We would like to start off by apologizing for the mic issue during your ceremony. There was some unexpected interference in the area that was not present during soundcheck before the ceremony. He made the decision to leave it as is rather than stop the ceremony to try and find a better wireless channel with no interference. Still, it's unfortunate that your ceremony was effected. He also shared our itinerary with you after you met, so that you had a chance to look over all information and add anything as needed. We can see that it was edited by you the night before the wedding, but every song on the ceremony song list matches what was played as we still have the playlist that was prepared for your wedding with all the critical songs downloaded. There also wasn't a note for the bouquet toss or anniversary dance. Regarding the open dance portion of your night, our standard service does not include mixing songs together. We crossfade songs into each other and make sure there are no breaks in the music, but having a DJ mixing songs together is a specialized service at a higher cost than our low price point. Additionally, many couples don't desire to have specialized mixes during their reception. We audited the playlist for the night and noticed the cocktail hour song list matched exactly what you requested. The shared itinerary from your pre-wedding meeting shows that you allowed for crowd requests of music during the open dance and our DJ let us know there were so many requests that came in, he wasn't able to play much else than what your guests were asking.  We'd like to note that we attempted to contact you to gather more details from your feedback, but were unsuccessful in reaching you on multiple attempts.
