Working with Olivia was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. As our day-of coordinator, she was direct, kind, incredibly helpful, and made it possible for me to truly enjoy my wedding day without being pulled into logistics or drama.
Olivia handled everything with such grace and professionalism. From managing unexpected guest issues to making sure the entire day flowed smoothly, she allowed me to be fully present and focus on the moments that mattered. There wasn’t one standout moment—everything she did stood out. I was genuinely impressed by how effortless she made it all feel.
She also coordinated a progressive takedown at the end of the night and made sure everything was packed up and loaded into our vehicles, so we could leave without having to worry about cleaning or organizing. That alone was such a gift after a long day.
Olivia did the most incredible job making our day exactly what we wanted it to be (and SO much more). From our first meeting, I knew she would be the girl to get things DONE! Which is what you REALLY need from a wedding coordinator. Olivia was punctual, communicative, and while she offered great suggestions- always made sure we were doing things exactly how WE wanted them. She took our vision and made it a reality. Every time I met with Olivia, I left the meeting feeling like “this girl has our backs, she has us covered”- such a sigh of relief when planning a wedding or any event. I highly recommend Olivia for your event coordination needs.
Working with Olivia was absolutely wonderful!!!! She met with us several times leading up to the wedding to really understand our vision, and was always available to answer questions or offer guidance along the way. On the day of, she was amazing – she set up the venue beautifully, made sure all of our vendors were on the same page, kept everything on schedule, and always made sure my husband and I were fed and had a drink in our hands. Because of her, we were able to truly relax and enjoy the day. We are so grateful and can't recommend Olivia enough!
Olivia helped us with our wedding from start to finish. She was wonderful, thorough, and efficient. She understood our dream for the day and helped execute it perfectly without breaking the bank. On our actual wedding day, Olivia was attentive to all of the details and to our needs. She made sure we were happy, hydrated, and taken care of. It is a joy to be able to recommend Olivia!
