me with good vs. great. This made it pretty hard to pick a wedding photographer! But I really connected with Olivia over the phone, especially when I shared some of my complicated feelings and general ambivalence about the wedding industrial complex. Olivia’s use of technology and standard planning processes ensured a seamless experience. I had never had professional photos taken, but she and Alika made me and my partner feel comfortable in front of the camera, and were able to authentically capture our relationship. The outcome was tremendous and I will treasure the memories she helped us document for the rest of my life. After sharing my pictures with friends and family, I now realize I really did get a great photographer, not just a good one.

photos. Additionally, Olivia is able to direct and advise through the process and the day very professionally. She is not loud or outspoken, does not overwhelm with her presence, but makes all the magic happen so well. I could go on and on about all the reasons I'd hire her again a million times. Highly recommend!

calm presence on a day which can be a bit stressful. We were able to have so many locations and styles of photographs done in such a short time - she knows her way around New Orleans! My husband and I can't say enough good things about her and everyone is so impressed with the photos!

riod cameras (which already sets her apart from all other photographers), and has a way of capturing true emotion in her work. I LOVED working with her! She does an amazing job of balancing the more posed photos (that your mom wants) with more artistic/candid photos. Our photos look like they belong in a magazine. Additionally, she delivers her photos so quickly! Within 48 hours, she had already delivered more than 70 absolutely beautiful previews. Olivia truly understood our vision and brought it to life through photos!

rriage. “Your photographer was AMAZING!!” “All of these pictures are SO good - she did an outstanding job.” “Where can I see more of these??!" Not only are we happy with our wedding photos, but Olivia was great to interact with all day long. She was grounded, steady, encouraging, nimble and quick, and she directed us clearly and comfortably, never sacrificing quality whatsoever. We were so grateful for this; it allowed us to enjoy the day so much more. We have loved sharing the physical photos and prints we received and overall we were incredibly happy with our choice of Olivia as our wedding photographer!

ed in her beautiful work. You can see the joy, the love, and the many tears of our wedding. We by no means had a big budget wedding but I feel like it was captured so well it could be in a wedding magazine. From the intimate attention to detail to the fun shots at the end of the night it was all captured beautifully. We are so pleased that these are the photos we will have to remember our wedding by. In a more practical sense, Olivia was also a vital component of our planning process. She was involved in our timeline creation and it helped us not feel rushed throughout the event. We cannot recommend her services strongly enough. Her work is high quality and as she further establishes herself in New Orleans I imagine her work will be in high demand.

perfect and our wedding photos are everything I could have hoped for. She makes it fun and stays calm in the chaos. She captures the moments you had to have and all the ones you never knew you wanted.

She gives amazing direction, reminds you during wedding chaos of the pictures you forgot you wanted and most importantly captures your day better than you can ever imagine! Give Olivia some freedom and she will make your dreams come true!!

t natural and easy, like being welcomed home by an old friend. As a same sex couple, we had difficulty finding someone who was talented and artistic with a unique style while also recognizing the limits and difficulties of navigating an otherwise “traditional” wedding planning landscape. I knew when I looked at her website and saw her deep passion for stories of ALL identities that she was someone we’d love working with. She was conscientious and asked a lot of questions during the planning process, and did it all with so much grace (even when discussing topics like family members that might be challenging to handle). She touched base with us often and always kindly reminded us of things to remember along the way. On the day of, she was so skilled at ensuring she captured the most important moments while easily blending into the crowd as if she herself were part of the guest list. Our friends and family loved her!! She even built in quiet intimate moments for my wife and I away from the chaos. For example, we had a moonlight dance, and after snapping a few photos, she helped usher everyone out of the room and it was just us, closing down the reception in the dark with a favorite song. It was pure bliss. She turned around with our photos, and WOW were they everything we had hoped for and more! We cherish them deeply. They tell our story, and somehow, capture all sides of our personality as well as that of our favorite family and friends. It’s no secret, we 1000/10 recommend her.

tains her composure every step of the way, captures absolute magic, and makes it fun. So thankful to Olivia for everything she did for us on the best night of our lives.

wedding vendors, Olivia as our photographer was the easiest decision we made. Her style is so beautifully real and natural. It mirrors the beauty in the moments she’s capturing. This is why I chose her. She traveled with us all the way to Hawaii where she took the most incredible photos I’ve ever seen in my life. We went back and forth for a long time on whether we should hire a videographer. Ultimately we decided not too in an effort to spend money elsewhere. I was still a bit sad about this decision up until we received our photos. After looking through so many beautiful photos that captured every intimate moment from the day we both agreed we never needed a videographer. The only problem we have is deciding which photos to have printed because we are in love with every single one. Olivia will capture one of the most important days of your life in the most comfortable, natural and beautiful way. She was beyond worth everything we spent for photos. I promise if you are looking for a photographer and you have come across Olivia’s name you will not find anyone who will be better.

I’m continuously looking back at the photos of our wedding to relive it. That’s how wonderfully talented Olivia is- she captures “moments” in time, making her artwork priceless. Olivia not only is incredibly talented, but she truly goes above and beyond to make everything perfect. We were asked a series of questions about which photos we wanted ahead of time, making the wedding day seamless. SHE ALSO DROVE 8 HOURS TO MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING AFTER HER FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED! She knows how important this day is to you and does everything in her power to make it perfect. I cannot thank her enough for everything she has done for our family. 🤍 Olivia is a GEM of a person who will help preserve life’s most sacred moments. You will not regret it.

knew her photography style would fit us. Her style was warm, romatic, kind of moody, and intimate and you could feel that in her shots. As a queer female interracial couple, we wanted to make sure our photographer would truly see and appreciate us and frankly know how to photograph us. Olivia did just that - making sure she knew both of us individually and together beforehand. We did our engagement photos with Olivia in Big Sur, California and then she beautifully captured our wedding ceremony and reception in New Orleans. We filled out a few questionnaires ahead of both so that she knew what we were looking for and taking into account any special family dynamics or feelings we want to capture. While neither of us are the most comfortable on camera and you can still see that in certain poses/photos, we were still ultimately very happy with the vast majority of the photos we received. Olivia truly captured the love and joy we felt getting married, in both the intimate moments with just the two of us and in the bigger moments with family and friends on the dancefloor!

us along with so much beyond the photography. She is incredibly thoughtful and detailed. Her input in our wedding timeline, other vendors choices, and random questions was invaluable to us. The day of wedding, Olivia was a calming presence and a joy to work with. She balanced capturing our natural conversations and moments throughout the day with some direction for our portrait photos. Rather than posing us, she created an experience for us to walk through gardens and share laughs and secrets for her to photograph. Olivia is well-organized and checked off all the variations (MANY variations) of family portraits we requested with ease. Less than 24 hours after the wedding, she gave us a sneak peek of our photos that were stunning. The way she captured our families and friends is so special to us. When we received the full portfolio of photos weeks later, we were blown away by the amount of photos and quality of each. Olivia's use of film is particularly amazing. She is also great with dogs and captured our Breezy perfectly. If you're looking for a photographer who will enhance and capture your day and emotions and bring you into the moment rather than pull you out of it, book her right away!

e. Talking to her and being in her presence is seriously like a warm hug. She asks you and lays out exactly what details we wanted for our wedding. She made us feel so comfortable and calm on a very busy day with many family members. She captured us perfectly. She made us feel like ourselves and her skills of using three different cameras (digital, film, Polaroid) is unreal. Every picture feels like you were there. Olivia has become a friend and was my favorite vendor of the whole day!

ent to the final dance party. We connected with her (and Alika!) immediately from the moment they arrived to start our engagement photo shoot - it really felt like just hanging out (and taking pictures!) with friends. Olivia is extremely detail oriented - she made sure to capture exactly what we were looking for in our photos, and even helped guide us when we weren't entirely sure. We were absolutely thrilled with all of our photos, and many of our guests reached out to us after we sent them out to tell us how amazing the photos were and how well Olivia and Brooke (second shooter) had captured the reception. Finally, it was incredibly important to us to capture the intimacy of our space and our relationship in our photos, and Olivia did an amazing job doing just that in our home. We recently moved away from New Orleans, but her photos help preserve all of the incredible memories we have not only from our engagement and then wedding weekend, but also of our entire relationship and the amazing city in which we met. Thank you so much, Olivia! You (and your work!) are an absolute treasure :)

Olivia was the best. She was super interested in getting to know us, so that she could best capture us in our moments. It was important to us that our photos weren't overly posed. And my partner isn't very comfortable in front of a camera, so we were also looking for someone who could help us feel comfortable. She was more than just our photographer. She was so helpful with NOLA advice, from what to wear for engagement shoot, vendor recs, to wear to get a great meal. Olivia checked in with us numerous times throughout the 9 months we were under contract. We slowly got to know each other really well, so that when the wedding day came, it was like we were just hanging with a friend-- who also happened to be a bad*ss photog. Olivia wasn't turned off by our idea to run around the city doing things we love for hours before having a candle-lit, after dark ceremony. Her knowledge and experience on top of her compassion and sensitivity to the importance of the "special day" make her a really amazing wedding photographer. Our wedding guests even commented on how awesome her and the second shooter were. We received our previews within 48 hrs of our wedding day! They were breathtaking. We received our full gallery on-time, within the contracted time-frame. WE LOVE THEM. Friends and family that were unable to be with us in NOLA, swoon over our photos. My mom's friend specifically wanted me to relay this message to Olivia, "I've never seen wedding photos like yours, I don't know how to describe it other than- I can actually feel what it was like to be there!" I look at our photos all the time. We are having such a hard time deciding which to print, haha. We have almost 700 amazing, high res, beautiful captured moments from our day. We will cherish them forever. AND a new friend, Olivia. OH! and the polaroid and film options were an amazing add on. Honestly, Olivia is a wizard with her cameras. She had four, maybe five?, different cameras going at once. Her ability to capture beautiful compositions with great light, on film and polaroid in split seconds is truly an art form. Thank you forever, Olivia! Steph and Eryk

s the photographer for you!! She has such an eye for detail and capturing really unique and special moments. Thank you for helping us document our special day!! Each time I look at the photos I’m able to relive our wedding.

highly recommend having your engagement photos taken by Olivia and Alika to thoroughly enjoy her passion and their company.

nt throughout the planning process gave us the platform to communicate what was most important to us. On our wedding day she was very kind and considerate. She was understanding of the family drama we had going on, and she never made us feel like we weren't the most important people for the day. She truly helped us focus on each other, and I feel our pictures really reflect that. Although she herself was traveling cross-country immediately after our wedding, she still was able to get our sneak peek photos back quickly. We are so appreciative of all the beautiful memories she captured for us on our wedding day!

ning to end was seamless & painless (even through the rain!). She was efficient and kept us on schedule to make sure everything ran smoothly. Though we did not meet her for the first time until the morning of our wedding, she and her husband created a comfortable and fun environment that encapsulated our personalities & vision for our big day. Olivia was the perfect balance of taking charge and blending into the background. She captured so many special candid moments & details throughout the day that would have otherwise been missed. We have received so many compliments from our family and friends and will treasure our beautiful photos for years to come!

ic emotions behind her lens. Her photos are warm and inviting and allow you to feel the emotion shine through each image. We had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic, and Olivia was extremely helpful, both professionally and emotionally, throughout that entire process. She offers photo direction while still maintaining the excitment of taking photos with your bridesmaids, seeing your fiance during the first look, walking down the aisle, etc etc. Communication with her was always excellent! She responded very quickly and clearly. We primarily communicated via email, and then switched to texting once the big day approached. Also - we added on the Polaroid + Film package option and it was the best decision we ever made! We received the album in the mail just a few days ago and while her digital images were fantastic, I think some of my favorite wedding photos are from the film options. I cannot recommend Olivia enough - she is THE wedding photographer!

er clients! My husband and I were a little nervous about having our photos taken when we booked our engagement session with her. She immediately made us feel comfortable and truly captured who were are as a couple in our photos. As we got closer to our wedding day, Olivia worked with us to help us come up with our timeline and answer any questions we had. She had us fill out multiple questionnaires to make sure she knew who we are and what we wanted! On our wedding day she and her husband (her second photographer) were nothing but professional and captured every moment we wanted to be captured on our special day! I cannot recommend Olivia enough!!!

o glad we got to work together. She captures the most beautiful moments and her editing style is amazing! Having Olivia there on our wedding day was one of the best decisions we could’ve made!

at helped us both relax. The formal portraits came out so well! She also captured some amazing candid shots and gave us lots of lovely photos of the florals and the food. The wedding guide she provided was very helpful, as was the pre-wedding communication about our particular needs and expectations. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for authentic and beautiful photos.

re some of the CUTEST photos ever of us. Olivia also took our engagement pictures last summer, she picked out an adorable spot for our session at a sunflower farm and the photos turned out truly gorgeous. She made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera which is harder than you might think! Olivia also took photos at our wedding ceremonies - one in Michigan and one in Hawaii. I recommend Olivia to anyone looking for honest and beautiful photography that captures all the real feels. We are so grateful to have Olivia in our lives as both a photographer and now a friend.

e hanging out with an old friend. I am such an awko-taco, and she made me feel so comfortable. Then I saw the photos; they are so beautiful - I didn't know we could look like that. I will treasure our photos for the rest of my life. I knew I had to bring her up to WA for my wedding. Words can't describe the magic she brings. Let's start with the professionalism; Olivia kept communication open, direct, and clear from start to finish. Being a bride is SO stressful, but she makes the process easy; she is responsive. Yall - she LISTENS! All my weird family dynamics were put at ease because she knew how to navigate. SHE IS MAGIC. I cannot understate this. I live in Washington State, and I will travel to ANY state for her to continue documenting our love; this is how amazing she is. It was 106 degrees on my wedding day; you would never know by our photos. Olivia, thank you. I honestly have never loved anything more than my wedding and engagement photos. Words will never do justice for the incredible experience.

ched our vision!

, professional, kind, and flexible and adaptable to everything and everyone. She also keyed in immediately on what was important to us in terms of the photos. We’ve gotten countless compliments on the prints, and more than a few inquiries because the photos were very much magazine quality. We’ll definitely be back for other events in the future.

out 2 months before and found Olivia and was desperate to work with her! Her open and smily disposition was the first thing I noticed and her mission to tell your story in the unique and personal way it should be told was the hook line and sinker for me. She is so incredible to work with before the actual day too. She is so organized and helpful for such a stressful planning process that the wedding industry makes planning a wedding. It was definitely the easiest and most enjoyable part of planning for me! And on the actual day, she went with the flow and was such an easy and wonderful calm energy. Taking the couple shots after the wedding around the city of New Orleans was absolutely my favorite part of the day! It was so fun and relaxing with her and her husband. Just like hanging out with good friends. I LOVE the many many results and the little details she captured for us to remember every aspect of the day that would otherwise fade away as well as such wonderful candids that have so much heart and emotion that my husband and family will cherish forever. COULD NOT RECOMMEND ENOUGH!

ped with finding a new photographer one month before our wedding. Olivia's aesthetic spoke to me and tbh, with her weekly specials (our wedding was a Wednesday), I really just wasted my time stressing! I'm a New Orleans native, but since I live in Dallas we planned a mini-engagement shoot the Monday before to meet & get acquainted with her style & her with our personalities. That turned out BOMB! Her and her husband are so sweet and really knows how to get that IT picture.. I seriously didn't know how much creativity with bodies goes into photography, but she made it easy! Two days, later, for our micro wedding, she was everywhere and nowhere at the same time if that makes sense, haha. She captured some photos I didn't even know she had time to lol. Olivia was definitely a ninja in a past life. We had previews almost instantaneously (HOW?!), and our final galleries were delivered in what I'd regard as record time. It was definitely a nice surprise! I still swoon over how beautiful our photos are! I'm secretly trying to force an event just so we can work with her again! LOL Thank you Olivia, you are truly gifted!

for me. She captured everything beautifully and I could not ask for better pictures from our special time. 10/10 would recommend her to every couple!

ing with people and activities. Along comes our soft spoken photographer Olivia who suggested we start walking because she knows this perfect place in the park that would be perfect for us...it was just that, PERFECT! Olivia was attentive to detail and captured every emotion presented. She asked that we bask in those moments, live in them and she went to work with her camera. Previews were readily available almost immediately, and the full gallery was readily available weeks before the deadline. We are amazed at the quality and quantity of her work. We are forever grateful to her for capturing our day with her lens. We’ll definitely visit New Orleans again and have already planned to have her capture us again. She is the best and our recommendation to all is to stop looking and start booking. Kim + Sunshine

os taken a fun experience for me and my husband! On our wedding day, Olivia was cool and collected, and the day wouldn’t have gone as smoothly as it did without her. She is amazing at keeping things moving on schedule without interrupting the moments. She got so many amazing photos of the small and the big moments. Going through the photos a few weeks after the wedding was such an amazing experience too. Your wedding really does go by in a flash, and getting to see all the small moments that you missed but Olivia captured was something so so special!

with in her profession. She puts so much work into the process of taking your photos. She plans and developments a timeline to help manage your day, so that you only have to worry about marrying the love of your life. She gives you the opportunity to share and talk to her about what you want in your wedding photos. She is SUPER professional and very organized!!! Also, her punctuality is supreb!! She cares about details, which I absolutely loved! She knows the tiny little details that goes into planning a wedding, and she makes sure to include all of the details that mean so much to us as brides, but may not be necessarily recognized by the guests. She connects with your other vendors to make sure everyone is on the same page to allow your day to flow accordingly. Also, I firmly believe in Olivia’s recommendation of having your engagement, bridals, and wedding photos all done by the same person because it allows you to be more comfortable with yourself and your future hubby AND your photographer! From engagement photos to wedding photos, my husband now and myself were total awkward goofballs at first and on the wedding day we were still goofy, but it was SO much more comfortable since we had photos taken by Olivia previously. Olivia is an amazing photographer, but she is also, such a sweet emphatic and knowing person. She truly cares about how you feel. She cares about your experience of being a bride. During my bridals, I didn’t feel like myself. I was trying my best to take my photos and just brush off how I felt about my hair and makeup, but she could see something was wrong. She talked with me and make me feel like I didn’t have to feel bad for not feeling like myself. After her meaningful talk, I felt so much more comfortable, and I had FUN! She and her husband are two of our dearest friends now. When I first started to look at wedding photographers, I wanted my wedding photos to express the emotions we felt on our day, so when I look back at my wedding photos I could experience the day all over again. When first I looked at Olivia’s work, I could instantly feel the creativity and light (beauty) in her images. I felt like I could feel the emotions within the pictures she had taken. I knew she was the person I wanted to take our photos. I am so glad we choose her as our photographer! We are so happy with our photos! Our photos are everything we could have asked for and more!!

ed capturing the pictures that mattered most to us - whatever the circumstances kept changing to be. Her photos are stunning, she made it easy to take pictures (just enough direction and never too posed), and she communicates clearly. We couldn't love our photos more - and couldn't recommend her strongly enough!!!

the middle of the day, they made sure we got all the pictures we needed and they came out incredible! They stayed with us the entire day and sure to capture every special moment. They even agreed to go to dinner with us about a month before the wedding just to get to know us better and get a feel for exactly what we wanted for our wedding. Literally no obstacle big or small was a problem for them! We want to thank them so much for how incredibly awesome they were and for making our day enjoyable!

cial and taken care of and our photos were better than I could have ever imagined. We will cherish these photos forever. HIGHLYYYYYY RECOMMEND!!

ty of canceling and re-planning our wedding during the pandemic. While we didn’t have the wedding we’d always thought we’d have, the pictures of our smaller more intimate wedding are more than I could have hoped for. She captured the feeling of the day, not just the posed “grandma and auntie” shots. I did not worry once about whether or not we were going to have every image we could have wanted. Cannot say enough good things!

wedding pictures. She exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t be happier to have worked with her.

I would hire her again and again. If you want genuine, gorgeous photos you have to get Olivia to come!

hat we were hoping for. She was also very quick to get us several preview photos back. We are beyond happy with our experience and would highly recommend Olivia as a wedding photographer!!

ision with us, and turn meld into an amazing display of what our relationship is about: embracing the awkward, funny, and cherishing one another. From our engagement photo sessions to the wedding shoots, she's present, active, and dreaming of how to capture the moments and essence of what's happening. I would, without a doubt, recommend her to my best of friends, acquaintances, and strangers alike.

nd to none and her style of shooting captures the event without it looking posed or unnatural. The best part of Olivia’s photography is that she provides EXCEPTIONAL advice and direction for her photos and or photo shoots. If you are looking for that perfect Instagram wedding photos. Olivia is your gal! She is absolutely amazing!!!!!! I have used her twice now and the pictures have turned out flawless every single time.
