Highly recommend! I brought my wedding dress in 7 months after my wedding and it was FILTHY! It is now perfectly clean and as good as new. 😍 they also give you before and after pictures to show how dirty it was and how clean they made it. Love it and so excited to get it back!

We took my daughters dress to be cleaned and preserved to Fashion Cleaners in Sterling Ridge facility. They did a fantastic job and they were so nice and accommodating. Great customer service!

I used Omaha Lace to preserve my wedding dress and while the dress was preserved, we had some MAJOR issues along the way, including: 1. They temporarily MISPLACED my wedding dress. I was given a "promise by" date in late January. When that date came and passed, I called to inquire the status of everything. They said they had nothing under my name and do not believe they have the dress. While that was shocking to hear, it was even worse that my dress was just sitting out and they weren't sure if they even had my veil - but they "thought" it had been cleaned. How is that okay?! 2. I'm 100% convinced they would have never called or fessed up if I never reached out which really bothers me. 3. Omaha Lace is pretty pricy for its restoration services, go somewhere else and save the money and time. 4. We were not treated well at all initially. So much so we almost didn't leave the dress there altogether. While the woman who was so rude no longer works there, Omaha Lace uses that as an excuse to validate the treatment. 5. For all the headache and concern that my dress was lost altogether, they wouldn't refund a single dollar. While the dress is now preserved, the stress and headache make it 100% not worth it. Somewhere else can do just as good of a job.

Omaha Lace Cleaners (part of Fashion Cleaners) did an amazing job cleaning my daughters wedding gown. The bottom of the gown was black after she walked through snow but they got it clean! It looks amazing & she is thrilled as she will be wearing it again for the big post-covid wedding celebration on her anniversary. We appreciate the attention to detail & how the dress is beautifully preserved in a lovely box with a window. I would highly recommend Omaha Lace Cleaners for wedding gown cleaning & preservation. Well worth the cost!

We were very pleased with the care and professionalism in caring for/cleaning and preserving our daughters wedding gown. It’s an “after the event” service- but such an important one. We appreciate that it was done with excellence.

Upon walking in I was greeted by Danielle who was amicable and handled my gown with care. She was honest with me and give me the timeline for when I wedding gown would be ready after cleaning and preservation. When I returned to the store 3 months later she remembered my name and gave me tips on how to best care for my gown.

Got my wedding dress back from Omaha Lace and WOW it is gorgeous! They did an amazing job restoring my dress! I didn't even realize how bad it was until I saw the before and after photos! 😆 The packaging is beautiful and they give you cotton gloves to use while touching the dress! I couldn't be more happy with it! I definitely recommend them to any bride looking to preserve their dress! 🥰

Joan at Fashion Cleaners has been absolutely amazing. I brought in my wife's dress as a surprise after it had been "stored" for a couple of years following the wedding. Joan helped me coordinate the surprise flawlessly and better yet the dress came back in perfect condition. Cleaning and preservation took less time than initially quoted. Very happy customer.

My wedding dress got very dirty wearing it all day. And I may have spilled some nachos on it after the reception... Omaha lace cleaners got out ALL THE STAINS and made it look like brand new. 100% would recommend

Omaha Lace Cleaners were wonderful to work with. They took great care with the wedding dress. We were also able to see the dress after it was cleaned before putting it into the preservation box.

Jacki was awesome. She took the time to really look the dress over and give me a thorough assessment of the dress. I felt very comfortable knowing that such a precious item was in good hands!

STAY FAR AWAY!!! They RUINED my wedding gown. When I went to pick up my "white" dress, it was gray/brown, and even dirtier and more stained looking than before I dropped it off. I told the manager (Shelli) and she didn't even apologize. She said "well we tried". I asked for a refund ($240 just for cleaning) and she yelled at me and told me I was crazy... Horrible customer service and poor management. I'm extremely disgusted with my experience and the horrible people running this place. My wedding gown meant so much to me and I was obsessed with it. I would have loved to box it up and keep it - Now I have nothing. Besides my dress, I am so appalled by how I was treated by the Omaha Lace employee. I will never go there and I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. STAY AWAY.

Her dress means a lot to my daughter and I and Omaha Lace Cleaners went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with their service. The little touches like the before and after photos were something we did not expect. Thank you for taking care of us and the dress.

My dress was in rough shape when I brought it here, and they had no complaints or extra charges. They were very friendly and did an amazing job. It comes in a high quality box and a cloth bag. I highly recommend them - it's worth the money, which wasn't unreasonable, to preserve your gown for future generations.

We actually went to the Omaha lace location on center street. I found OLC at a bridal show and was excited to find someone who could help modify my grandmothers dress that was in storage for 60+ years. OLC referred me to Kimberly who works out of their store front (and she was wonderful as well!) OLC gave me a great deal since I actually needed my dress cleaned before and after the big day! I would recommend them for sure!

My wedding gown had multiple stains from walking in the grass to take pictures and they were able to bring it back to life. Yes, they are pricey (300$ for cleaning and pressing) but my dress look better (at least better pressed) than when I bought it

I have heard this business recommended by many people, but their prices are pretty high. I'm sure that they do good work, but I was able to get my dress cleaned and pressed for significantly less money at Armstrong Cleaners.

I used Omaha Lace to press and clean my dress before the wedding. It came back looing great!! I was very pleased and glad that I used them. I will be taking my dress in to get have it cleaned and preserved. I would say they are a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for.
