ed the type of ceremony and readings we wanted and asked some questions about us and our relationship/interests but then we let her take the reigns and write a beautiful personalized ceremony for us. It was absolutely perfect and so memorable! She also helped us out with wedding day tasks that needed to be done in order to make the day run as smoothly as possible. I highly recommend her for any other couple who needs an officiant on their special day!

e. She even sent me a quick text a few days before asking if I needed anything because she was out running errands. The ceremony went perfect and there were so many special touches that we didn't know about before. I would 100% recommend her if you're getting married. You won't be disappointed!

n Colleen Oltmann reached out to me within the same day. She seemed very enthusiastic via email and wanted to set up a time to chat later in the day. I provided her with 3+ hours of time to call me, however, she never acknowledged the email or called me. Understanding that things do come up unexpectedly, I gave it a couple of days before following up. I sent her an email to see if there was another time she could chat and to let me know what worked best for her calendar. She responded same day, apologizing...her schedule got crazy...and claiming that she was carving out time for the very next day to touchbase with her OOT brides. She provided blocks of time when she would be available and asked if any of them would work for me. I responded again (same day) with the time that would work best for me. Again,no response to confirm the time and still no call. At that point I decided if she wanted my business, she would have to reach back out to me. More than one month later I still haven't heard from her, not even another apology. I of course moved on and have since booked another officiant. Though, I am still in awe on how a business owner could provide such terrible customer service.
