r design talents.  She is top notch. Annie’s professionalism, skill and talents made our  day stress-free and so special.  I would highly recommend Annie to anyone needing a wedding planner…or any other type of special event.

sure we had our details squared away through consistent communications, an extremely helpful spreadsheet, and the amazing advice she's gathered from all her experience. Our family and wedding party were also extremely impressed with Annie, not only because of her tenacity and hard work, but because she was such a calming presence and steady on an otherwise emotional day. Truly, I don't know what we wouldn't done without her!

rought my Vision to life. Always able to answer any question in a timely manner. All the time and effort she put into us made it feel like we were always her top priority. All my family is still talking about how she was a life saver. Had everything set up and packed up so nobody had to do anything but enjoy the night! She is such a joy and I truly believe she is a huge reason why my big day was so perfect. I would highly recommend her!!!

beyond for our wedding and I truly don’t know what I would have done without her. My answer all day on my wedding was “ask Annie” it was truly the best experience because I hired her. I had the most amazing day and I truly think 90% of it was because of her. I will recommend Annie one thousand times over again. She is truly the best of the best!

coordinate everything and make sure everything went smoothly, but the amount of work she put into our decor and making everything look so beautiful was astounding. So helpful to any questions we had and helpful during planning. Fast to responding and beyond polite. She takes your dreams and makes them reality with her amazing creativity. I would give 100/5 stars if we could, will miss talking to her now that the wedding is complete.

ad prepared was astonishing. She was easy to work with, a quick and great communicator and didn't miss a thing! We had her make a few things for us (golf ball wall seating chart, table numbers, signage) which helped all of our decor be very cohesive. She took care of EVERY small detail the day of and allowed myself, my bridesmaids and family to truly just sit back and enjoy the day (and mimosas) from the minute we walked into the bridal suite at 9 am. She also took the reigns on communication with our vendors which took a lot of logistics, emails and stress off our backs. If there was a flaw to the day - we didn't know about it! Annie was there before anyone else (even the guys who golfed at 8 am) and was the last to leave. She poured her heart into our day and we're so very grateful! We woke up the next day and I said to my groom "I'm sad we won't get to hang out with Annie anymore". She made us feel like nothing else in the world mattered on our big day. Thank you Annie - you were truly amazing!!

w we wanted the day to go and how it would look. We had also seen some images of weddings that had been decorated by A Vintage Touch. After meeting with Annie, we chose their jen package, which includes their wedding planning, decorating expertise and set up, coordinating, construction of one unique wedding decoration just for our wedding. The result was absolutely breathtaking! Their tireless effort both prior to our wedding and throughout our big day made it so much less stressful for myself, my husband, and my family. The package was their most expensive option, but it was totally worth every penny! A Vintage Touch made our wedding day feel unique, personalized, and like we had our own personal team of artists that crafted the perfect wedding day for us.

d for you and your big day. Annie and her team come in and work to present a magical transformation of the venue into more than you could ever dream of. She takes the worry off the bride and her family. We used A Vintage Touch for my daughter's wedding in August and plan to use her again for my son's wedding in 2019. Out of all the vendors that we used that day, A Vintage Touch Weddings was #1!

00% recommend them forever. You will not be disappointed!!!! Thanks again you guys!! :)

lly weren’t sure if we wanted to take on the extra expense but it was worth every single cent. Details that we would not have thought of were covered. Who would supervise the vendors and set up the room, make sure the flowers were delivered, or everyone was in place? This was all done by Annie and her team. We worried about nothing on the wedding day and very little leading up to it as well. It was truly a blessing to have A Vintage Touch recommend to us. They came highly recommended by the wedding venue who said the weddings that Annie does are by far the most amazing events at they have. I have to say that we feel like Annie’s work and presence were worth many times what we paid her. We felt this way not only because, with her help, the wedding day went perfectly and not only because everything was beautiful, but also because Annie just went above and beyond at every opportunity. If you were to hire her and her staff for your wedding, things would go as close to perfect as they possibly could. Things would be set up just as you wanted (not only that but she will give you things you didn't know you wanted), but also she would just be a joy to be around. Meeting with her before the wedding, she listened to what the bride's (my daughter) style was and did her best to capture her personality. She included personal touches that guests commented on and the bride and groom found special and memorable for them. A Vintage Touch worked with each vendor that day so that our family could focus on the wedding and enjoy every moment. We honestly cannot imagine how we would have done it without her. Annie made sure we had everything we needed while getting ready and we were not disturbed with questions about set-up, etc. The wedding couple lived in Boston so that added an additional barrier to planning. The fact that they were out of town didn’t make her miss a beat. Annie adjusted her schedule to meet with them when they were in town. She really knows the venues and the vendors in the area. She had great recommendations for who to use and what to get for desserts, flowers, etc. This made decision making much easier. Guests were amazed at the details. Comments were made about how nothing was overlooked, it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to, everything flowed well, that the design elements were unique and different from other weddings they had been to, and many more complements. My family enjoyed her as well. Through this process we cannot say enough about A Vintage Touch. Everyone should have an Annie for their wedding day. She helped bring to life the most amazing day of for the special couple, their families and guests.

uilding with little to no character to a brilliant wedding experience designed to the nines. We met Annie early on in our planning process when all we had was a date, venue and a Pinterest Wedding board. We went with “The Jen Package” and through multiple meetings with Annie, she took our scrambled assortment of Pinterest ideas and the speakeasy theme we wanted to go for and transformed that dream into the most brilliant wedding design that will be talked about for years! Every corner of our venue was designed to perfection and not one detail was over-looked. A Vintage Touch even custom built an AMAZING wood & cooper hexagon backdrop that we got married in front of and sat behind our sweetheart table (check it out on their website)! Annie worked directly with our wedding venue & coordinator to plan and design the wedding hassle free to my bride and me! I have and will continue to recommend A Vintage Touch Weddings to any & every couple I meet!! THANK YOU, A VINTAGE TOUCH!!

s on 9/8/18 and had the Jen Package. They turned our bare bones warehouse venue into a speakeasy masterpiece (they do more than just vintage or barn weddings!). Part of the package included a new item and the team built us amazing hexagon alter(seriously right off Pinterest, but better), which was my favorite part. Also, everyone loved our key seating chart! Everything was so beautiful! I can't recommend Annie and her team enough. Annie is so caring and talented! Highly recommend AVT for anyone who wants the customized wedding of their dreams! ~Jenna Carbone

oothly throughout the entire process. Not having to worry about the decor choice, set up, clean up, etc was worth every penny! This team knows exactly what they are doing. The ONLY thing and I mean ONLY minor thing was my last name was spelled incorrectly on the spreadsheet. I informed them of change to make sure nothing was spelled incorrectly. We did a memorial ladder for those who had passed, and my grandpa's last name was still spelled incorrectly. A few family members were bummed about that (lol), but not the end of the world! If you are questioning to go through A Vintage Touch, DO IT. You will be so extremely happy with the entire process and working with this talented team was such a pleasure! We received so many compliments on decor and the smallest details were noticed by so many!

dings, you work with a lot of vendors and Annie was not just any ordinary vendor. Annie goes above and beyond and became my friend through the process and that says a lot. I would highly recommend working with A Vintage Touch.

lie and Jordan, what fools you were. Annie saved us from months of spending and toiling, and from having to ask friends and family to help setup and tear down. A Vintage Touch might singlehandedly be the best money we spent on the wedding next to my bride’s dress and ring. Annie stops, collaborates, and listens, taking your vision based on vague Pinterest boards, and refines it into something incredible. We heard MULTIPLE guests tell us it was the “most beautiful wedding they’ve ever seen,” and that “it was perfectly you in a nutshell” Annie is an artist and will be your best friend by the end of the day. Do yourself a favor and figure out a way to spend the money. Your guests, your friends and family, and your sanity will thank you. In the words of the bride, “[Annie’s] design vision was everything I could have asked for and things I didn’t even know I wanted. It was epic, and I was extremely surprised. She has a wide variety of inventory and anything is possible. Annie did a great job executing our vision perfectly.” THANK YOU, ANNIE & CO.!!! (Charlie & Jordan, Hope Glen Farm, June 22, 2018)

bove and beyond to make sure that EVERY SINGLE DETAIL of our wedding was beyond perfect!! I have never seen a more beautiful display in which Annie & Mitch took our vision and turned it into a real life dream come true. Annie and her team were very flexible and took the time and care to ensure that every single aspect of our wedding decor was like the fairytale we were hoping for. I would HIGHLY recommend A Vintage Touch to any couple looking to add a unique touch to their wedding day, you will be blown away at the talent of this team. Thank you Anne, Mitch and your team for everything that you do!!

y would. We had met a couple times and discussed what we had wanted (overall picture) and let her run the show after, a little scary but when we arrived it was jaw dropping. For me, it was unique to think that on my wedding day before we had arrived, there were like 5-6 people working to help make our day beautiful. Not only that, it gave us such peace of mind. Our friends and family loved that things were personalized to us and the attention to detail that was given.

end her to anyone!!!

than anything I had ever expected, yet was all I had ever dreamed of! There were many unique features and it appeared that every inch of the venue had been touched. I never expected to have an emotional reaction to our decor- but it was the personal touches that Annie placed throughout the venue that made that day even more special. I cried, smiled, and laughed my way through the big reveal of the barn. Annie takes the time to get to know her brides personally which makes her ability to design the day even greater. I can not say enough wonderful things about Annie and Mitch, the owners of A Vintage Touch. They pour their hearts into every wedding, are so thoughtful, and truly do beautiful unique work!

pletely. Annie is truly amazing as is her entire team. Annie is someone you can completely connect with immediately which is something that is so appreciated while planning a wedding. Annie is in the business for all of the right reasons. Thank you, Annie and Mitch for everything. I adore you both! Xoxox

illed with their weddings and the guests are amazed at how beautiful everything is. She also does coordinating, planning, and rentals with her husband Mitch.

nned on doing all the decorating myself until push came to shove and I hit a mental road block. I was so relieved after meeting Annie and booked her right away! Annie is a creative genius and puts her heart and soul into every single detail and piece of decor she creates. The day of the wedding I was absolutely blown away by how amazingly her and her team executed my vision. The entire day friends and family were swooning over the decor and all the little details and it wouldn't have been possible without her. Thanks Annie + team for making my dreams come true!

in the past at a wedding and I loved what she had done. Annie took my ideas and my vision and ran with it and the outcome was more than I could of ever imagined. I would recommend Annie 1,000 times over again. I recommend doing one of her design packages where she can truly bring your vision to real life.

st look at her website and you will see the talent and time she puts into making a unique look for each wedding! She spent a day early in the planning process going through every detail with my daughter to get her vision for the day and executed it better than we could have imagined! It was great to have a virtual concept board with pictures of her ideas to visualize. The decorations and all the extra touches of her calligraphy, signs, handwritten first dance lyrics display, seating chart and huge inventory of things were beyond breathtaking! We went with the Kristin package, which included all decorations for the entire venue, wedding and reception sites- there was no way I could have purchased decorations for the price of the package. It was priceless to not have to worry about running around looking for the decorations and Annie's gift is creating the PERFECT look that is individual for each bride! She spends hours and hours on every detail-- we LOVED everything she did! We were truly able to enjoy the day, knowing that Annie was setting every detail up and we didn't have to worry about a thing. At the end of the night, we packed up the few things we brought and could leave and not worry about tearing down the decorations. I would highly recommend Annie at A Vintage Touch!

professionals and treat every wedding they do as if it were their own. We hired A Vintage Touch for day-of-coordination and rentals. It was the best decision we made!! A Vintage Touch was there to make sure every detail was ready, set and perfect for our guests and for us. Once the week of our wedding hit, I did not worry about one thing, because I knew Annie had it under control! I will never forget walking into our reception for the first time, it was truly a dream come true. Annie goes beyond the client-vendor relationship. She treats you like a long-time friend and ensures that your day is the fairytale that you have always imagined. So I'll circle back...three words...YOU NEED ANNIE!!!

heir decor is truly one of kind, authentic and just down right beautiful! Annie was extremely helpful and truly brought my vision to life. The day of our wedding was absolutely flawless. From set-up to take down Annie truly goes above and beyond! She is extremely talented in addition to being an amazing person, I would HIGHLY recommend her and A Vintage Touch!!!

we were blown away and floored all at the same time. Everything looked so beautiful that the place looks like it should have been in a museum! The things you can rent from her saved so much time for my wife and I and all of the items she has available to rent is absolutely beautiful. The items you can rent will make your day unique to your needs and wants. Annie is incredibly artistic and talented at what she does. She will even add her opinions and thoughts if you need any assistance or guidance. She has items for rental that you didn't even thing you could rent or need but adding it will make your day that much more unique. Like I said she can make your imagination come to life.

fe what I envisioned. She and my photographer put their creative heads together and presented me with a ton of ideas. When I ultimately decided that I wanted nothing to do with planning my wedding except having the power to say "no I don't like that" they really got cooking. The majority of what my day would become was a surprise for me and that was when Annie got to have some fun. I don't know what I would have done with out her. It started raining an hour before the ceremony and she worked her butt off to get me down the aisle. I would love to work with her again!

we didn't want. Her collection of items is diverse and unique. I could have wandered the place for hours just looking at all the cool things available! She helped me think about little things that I would've forgotten about that were nice little touches and helped make things feel complete. And her prices were very reasonable- I was able to rent things for cheaper than I could have bought them and didn't have to worry about trying to resell anything when I was done! She also worked with my florist to make sure all of her questions about items we were using were answered and gave her great input and ideas. On top of all that, she was very sweet and welcoming and made me feel like my day was important to her too. I highly recommend going in and seeing all that she has to offer!

went under new ownership while we were in the middle of our planning and looking for rental furniture. The transition was rough and we ultimately gave most of our business to a competitor. To be fair the difficulties we encountered were from the previous owner, transition, and us planning a wedding from out-of-state. Before we wanted to rent we wanted to see the furniture. It was very difficult to try to find a time that would work with the previous owner on seeing the inventory and communication with her was tough. Annie(at the time we were told was an assistant) came into the picture when we were at an open house for our venue and offered to give us a last minute showing when we were in town visiting family. She was super helpful, friendly, and had great ideas. We were excited. She took notes and our information and said she would follow-up with quotes. I didn't have Annie's contact information but had the owner's at the time. I tried getting a hold of the owner several times during these couple months and never heard back. It was getting too close to the wedding date and we were getting nervous so I contacted a different rental company. A Vintage Touch simple got out competed even though I was trying to work with them first for months. Annie eventually found me and contacted me on Facebook and explained that our information was lost with her taking over the company. We did end up using the beautiful big doors for the end of our aisle. I really liked them and they added a lot to our outdoor ceremony space. I did feel bad for Annie because she was really great and their inventory was fantastic. I really hope things go smoother in the future with the company because Annie seemed sincerely helpful. We were happy with the doors we rented from them.

they styled each of their tables was stunning with vintage pieces and perfectly accenting greens and floral. Highly recommend A Vintage Touch to couples going for the vintage look or looking to have pieces at their wedding that no one else will have! Kelsey, Bella Mystique Events

t for both of us. My mother and I met her at the house where she stores her rentals in Cottage Grove (not far from Hope Glen Farm where we had our wedding). The house is FULL of cool vintage rentals at great prices. She has everything from large standing door sets and full sofas to small mason jars, candle holders, and clothespins. Also, she is constantly adding to her collection so there are always new, exciting things to look at. Kathy also does some wedding planning, so she has great ideas and helpful tips as well! This is truly something that she enjoys to do and she is in no way pushy. We were there for hours looking at her rentals and chatting. We ended up renting a loveseat for Eric & I to share during dinner, 2 wooden arm chairs, a very large galvanized ice bucket, and a set of beautiful curtains. Looking at her Facebook page you can really get a feel of how much her beautiful rentals can add to a wedding! We had a great experience working with her and would certainly recommend her for any vintage wedding rentals!
