I had such a great experience at Omaima Couture - especially because of Omaima the owner; she was amazing! Omaima Couture was my first appointment/ first time ever trying on a dress and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I had a pretty large group of people and everyone had a lot of opinions, but Omaima kept reminding me that it's my day and to focus on what I think - thank goodness she was there! I ended up trying on 11 dresses at Omaima Couture, kept going back to the second dress I tried on - I had a feeling that was the one, it was beyond perfect. I ended up leaving to go to an appointment in different salon - tried on 7 dresses there but kept comparing everything to that second dress I tried on at Omaima Couture. I ended up going back to Omaima Couture, put on the second dress again and SAID YES TO THE DRESS! I'm obsessed with my dress, couldn't be happier - I cannot wait for my fiance to see me in it! Thank you Omaima and her team for an overall amazing experience. I would recommend everyone go there to find the perfect wedding dress!

The experience with Omaima Couture was absolutely amazing! When I walked into the boutique I immediately thought everything was going to be over my budget because everything was so elegantly laid out. Hiba absolutely made my experience enjoyable and unforgettable. She was patient and attentive. She did not leave my side the entire time and paid careful attention to details that I did not even notice (i.e., details about the dresses I did or did not like, what dresses I tended to gravitate towards). She was attentive, kind, and enthusiastic about making the experience a one of the kind! I could not have asked for a better

I went to Omaima Couture this weekend to try on wedding dresses for the first time and ended up picking out my dress too. My consultant was THE BEST! I warned her prior to my appointment that since this was my first time trying on dresses, I had 8 family members/bridesmaids coming and she had accommodated us perfectly. I had an original vision of what I thought I wanted and She brought exactly what I had asked for. She listened to the different details/styles that my family members had asked for and I tried on more dresses than I thought was even possible in our hour and a half; she definitely knows what she is doing. When I asked for what she thought would look best, she brought in a style that I never considered and it ended up being the dress that I bought! She captured the style and mood that I was going for. I highly recommend This place.

Omaima Couture was the first bridal salon I went to and I was paired up with Kate. She was absolutely fantastic and so friendly. I was so nervous trying on dresses and didn’t know how I was going to find the perfect one. She kept me calm and was very attentive. We were able to narrow down styles I liked and I ended up finding my perfect dress. For all my fittings and any appointments Kate was right there and I loved that because I trusted her and felt comfortable when she was around. Everything turned out great and I couldn’t be happier with the level of service and how I was treated. Thank you so much to Kate and Omaima Couture.

Omaima Couture made the process so easy and stress-free! We had planned to spend the entire weekend dress shopping, but Omaima Couture was the first store we went to and we did not need to look any further. I tried on about 10 dresses and found the one! Omaima and Kate were fun and easy to work with, and they welcomed my entire family with open arms. Highly recommended

I purchased my dress today and had my appointment with Kate. The entire experience was more magical then I ever could’ve imagined. She is extremely kind, helpful, and pleasant and I couldn’t recommend her or her entire team more. From the moment we walked in the door we were treated like royalty. The dress is perfect and it was such an easy process. We even had time for my bridesmaids to try on dresses that we will be purchasing from them as well! I highly recommend to anyone looking for any kind of formal dress!

I wished we had a better experience here. The girl and lady that helped us were rude, threw our dresses at us still in the bags. They didn't bother hanging them on hangers. They ordered me a swatch, for the color of the dresses, I was getting but would not give it to me. Told them I needed a swatch to bring to vendors to match colors. They FINALLY gave me the swatch but told me I need to bring it back. Fine, wasn't worth the headache. Alterations- RUN THE OTHER WAY!! They use large safety pins- that put holes in the fabric, and they don't measure anything. It made me so nervous I took all my bridesmaids dresses and would not allow them to alter any of them. We went to another seamstress and she asked us "what happened" after she saw the pins. Please- save yourself the headache and find another, more professional store.

This was a one stop shop for me. Omaima's selection has everything a bride could want! The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their brides needs and concerns. Omaima and her staff were incredibly helpful in helping me find the perfect wedding dress.

Today I have to say was one of the best experiences I had when shopping for my wedding dress. Not only are the dresses elegant and stylish, but they are what every woman looks for in there future wedding. The employees are amazing they are so helpful and they will go an extra step to see you happy. I hope a lot of people shop here for any special occasion. I will be coming back, and be recommending customers to this location.

Omaima is the sweetest! I’m so happy to have found her. Her boutique is very elegant, and she carries the most beautiful and trendy dresses. I bought my Stephen Yearick wedding dress, cathedral veil, and 6 bridesmaid dresses from Omaima. I probably went to Omaima over 15 times to try on my dress, order bridesmaids dresses, look for veils, alterations, etc. Every time I saw Omaima and the rest of her lovely staff, they were always so nice and happy to see me. I never felt like I was bothering them, but instead, catching up on life as if we were the best of friends. Before Omaima, I tried 4 other boutiques in downtown Chicago and the west suburbs. My experience at the other boutiques were no where near the positive experiences I had at Omaima’s. I had sales associates that didn’t care or were not knowledgeable about fittings and designers. As a bride, you want to feel special and get the best service you possibly can for the biggest day of your life - which you will at Omaima’s. Save your self from the frustrations and make sure Omaima is the first place you go! I recommend her to all my friends and family. Thank you for making my wedding dreams come true, Omaima! I has such an amazing experience at Omiama couture bridal shop. She has such an amazing dresses. I felt so special when I bought my dress from there, everyone was friendly and nice my dress was amazing and unique. I recommend to go there if ur looking for something special and different.

I had a wonderful time perusing dresses at Omaima Couture! They had a wonderful selection of dresses, some of which I'd not seen anything like before. (I've made the rounds of bridal shops, I think this was #7.) They also had some beautiful formal wear dresses that were just as full of personality as a wedding dress, but came in colors. Those were my favorites :) Omaima & her staff were wonderful, warm, and welcoming. I didn't feel pushed or pressured into anything in particular. I wound up in a wonderful dress & just picked it up from alterations, which I had done there, yesterday. They did a wonderful job tailoring it down and it fits just perfectly now!

I had the best dress shopping experience with Omaima couture. If you are looking for high end dresses and service this is the place to visit. I highly recommend her store.

This was my first time bridal shopping and it was great, I come all the way from Texas. From the moment I stepped in there, I feel like a queen. After trying 7 dresses I actually picked the first one I tried on found my dream gown and I Can't wait to wear it , my consult was wonderful, she wasn't pushy at all and respected my budget . Overall, I am very disappointed with my experience with Omaima Couture. I bought my wedding dress here for my August wedding and had multiple hiccups in the process. The main issue, though, was Omaima ordered my wedding dress too small. When I ordered my wedding dress, I weighed 115 pounds and am typically a size 0 or 2 in dresses. When Omaima measured me, she reported I fit in a size 0 for the dress I was ordering, I found this surprising because I always was told wedding dresses were typically ordered bigger and then tailored to your body with alterations. But, I trusted Omaima and did not think much more about it. However, when the dress came in 8-9 months later (less than 2 months before the wedding), it was too small and could barely fit over my hips, let alone button closed. Omaima immediately asked me if I had gained weight, which was completely offensive but also wrong as I lost 5-10 pounds between ordering my dress and receiving it. Omaima did not take responsibility for the dress size. Instead, she suggested that I must have been working out more and gained muscle or that I must have gained weight- all of which made my wedding dress fittings the most dreadful experiences of the wedding process. I was upset because this was my dream dress, and I felt like I was going to bust through it every time I put it on. I continued to lose weight until the wedding day and ended up weighing 100 pounds. Finally, the dress fit me less than two weeks before the wedding after multiple attempts of opening/tailoring it. Omaima never apologized for her error and made it clear she truly believed it was my fault, which concerns me even more that she did not learn anything from such a huge error. She is lucky I was able to lose the weight and make it work, because otherwise I would not have had a dress to wear. I strongly encourage all brides to look elsewhere for their wedding dress.

I met Omaima Couture Team at the Expo in downtown Chicago last month!They were very friendly to talk to,plus they had a great deal for a bride decided to take a chance and drive to Niles to check their collection out .I got greeted by Omaima the owner ,she is very knowledgeable in her field .She asked me couple of questions in regards of what style i am looking for and a brand.I was looking for an elegant style wedding dress.There is choosing couple of dresses and i already love what i see .I picked one out of 3 and it is a Pronovias dress ,which i felt in love with. I highly recommend Omaima ,not that she is a real professional but such a pleasant lady to deal with

I said YES to the dress and the day was amazing, not only because i found my dress but the experience was unforgettable. Omaima was so patient with me going back and forth between 2 dresses.
