t only did he fail to deliver on time, we spent months attempting to communicate with him, experiencing long stretches of unanswered calls, texts, and emails, complete silence for months at a time, broken promises, and repeated assurances that the video was “uploading now,” only to receive nothing and then hear nothing again for weeks to months. At one point, he changed his phone number without notifying us, and we only obtained his new number by contacting a wedding planner who had been tagged in a post with him. Throughout the entire process, we repeatedly emphasized that all we were asking for was clear communication if he needed more time. Instead, nearly every attempt at communication was met with silence. Despite being extremely patient and understanding, his behavior was consistently unprofessional, and he changed his story and misled us on multiple occasions. We were supposed to receive several videos. We finally received one of them 7 months late, in July 2025. The remaining videos came weeks later after yet another gap in communication, and they were poorly edited and incomplete - missing important moments we specifically asked him to capture, missing drone footage that we paid extra for (he did not even bring a drone), and cutting portions of our vows. The editing was sloppy to the point of looking rushed and careless, and Jeromy himself even appears in much of the footage. It lacked the quality any couple would reasonably expect from a paid professional. We requested the raw footage so that we could have it edited by someone else, which then took 4 additional months, more than a year after our wedding, to receive. When we finally received it in November 2025, we discovered that important moments explicitly requested were never filmed at all, meaning there is now zero footage of key parts of our wedding that cannot be recreated. This experience was exhausting, stressful, and deeply disappointing. We have since learned of at least 12 other couples who experienced nearly identical issues, with some having to pursue legal action simply to obtain their footage. We are not the type of people to leave reviews like this, but we feel obligated to be honest. What we experienced went far beyond delays or miscommunication — it was outright unprofessional behavior that no couple should have to experience, and it resulted in the permanent loss of irreplaceable memories. Please save yourself the stress and heartbreak and book elsewhere.

feel lost. Unfortunately, we’ve since learned that this has happened to many others as well. I strongly urge couples to not consider this guy for anything. We would never want another family to experience the same disappointment we have.

would get it. Our contract stated I would receive the video 1 month after my wedding. We paid in full a full year before the wedding, so it was very disappointing how everything played out.
