely would recommend.

Booking with Olive or Twist was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day.
Preparing for our big day was made easy with the help of Raymond who was there to offer expert advice and informed me of my options.
Olive or Twist had customization options to choose from. We were so glad they had options that fit our needs and budget. We were so excited that we chose options that allowed us to not have to do any of the hefty lifting on our big day.
Our wedding day (1.11.2020) went off without a hitch! I am so blessed to have had vendors that kept our 250 guests happy and the libations flowing! Olive or Twist were able to serve a variety of options provided by us including mixed drinks, a signature cocktail, craft beer, and domestic beer.

We got married on 12-21-19 and had Olive or Twist take care of our guests. We set our expectations high with our bar menu (multiple wine options, beer, and three signature drinks plus additional liquor) and Olive or Twist Bartending definitely exceeded our expectations! At one point, I went to check on champagne and the bartenders were already delivering to the wedding party at the head table. Many of the guests complimented us about the bartending staff, saying they were polite and served great drinks! We could not ask for any other bartending staff for our wedding!

First of all, let me say that I cannot say enough good things about these guys. From the first contact until now, they have been available to answer my questions and give me the information I need and steer me in the right direction. I have had a few surprises along the way as far as planning goes with the other vendors- not these guys. They have been up front, patient, knowledgeable, efficient and competitively priced. I know I can count on them at any point and that is the best feeling when you’re planning your wedding! I have been able to communicate easily, they are always pleasant and I only wish other vendors were this reliable. I would absolutely 100% hands down recommend them any day!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I chose Olive or Twist after talking to a BUNCH of other bartending companies. What sold me was their "a la carte" menu of services so that I could choose exactly what I wanted. I knew exactly what I was getting and did not pay for anything "extra" or unnecessary costs. Raymond was so friendly and patient working with me and my Dad. Sometimes there was a miscommunication between my dad and I and Raymond was very flexible with understanding the both of us (haha)! The two girls that were our bartenders at our wedding were sooooo sweet! Although I only interacted with them one time (because my bridesmaids made sure I didn't have to go to the bar to get another drink) they were smiling the whole time, made DELICIOUS drinks with the perfect ratio of alcohol to mixer, and all of my guests were served quickly! They were excited to be there and that to me is worth everything! Thank you Olive or Twist for providing a wonderful service!
The amount of research I did when selecting our wedding vendors was insane! I had reached out to SO MANY bartending companies and we ultimately decided to go with Olive or Twist and we could not have made a better choice! They were incredibly responsive and answered any question I threw their way. They were VERY professional and helped create the perfect event for our wedding! They even handled our champagne toast as a last minute request as this was important to one of our family members. They were incredibly kind and we had such a wonderful experience working with them. They arrived on time and did an overall phenomenal job. I also recommend asking them to provide ice as that was one less thing we had to worry about! My advice: BOOK THEM.

I was so fortunate to have found Olive or Twist! They were helpful and responsive from the beginning of planning through the end of the wedding. They allowed us to purchase our own alcohol but gave us guidance on how much we should buy based on our guest list. At each step they went above and beyond and really wow'd us. Long line right after the reception? They set up passed wine and handed out beers to cut the line. We didn't get enough water- because they staffed properly, they sent a person to go purchase it. I will hire them again and again for large or small gatherings.

Olive or Twist Bartending MADE our wedding! One of my biggest wants was an open bar and Olive or Twist made that possible! Raymond helped us decide on the best combination of liquor, beer, and wine and gave us tips on how we can afford everything we wanted. They made everything so easy on us and communicated so well. As a bride and groom your engagement period can be very stressful. But, Raymond took so much stress off of us by communicating with our venue manager and day-of-coordinator. The bartenders were extremely professional and so friendly with our family and guests. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a bartending service.

Outstanding service, affordable and very thorough with setting up expectations and making sure the night runs smoothly! We really enjoyed Olive or Twist being a part of of special day. They even pre-contacted our venue to make sure they had everything ready!

Olive or Twist provided the bar service for my good friend's wedding a few months back. I was in charge of setting up the drinking accommodations. The bar itself looked great with the venue and Gabbi and Raymond delivered it on time and it was set up quickly. They were professional and open to suggestions - they definitely made everything easy on a very busy day.
The bartender was also quick, personable, professional - and the drinks were great! I would absolutely recommend Olive or Twist for your next big gathering, they will not disappoint.
It was a thrill to work with Olive or Twist Bartending! They were responsive, detailed-oriented, and polite. I had a very positive experience with them and would recommend them to all vendors!
We love this husband and wife duo! Gabi and Raymond are so sweet, professional, detailed and fun to work with! I recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for great service and seriously delicious drinks! You can tell they really care and want to make everything easy for you. 5+ stars!

AMAZING SERVICE!!! Olive or Twist was incredibly professional and really great to work with! They were really friendly, genuinely excited to be a part of our event, and were ready to make our night run perfectly! They went above and beyond what we expected and we couldn’t be happier with how fun our night was! We will for sure be calling them for their services in the future!
4.5 of 5! They had a very reasonable price, were easy to work with, and professional. It rained during our dinner for about 30-45 minutes and when we asked the bartenders they agreed to add an additional hour on to the contract since dinner had to be postponed. Spencer was especially great! I definitely recommend them if you need bartenders at your wedding.
They were very quick and attentive to everyone. Also great small talk, felt like he was the best friend I never knew I had. The girl was cool too I guess.
Service was great, bartenders were friendly and made great drinks! You couldn’t have asked for a better staff.
Raymond and Gabby are so easy to work with and very professional! I had no complaints from my guests and everyone was well taken care of. They were also the best price I found by far!
Nicole was very helpful getting everything planned and organized for our wedding reception. Our guests loved the drinks, especially the sangria! We had an amazing time at our reception and the professional and friendly bartenders were a HUGE part of that. Thank you so much for everything!
Gabi & Raymond were professional and responsive. Calls and emails were returned within an hour (or minutes!). They are a great husband and wife team that were personable and easy to deal with. The drinks were delicious and their custom built bar was looked amazing and actually added to the overall look of our event! I would highly recommend Olive Or Twist Bartending for any event or wedding!

Olive Or Twist provided a spectacular, affordable bartending service. They showed up early to set up his very professional bar and stayed late to clean and break everything down. They were always very responsive whether i reached out on the weekend or very early in the morning. Shortly after booking them my venue reached out and told me that they had been contacted by the bartenders and they were to prepared and professional. I didn't have to play middle man with them and the venue, as I did with most other vendors. I honestly was so impressed their service as well as by how smooth everything went. Not surprisingly, the guests loved them as well. Would strongly recommend and use again! A++

Great service and very professional! Gabi & Raymond were very responsive in all correspondences and worked well with me to customize my bar experience for 300+ guests. The prices were the best I found by far. I love the fact that they called a week in advance to confirm everything. I was delighted they showed up an hour and a half early and assured me everything would go smoothly and it did! I would use Olive Or Twist Bartending again for future events and would definitely recommend their services to everyone!

Olive or Twist are the best wedding bar tenders! They are very personable and make delicious drinks. They are fast and our guests never had to wait for a refill. They personalized our bar menu to our exact specifications. Great company and couple!
Olive or Twist was the MOST AMAZING part of my wedding!! They made specialty drinks and personalized every aspect of our drinks. They had great costumer service and were able to make any drink we asked for. Our guests absolutely loved them as well, they made drinks quickly and to taste. Almost all of my friends have used their services since our wedding and all have had the same wonderful experience. I can't recommend them highly enough!!!!!!

Olive or Twist is a fantastic couple that goes above and beyond to make your event special! They were incredibly easy to work with, well priced, and delivered superior customer service throughout my rehearsal dinner. Their bar set up is phenomenal, they had YETI Coolers for all of our beverages, and they took care of all the details I didn't even know we needed.

I found this company through a friend who has worked wedding in the past and let me just say, they were amazing! The kind of personalized attention I received was incredible. I knew nothing about stocking a bar for a wedding or the cost before hand. Not only do they have great pricing, they helped me with quantity, brands, where to buy and provided all of their own bar ware on the day of. The owners Raymond and Ajay were super sweet and helped us with a few extra things on the day of! Although we are not in the Austin area, they were more than willing to travel to San Antonio for a very reasonable cost. I couldn't recommend them enough!
