I am truly so glad that we booked Olivia to photograph our wedding. We got our full gallery a few weeks ago and all of the photos turned out better than I could have imagined! Olivia and Brandon did a great job capturing all of the special moments from our big day and had great energy and direction. They struck a great balance of giving us direction and also capturing all the special little moments. It was simply the best experience.

I found Olivia through Instagram and immediately fell in love with her beautiful work. I reached out and she contacted me almost immediately and was happy to jump on a call. Throughout my entire planning process she was kind, patient, supportive, gave helpful advice, and always responded to me in a timely matter. I was one of those brides that changed their mind a million times and Olivia was always so supportive! We ended up doing a courthouse wedding on one day and then a party at our house on another day -- Olivia was flexible in helping me divide the hours I had already paid for, she was very kind about now having to shoot on two different days, and then just took the most amazing photos! I truly felt and still feel like she is an actual friend of mine and am so excited for her business to continue to grow. In addition to engagement and wedding photos, she also did the cutest shoot with me, my husband, and our new puppy and the pictures were adorable -- memories I will cherish forever.

Booking a photographer for our wedding was one of the most important and stressful decisions in the planning process. Well, it was stressful until we found Olivia. We feel in love with her aesthetic right away. After looking at a full gallery, we knew she was the one we wanted to photograph our wedding instantly. It was very apparent that she had an amazing aesthetic eye and a perfect documentary style that truly captured the feelings and emotions of such a special day. Working with Olivia from start to finish was nothing less than a dream. Not only did we get an amazingly talented photographer, but she was professional, kind, prompt to respond to any questions, and always there to give guidance. On the big day, we had no problem putting all our trust in her to call the shots, and we are so happy we did. We just got our wedding gallery back and are in awe! Every picture in absolutely stunning. The only issue you will run into when booking Olivia is trying to decide which photos to frame, because every picture is frame worthy. I recommend you do as I will, and just lean into making wallpaper out of all of the photos… there really is no other option! In summary, we can’t say enough kind things about Olivia. She is amazing, and you should book her immediately for any of your photography needs.

I found Olivia on instagram because of her whimsical editing skills - her photos are just so dreamy and exactly the aesthetic I was looking for when I was dreaming up our special day. When you are a novice bride you focus in on looks. But what you don't realize (or at least I didn't) is that there is SO MUCH MORE you should be paying attention to. The personality of a photographer is SO critical. (tip #1) I consider myself lucky because while I chose Olivia for her beautiful work, what I really ended up getting was so much more than just photos. Olivia is so kind, gentile, natural, and sweet. You need someone who can get shit done but also who is going to make you feel your best. Her work glows because she makes her couples/subject glow. That's the secret sauce and she has it. Additionally, another thing they don't tell you is that photographers can be really rude to guests because they are on tight timelines and let me tell you as a guest to a wedding that is a really bad experience. She was so kind to all our guests. You want that. (tip #2) We are so lucky to have picked Olivia for our wedding. I constantly am looking back at our wedding photos and pinch myself. She is so gifted at what she does, but what also sticks out is how she and her husband made us feel on our day and that shows. Last tip for whoever is reading this: BOOK HER NOW! ;) (tip #3)

Olivia was one of the first two vendors we hired-- after seeing her work and chatting on the phone, I knew she would be a wonderful addition to our wedding team! She's so nice and easy to work with. My husband and I are definitely not natural in front of the camera, but Olivia made us feel comfortable during both our engagement shoot and on our wedding day. We had a hectic, jam-packed day but Olivia and Brandon managed to get most of the classic shots we needed and loved. The next-day sneak peeks were so fun to see, and the rest of the gallery was delivered in a timely manner. I highly recommend Olivia for your wedding!

Working with Olivia was a dream. She was so professional, everything was taken care of within a few emails and Pinterest boards. She was lovely to work with on our wedding day and had so many creative ideas! I can't stress enough - our wedding photos are absolutely breathtaking!!!! She got every shot we could have asked for, and then some! We are so excited to have these photos hang in our home and have these memories as family heirlooms. We were not able to meet up because of COVID but nonetheless, I was confident that she was going to be the perfect photographer given all the other reviews I read about her. I recently received my wedding photos and WOW, I am absolutely blown away! She not only is the perfect photographer, she is the only photographer who I think can capture the important moments and figure out the best lighting so you can remember the day as if it was yesterday. In fact, I think that the way she captures the moments actually made my wedding look more beautiful than it actually was, lol! She's so easy to work with and just such a joy. Olivia was one of the first vendors we booked for our wedding - and she was extremely communicative and responsive for committing to all 3 (!) of the wedding dates we committed to while rescheduling our wedding. On the day of our wedding, I had full trust in Olivia to capture all the important moments and I could truly enjoy and experience the day. We were blown away when we received our photos - she had captured the day so perfectly. It seemed like she captured every special moment - from bridesmaids playing around while getting ready, laughter from each speech, and gorgeous shots of all our guests. She is a true professional to work with and we will treasure her photography for the rest of our lives!

Wow we cannot even explain how happy we have been working with Olivia. I found her on Instagram and completely fell in love with her photography style. And even from our first phone call, my husband and I knew she would be the perfect photographer to capture our engagement photos and our wedding. We had never done any photos like this before, but Olivia coached us through so well - she was very responsive to our questions, she helped us with outfit choices, she knew the location and how to get the perfect photos. Despite one small wrinkle of having to postpone our engagement session due to Covid, she made the entire experience totally effortless. None of the day felt forced, staged, or awkward, and we love all our photos from that day. Prepping for the wedding, she was always available to answer questions and even spent time with us to help us finalize our day-of timeline. On our wedding day itself, all of our vendors even told us how effortless it was to work with Olivia and how she was such a wonderful partner. Just like our engagement session, she made my husband and I feel so comfortable in front of the camera. To be honest, I didn’t really see them that much during the wedding ceremony or reception (other than our formal photos) - that’s because both Olivia and her second shooter (her husband) Brandon were completely unobtrusive. And yet somehow they managed to capture so many beautiful personal moments that happened during the day. We are beyond happy working with Olivia. Not only because of her organized and personable approach to planning but for the absolutely gorgeous magic she captures in her photographs.

We had booked Olivia 2 whole years before our actual wedding and she ended up photographing our wedding FINALLY 3 years after (due to COVID). Olivia was so flexible and supportive when we were freaking out that our wedding had to be cancelled/postponed during the lockdown; she rescheduled us twice throughout the pandemic. I have to say, her photography was one of the things I was looking forward to the most in getting married. As soon as we saw her photo in our venue catalog (when touring the venue), we knew we had to get married at that venue with the same photographer— we booked her and the venue that same day. The photos she takes just feel light, bright, airy, and happy. Let me tell you, I’ve looked at other photographers’ photos, but none could compare to the vibe Olivia’s gives off. She is so WORTH IT. She’s like a magician with her photos and just has a really great artistic eye! When we finally got married so many things went wrong (I wasn’t wearing my wedding jewelry, I forgot to fix the ribbon of my bouquet, STRESS lol), but honestly you couldn’t tell anything was wrong in the pictures! She came to the venue on time, advised us on timeline prior, and also was just a calming presence. Like I said, she’s a freakin’ magician who takes AMAZING photos. She’s super friendly, bubbly, warm, kind and just easy to work with. My family loved her and her easy-going nature (even my husband commented on how Olivia was just super super nice). I cannot recommend Olivia more than enough to anyone. If you’re looking for photos that are soft, romantic, light, and just would make you feel happiness when looking at it years later, Olivia’s definitely your girl.

We are so fortunate to have had the pleasure of having Olivia photograph our micro pandemic-appropriate wedding at Healdsburg end of October. Not only were her photography skills impeccable, she was such a joy and pleasure to be around! Very warm, bubbly, personable and yet very respectful and not "in the way" at all at our intimate wedding. We are blown away by the pictures we got from her - an absolute delight!

We hired Olivia for our engagement shoot and she did such an amazing job! From the start it was clear that she came early and found the perfect spots to take pictures. She was great at directing us (we are both super awkward) and in the process we had so much fun. I would definitely recommend hiring Olivia for your day or any type of photoshoot.

Holy cow, did I make the right decision hiring Olivia for a branding shoot for my company! Along with her efficient emails and replies, she listened to each of my goals for this shoot and made sure we hit all of them in our session. She made me feel so comfortable and was very patient with my crazy pups and last-minute requests during the shoot too. The gallery she delivered exceeded all expectations and gave me so much content that I can be proud to show off on all of my platforms. Olivia is amazing. She's all you need in a photographer and more. She's kind and patient, has a genuine positive attitude without overdoing it. She's very talented in both film and digital photography. (She's the queen of shots at the Golden hour). She was open to all of our suggestions and was very attentive to the details. She took our engagement session and, with the help from Brandon, took our wedding day photos. They both are kind, punctual and flexible to all the unexpected. What I appreciated the most, beyond her natural talent for capturing beautiful photos, was how chill and patient she was with us. At moments where I would be nervous she was amazing at keeping a calmed vibe. Also, we took one group photo of all of our wedding guests on a very hot day and I was nervous everyone would start getting hot, but she was suuuuuuper fast at snapping that gorgeous shot, so we could break the formation in seconds. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Olivia Richards Photography. When our wedding planner, Jessica Sung of Bushing Joy Events, first recommended Olivia to us, we fell in love with her warm, vibrant, colorful photos and she was one of the very first wedding vendors we booked for our September 9, 2018 Kohl Mansion wedding. I love colors and golden, radiant lighting, so when I saw Olivia's work, I knew that Olivia and I were a great match from the start! From the booking process to the wedding day, Olivia was such a joy and professional to work with. I really appreciated how responsive she was to all my emails, which shows her professionalism and her attentiveness to her clients. I also appreciated how flexible she was when we were trying to decide on a date for our engagement shoot as we rescheduled a few times due to the fact that my husband had broken his wrist. She is also such a great resource for any recommendations you need! From engagement shoot outfit ideas, engagement shoot location ideas, all the way to groom outfit ideas and wedding vendor recommendations, Olivia is always happy to help in any way she can! I also appreciated her help in putting together our wedding day timeline. On the wedding day itself, it was amazing how seamlessly Olivia and her second shooter/fiancé, Brandon, blended in with our wedding party and guests! She was able to shepherd and give direction to our wedding party and family members for photos in a professional way while still maintaining her cheerful, big smile that she always has :) We had a pretty big wedding party (14 people in total!) so the fact that she was able to pose us and shepherd us from location to location in the venue while on a tight schedule was amazing! While it's impossible for me to choose my favorites out of my wedding photos, by far my most favorite part of Olivia's photography is the fact that she and Brandon were able to capture the most precious, candid photos of my husband and I with our bridal party, family, and guests. Whether it was a tender look between me and my father during our father-daughter dance, to the joyful faces of us and our guests on the dance floor, to me and my husband sneaking in a quick kiss at the sweetheart table, I loved that Olivia and Brandon captured so many of these sweet, precious moments - they are so, so precious to me and I will treasure them for the rest of my life. I actually watched some of these captured moments in our wedding videos and some of these moments happened literally in a flash of an eye! So the fact that Olivia was able to capture these on film means that she is truly watching you and trying her utmost to capture ALL the moments of your big day, no matter how big or how small :) Lastly, I really must commend Olivia on how fast she delivered our photos to us (exactly 5 weeks after our wedding!) and the fact that she sent us the sweetest gift of a box of printed, selected wedding photos for me and my husband! It was such an incredibly thoughtful present and I love that we have our wedding photos printed out and in hard copy! Also, the website that she delivers her gallery is SOOO easy to view, send out to guests, and download photos! Alright...enough rambling! Olivia and Brandon (her second shooter/ fiance) were both so amazing! I couldn't recommend Olivia Richards Photography enough. I loved the emphasis on capturing natural light, and the use of both film and digital. At one point, a butterfly flew in front of my wife during one of the portrait photos and Olivia captured it on film! Truly magical. For my wife and I, our photographer was the most important vendor at our wedding, and we were so happy that Olivia exceeded our expectations. The film shots of us are so warm, you can almost feel the joy of that day in the photographs. If you want to see the colors of your wedding in your photos with natural lighting, then Olivia Richards Photography is an obvious choice. My wife and I wanted photos to capture the natural beauty of our outdoor venue with vibrancy and joy. Olivia and Brandon do a fabulous job capture those big moments in a wedding (such as first look) but they are also incredibly skilled at capturing those small details such as a blooming flower bush or a well framed shot of the veil, bouquet and wedding jewelry that truly helped complete the picture of our wedding day. Every one of her shots are so perfectly sunny. We were so impressed with her work and we'd love to hired her in the future! We are both so excited to see where her photography career takes her.

Olivia was everything we had dreamt of for our big day! After seeing her ability to capture couple’s natural connections and her beautiful use of light in her portfolio, we knew she was who we wanted for our beach wedding. From our first initial phone call to the wedding day, Olivia was extremely kind and professional. She always responded quickly and professionally, relieving any stress during the big day by creating detailed timetable, but being flexible enough to go with the flow when needed. Olivia and Brandon, her second shooter (and fiancé!), fit seamlessly into our wedding, and after our portraits were complete they blended seamlessly into the festivities to capture candid moments of ourselves and our guests. For two very camera-shy people, Olivia was able to make us feel very comfortable and natural, and truly enjoy the experience! After the wedding she posted a few sneak peaks of our photos to her Instagram, and within a short turnaround time we received our full album, and we absolutely love our photos! Olivia also sent us a great keepsake box that had all our beautiful prints in them. We feel so thankful to have found such a great photographer and can’t wait to use her talents again!

We were fortunate enough to have Olivia shoot our wedding and are completely thrilled with the results! We love her sense of style in her photos. The photos themselves are stunning. She really knows how to make the most of natural light. Every picture is crisp and feels warm, golden almost, even though we were in a woodsy area with some shade. We knew Olivia was the perfect photographer for our wedding since she first started photographing years ago! My husband and I can be camera shy and Olivia was able to give us different ideas of poses that looked natural and comfortable. She did a great job capturing our personalities through the engagement shoot and by the end felt like a friend we had known for a while. In the months leading up to the wedding, Olivia responded promptly to all emails and was willing to meet up for coffee to go over the ideas I had regarding our wedding day. The day of our wedding she was punctual and ready to start shooting the moment she showed up to the bridal suite. It was awesome to have a second shooter, Brandon to capture different angles of the wedding ceremony and dances. Olivia and Brandon worked very well as a team. Our wedding guest felt like they were able to dance and have fun and barely even noticed our photographers’ presence. Oliva was able to capture all the emotions of our wedding day which is amazing. Looking thru our wedding pictures for the first time was like re-living our wedding day. To top it off, she sent us a thank you card and printed about one hundred pictures for us to see before she finalized our professional wedding album. I loved working with Olivia and would highly recommend her for your wedding.

A million stars for Olivia! From looking at her past work, she was an obvious choice and became the first vendor that my fiance and I booked for our wedding in May 2017. From the initial booking process, to viewing the venue together, to the actual day of the wedding and even after, Olivia always went above and beyond. She also helped me with finding other vendors, the day-of timeline, and any other questions I had during the planning process. The day of the wedding, she made us both feel so comfortable. She directed us during our portrait shots, but also let us be natural in our interactions which made for great candid shots. She was also very professional and patient with our families when we were taking formal photos as they were taking a bit longer than expected due to others getting in the way of the shot. Now to the most important thing: the photos! We got sneak peeks shortly after the wedding and the full album about 3 weeks after the big day which is a quick turnaround in my opinion. My husband and I both LOVE the photos and were oohing and aahing them for hours! She is truly talented in being able to capture beautiful light and raw emotion. One thing that makes her stand out (other than her beautiful photos) is her gratefulness in being a part of our big day. After signing the contract, she thanked us for choosing her with a box of goodies and then thanked us after the wedding with a box of printed photos. She is truly worth every single penny and then some. We are so excited about these photos and are already dreaming of having her shoot our anniversaries and future family photos. Book her--you won't regret it!

Olivia was so great, it's hard to find the words to describe the quality of services! I never had to worry if a moment of my day was being missed. She was also timely with getting my photos back, which is so exciting when you're waiting for the flashbacks of nostalgia! I would highly recommend Olivia to any of my closest friends and family.

Olivia is amazing. We were looking for a reasonably-priced, full-day photographer, that came highly recommended, and Olivia was it! We knew we wanted her to shoot our wedding the second we saw her photographs on her website! They are light, romantic, and very creative---she really personalizes each shoot she sets up. She was always on time (early even) and was so flexible and responsive. I never had to worry about her when going through all of my wedding planning debacles. As a bonus, she included engagement photos in our wedding package which really sealed the deal for us (it was a perfect time to get to know her before our big day, and we got to use the photos for our wedding website and Save the Date card)!
