Oltmann Weddings

I received Colleens contact information through my photographer and I couldn't have been happier with the result. Colleen was professional and so kind. I was planning the wedding from a few states away and she called me a few times to touch base. She even sent me a quick text a few days before asking if I needed anything because she was out running errands. The ceremony went perfect and there were so many special touches that we didn't know about before. I would 100% recommend her if you're getting married. You won't be disappointed!

Our wedding was a week after the hurricaine that swept through New Orleans and Colleen was wonderful. she kept me up to date on what was happeneing and what we needed to do. Being from out of town she was able to have the waiting period waived for us. Colleen was unable to attend our ceremony and sent Joy in her place... Her name says it all!!!! JOY is wonderful. we spent time after the wedding and it was a complete pleasure having her with us. Highly recommend these ladies they go the extra mile for you!!!! Thank you ladies

I found Oltmann weddings on another bridal site and though there were no reviews, I still opted to give them a go since the price was lower compared to other's in the area. I submitted my request through their website and felt optimistic when Colleen Oltmann reached out to me within the same day. She seemed very enthusiastic via email and wanted to set up a time to chat later in the day. I provided her with 3+ hours of time to call me, however, she never acknowledged the email or called me. Understanding that things do come up unexpectedly, I gave it a couple of days before following up. I sent her an email to see if there was another time she could chat and to let me know what worked best for her calendar. She responded same day, apologizing...her schedule got crazy...and claiming that she was carving out time for the very next day to touchbase with her OOT brides. She provided blocks of time when she would be available and asked if any of them would work for me. I responded again (same day) with the time that would work best for me. Again,no response to confirm the time and still no call. At that point I decided if she wanted my business, she would have to reach back out to me. More than one month later I still haven't heard from her, not even another apology. I of course moved on and have since booked another officiant. Though, I am still in awe on how a business owner could provide such terrible customer service.
