Olivia Gird Photography

, I knew Olivia was the perfect fit. She’s personable, funny, energetic, and made every conversation leading up to the wedding so easy and reassuring. On our wedding day, Olivia went above and beyond. During our private vow reading, I looked up and saw her taking photos with tears streaming down her face. You could feel how emotionally invested she was in our moment, and it made the photos even more meaningful. Olivia, thank you from the bottom of my heart. You captured every single moment with so much care and intention, and we are forever grateful. If you’re looking for a fun, passionate, and incredibly talented photographer for your wedding, Olivia and her team are the way to go. We could not imagine our day without her!

offer insight to make our family photos go smoothly. The day of the wedding, Olivia was so professional and had a lovely way about her. She had a calming disposition. We were so happy with Olivia, and we are so pleased with our photographs. She captured our wedding wonderfully. We would highly recommend her!

th my husband and I in advance to plan the details and make sure everything ran smoothly. The quality of the pictures was outstanding, and our guests loved the photos too! I highly recommend Olivia Gird Photography!

eeting, she made us feel completely at ease, helping us forget about the camera and just be ourselves. Her natural, unobtrusive approach allowed her to capture the most genuine moments between us and our loved ones, resulting in photographs that truly tell the story of our celebration. The way she worked with natural light and found creative angles brought an artistic touch to every shot, while never feeling staged or forced.

super special and personal moment to be registered by a photographer. We moved to the area not too long ago and we asked some colleagues for recommendations, but as soon as we spoke with Olivia we knew we wanted to work with her! Being super friendly and yet super professional, she made us feel comfortable since our first phone call. She asked us key questions to understand our needs and was very open to all our crazy ideas, from having our dog join us on part of the photos, to walking around Harvard yard looking for the best spots. She was able to accommodate our wishes and needs allowing us to really enjoy the moment. She guided us in a very sweet way and made us feel comfortable to suggest possible pictures. We would definitely recommend Olivia to anyone looking for a great professional and photographer!

so did a great job of helping us setup shots, and captured great moments throughout our event. We had such a great experience, our family has also contracted with her for another event! Thank you Olivia for capturing our special moments!

tough customers, but she was wonderful, listened to what we wanted and was absolutely great day of (even when things started behind schedule and were a little chaotic). We were very, very happy that we hired her for our wedding, have wonderful picture and highly recommend her.

n with us throughout the entire day to ensure we had the images we were hoping to get. She has an excellent eye for creating a beautiful backdrop for photos and she nailed both the formal portraits and more informal candid pictures. We look at our wedding photos every day and we treasure the memories she helped create through taking stunning photos. We’ve framed and hung them in our home to see every day.

res! She put a smile on everyone’s faces and always could see the shot she wanted from a mile away. I always trusted whatever vision she had was going to turn out perfectly!! She always made sure to sing, dance, or do whatever was necessary to make sure everyone was comfortable and smiling. She was super flexible with our wedding rescheduling and was always reassuring us that everything was going to work out perfectly. We feel so lucky to have these gorgeous wedding photos for the rest of our lives!!

etter than we expected. She really captured the moments!

joyable, while also giving us enough direction to make sure the photos came out perfectly! We could not be more pleased with the end result and would book her again in a heartbeat.

e whole process fun and enjoyable. Her communication was great and she truly listened to our ideas and wants. She was able to help us relax and feel at ease in front of the camera. She made sure that we got the specific shots we wanted and that we stuck to our timeline even when rain threw a bit of a wrench in our plans. We couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out and highly recommend Olivia!

shy and didn't want to look stiff in photos. When we found Olivia my gut said she was the right girl for the job. She prides herself on being authentic and making the experience fun! On our wedding day she got us to laugh and relax and our pictures really reflect that. She was able to capture all the love and joy we were feeling and showcase it in a gorgeous framework! I would recommend Olivia to anyone and look forward to using her in the future!

have blown us away. Highly highly recommend!

r! In all honesty we had a difficult time finding a wedding photographer who we really liked that was also available on our day (who knew the first day of fall was such a popular wedding day, oops!) When we came across Olivia via our venue’s website our eyes immediately lit up! Her photos truly capture the soft romance and pure love that people feel on their wedding day. It was a chilly early winter day when we first met Olivia in her studio but we were instantly warmed by her personality! Olivia is so bubbly and personable and just real. Right then we knew that we wanted her to be the one to capture our special day! We continued to contact via phone during the planning process and were easily able to set up a photo timeline for the day. On the day of she showed up ready to roll with her assistant Jeff. Olivia really makes you feel so comfortable and natural in front of the camera. Neither Brandon nor I ever put ourselves in the center spotlight, but Olivia just has this presence around her that makes you forget there’s a camera in your face and allows you to just be. On the day of our wedding, our ceremony ran a tad longer than planned and we started to run a little behind schedule for the rest of the early parts of the night (do timelines ever work??) We are SO thankful that Olivia was our photographer especially during this time because she was able to get us all together in a timely fashion to take our group and family pictures, and still gave us plenty of time to roam around our venue as a newly married couple to capture those special and intimate shots of us. Through the rest of the night she was always there to get any other shots that we had wanted of ourselves and everyone else. Olivia also gave us a quick preview of some photos a couple days after our wedding that left us craving more!! We can’t wait to get the rest of our photos because we know they are going to be amazing!!! Thank you Olivia!!

felt so comfortable with her behind the camera, and she never stopped making us smile and laugh. Thanks Olivia, we couldn't be happier!

ul for. It rained but Olivia laughed and had fun with us the whole time. She didn't let the rain stop us from having a fun, upbeat session. We absolutely love our engagement photos and all of our friends and family have raved about how elegant they look. We recommend Olivia to anyone who is looking for someone fun and sweet but also very talented and passionate in what she does. Her work is remarkable and we couldn't be happier!"

ou meet her - I've never been too comfortable in front of a camera but she makes it so easy! She really made an effort to get to know us and it made a world of difference that came through in our photos. Her photographs are stunning. Creative, bold, bright and artistic. Our engagement session was so much fun. She spent a whole afternoon with us and made sure that the locations we picked fit our personalities and style to a T. She captured all of the important moments at our wedding and then some! And we didn't even know she was there. I've been to plenty of weddings where the photographer is all over the place and really stands out, but Olivia and her assistant were perfectly placed the whole evening yet manged to get the most amazing pictures of the big moments and the small quiet ones as well. I can't say enough about her! The finished products are amazing and her communication throughout the whole process was impressive. Added bonuses included her very reasonable price, online photo viewer so you can share your photos with family and friends, and as a member of Greener Photography, she fit right in with our eco-friendly wedding theme. Choosing Olivia to photograph our wedding was one of the easiest decisions we had to make and certainly one of the best! Thank you Olivia!!"

r wedding. We almost went with someone very inexperienced, but when Olivia came along, I knew she was perfect for us. She worked with our budget and kept us in the loop every step of the way. We had a meeting before the wedding to talk about our family and how we would like to structure the photos (both of our parents are divorced, so this was really important for us). On the day of the wedding, she was early, her assistant was lovely, and I knew she was there with us every step of the way. I thought our family photos would be challenging because there's so many of us, but she did a great job of moving everything along so my husband and I could get to our solo photos. This was exactly what we needed -- otherwise our family would've been there for hours. I am so beyond thrilled at all of our wedding photos, and I look at them all the time. If you're in the Boston area, please please take a look at Olivia's website. She's an incredible photographer and a lovely person.

hy needs in the future.
