David was very responsive about our entertainment needs for our wedding! He eased all of our worries, guided us through our playlist and gave us great advice. Everyone absolutely loved the music, there were people on the dance floor all night and the Photo Booth was a big hit!

We really lucked out hiring David. Long story short, our original DJ was unable to do our wedding, so we had to scramble to find someone relatively last minute. Omega was one of our coordinator's recommended vendors, so we crossed our fingers and reached out to them. Fortunately, David was available and willing to help us out. Our first consult with him put us at ease and the planning suite was perfect for the amount of personal input we wanted to have. Communication was great, we both felt like any concerns we had was heard and assuaged. Once we got on the dancefloor everything was seamless. It was really everything we had hoped for.

Very easy to communicate with and the whole process was one of the least stressful parts of the wedding process. David at Omega Sound absolutely KILLED IT at our wedding! The songs were great and he knew just how to get everyone out on the dance floor at the right times. Nicole really appreciated him getting Blondie into the mix. Someone at the party even split their pants from dancing too hard. We appreciated him working with us on our requests and letting our friends be involved as singers and emcees. It made the whole event feel very personal. We just had so much fun!! With the days to our wedding counting down, I would like to say Omega Sound was very helpful for the entire process. With the payment situation to making the wedding playlist, everything was perfect and stress free. I got a surprise at our reception that my wife told me nothing about. We had the pleasure of having David "Storm" Manning to be our DJ and if you don't know who that is, he is the game day host and PA Announcer for the New Orleans Saints. So for the bridal party introductions, he introduced us like he does the New Orleans Saints. Being a Saints fan that made my day and was very excited!! Definitely recommend!!

Omega Sound for the win! From the first call to inquire about their services to the very last minute of our reception, they were incredible. Communication was fantastic. Every question we had was met with great ideas to make our music selection and experience even better. Kevin was our DJ. He called us the week before our wedding to confirm our preferences and made sure all of our selections were available. We gave him a list of songs we liked and told him to mix it up; I’m SO happy we let him take the lead. His mix of songs was incredible. The entire party was on their feet and never sat down ALL NIGHT. Even the event staff joined us to enjoy the fun. Hire Omega and ask for Kevin. Omega Sound absolutely crushed it with their DJ skills! 🎧🎶 They had the perfect playlist that kept me and all my guests on the dance floor the whole night. I didn't leave the dance floor at all! We were singing, dancing, and screaming the lyrics to every song. It felt like a dream come true. The DJ seamlessly mixed all the genres I wanted, from classic rock to pop and emo. It was like being transported back in time. This DJ exceeded all my expectations and made my special night the best night of my life. How could we not dance!? We had the pleasure to work with them for our April wedding and i must say that our guests were already on the floor dancing before dinner! They were so amazing to work with and most definitely stayed true to what we asked for. We did make a few requests later in the night and accommodated right away. THE BEST ❤️

Before finding Omega Sound & Entertainment there was a lot of research, unimpressive conversations and defeating price quotes. All that changed once I reached out and talked to David. I was immediately impressed with all of the employees’ backgrounds — but I happened to be able to book David since our wedding was a year away. Planning: David listens to what you want, asks for clarity on anything he’s not sure on and asks you questions you may not have thought of. He gets that you may want to do something “dramatic” during your wedding/reception and encourages you to have fun with it. I wanted some very unique songs played for my ceremony processional and all I had to do was provide him with the iTunes link or YouTube link to the music. Many songs are already in the song bank and you can request any that are not. The planning suite may looks a little like it was born from the AOL-dial up era (oh, the nostalgia) but it is fully functional, easy to use and you are able to provide all the information the DJ will need to know in one place. Don’t be so judgey about it — the pizzazz will come when it’s time for your wedding/event. Day Of: Hell has officially frozen over. Not only did I get married, I had planned 2 major surprises for my husband and kept the secrets for 16 months (which about killed me more than the wedding planning). David was a CHAMP with helping me pull them off without a hitch (a lip syncing and second father daughter dance). We aren’t huge dancers and it was a day time wedding, but somehow David still had people on the dance floor! I couldn’t be happier and strongly recommend.

Heard great things about David from our photographer, we were disappointed he was not available, but he recommended Kevin and we couldn't have been happier!! He exceeded our expectations and made the night fun and memorable. David was also great with planning and answering all of our questions. You could tell both David and Kevin are professional and have experience in the music/entertainment industry. Seriously, couldn't recommend Omega Sound more!

David was a great DJ for our wedding! He was so personable and very welcoming from very early on. He even answered last minute questions we had about microphones for the ceremony the morning of the wedding and made sure we were part of decisions all the way through the reception. He kept our friends and family on the dance floor for most of the night, even on a HOT 90-degree summer night in New Orleans! Our only critique was that we did spend a lot of time filling in the online digital song request list ahead of the wedding and felt like some of our music selections, especially those less traditional choices like Afrobeats, weren't played as much as we'd hoped. That said, he truly was wonderful to work with and made sure to make our night super memorable on and off the dancefloor!

Dave with Omega Sound is the perfect choice for a wedding DJ. We had our wedding this past May and we chose him initially for a comprehensive dance floor/lighting package, photo booth, high recommendations, and a great platform to pick songs and organize them before the big day. We chose correctly. The whole event was so smooth and the song choices were perfect that our dance floor was continuously packed. David is accommodating and friendly and really went above and beyond for our song requests. In addition, it meant a lot how good he was at announcing certain events during the reception. David was such a fun DJ. He somehow managed to find a way to seamlessly mix together our eclectic music taste with classic wedding favorites. He also gives his clients access to a wonderful planning studio that allows you to request songs not to play, and we were very happy about that! Wow! From the very first FaceTime call David felt like family!! We knew after a 20 minute phone call and hearing from our venue how great this group is that we had to have him apart of our day. Their planning suite that you do online made things so easy when trying to plan out the flow and song choices for the whole day! We hired David Storm and Omega Sound & Entertainment for our wedding and he did not disappoint. David was extremely helpful through the pre-wedding phase; answering questions in a timely manner, sending instructions on how to navigate their website (which is an awesome one stop show for forms, music requests, and payments), and following up before the wedding to make sure everything was in order. On the day of the wedding, David was organized, timely, professional, and a truly great DJ. During there reception, there was non-stop dancing (one thing we were worried about beforehand, having gone to weddings where not many people danced) but he kept everyone engaged and entertained. His crowd interaction was second to none. One thing I heard the most after the wedding was how much fun people had with many people saying it was an amazing party (really and truthfully in part to David). He also ensured that everything (from the formal dances to the cake cutting to the grand sendoff) ran smoothly during the reception which was greatly appreciated. Before the wedding, I suggested him to my friends who are getting married in April 2022 (only having talked to him over the phone at the time). After our wedding, they told me how excited they were to have him DJ their wedding and thanked me for the recommendation. David and Omega Sound & Entertainment are a cut above and you will not be disappointed! I will certainly be hiring them for my next event!

The customer service from day one was fantastic! Both David and Kevin made me feel like I did not have to worry about anything related to DJ or Photo booth at my wedding. Everyone communicated well, was professional, fun, and flexible. I would hire them again for another event!

He kept up with all our wackiness (introducing an Elvis impersonator) and random song choices. He made sure we didn't forget to get our photobooth pictures. He's an ultimate professional - responsive and thorough. Omega's music choice portal was super helpful too. Even before the day, I knew our fun was in good hands. Plus for you Saints fans out there, he's the game day host/PA announcer for the games, so you can have the guy who announces the team announce you and your spouse! Ours being a destination wedding, I was stressed about hiring a bunch of vendors long-distance without getting to meet any of them face-to-face. David with Omega Sound was wonderful and helped assuage all my fears! we talked on the phone a few times and while I was initially concerned about the minute suggestions I had made for the reception playlist and the way I wanted certain songs played, he incorporated all of that beautifully. He engaged the crowd so well and even included a few things I hadn't asked for that ended up lighting up the room and getting everyone on their feet. It was a wonderful reception and he was a great contact during the planning process. I also appreciate their website and the fact that I could make payments online as well as select songs and make reception notes on the planning center portal. David is the best, hands down. The DJ was something that we were anxious about as it can make or break a reception, and from our first phone call he dissuaded any reservations we had. The energy and professionalism he brings to weddings is a cut above. Perfect cueing for the ceremony and reception, the photo booth was excellent, the dance floor was never empty for the whole night. We used Omega Sound based on a recommendation and we are so glad we did. Chad was our DJ and by the end of the night, he seemed more like a close friend than our DJ. David made our wedding reception an absolute blast, but what really stood out to me was his efforts to make our wedding perfect. Our ceremony musicians were almost a complete bust; ten minutes before our ceremony was supposed to begin, there was no sign of the musicians. It had me really stressed out and worried, but David found me in the back and offered to step up and play the songs I had hand-picked. Even though our musicians did make it in the end, his can-do attitude and willingness to help is something I won't ever forget. He also came to me personally during the wedding when time was running low to make sure we got in our must-play songs. He even gave a special shout out for my nephew's request which just MADE HIS NIGHT! Our reception was so much fun, and David was the real VIP that night. Would absolutely recommend Omega Sounds to any couple for their wedding.

Rusty and Dave went above and beyond for my daughter’s wedding! They provided all of the music for the ceremony as well as the reception. They had everything organized and helped with the timeline by announcing when things like cake cutting, etc., were being done. We received several comments from guests about how amazing the song selections were and how fun it was that they not only played music, but actually SANG several songs. And sang very well! They made the night even that more magical by creating such a fun atmosphere!

They understand your vibe and what kind of music you are going for, and it makes the whole night flow perfectly when they know exactly why you want. They also help out a lot with the making sure what needs to happen, really does happen. Such as cake cutting and bouquet and garter toss. And they’re honestly just friendly and fun people to have at your wedding!

Omega Sound & Entertainment (Kevin specifically) was recommended to us by a friend that used them for her wedding. They offer an online portal where the couple can go in and select specific songs that they either want or don't want played at their wedding. We loved that we could do this to ensure that everything we wanted was played at our wedding! About a month or 2 before the wedding, Kevin called to go over all the details to make sure he understood our vision. He was awesome! He handled everything and made our night unforgettable! I would 100% use Omega Sound again and plan to have Kevin DJ at our next event!

David provided a GREAT experience from start to finish!! He knows weddings very well, and understands the flow of the evening. It is easy to see that he loves music and loves his job. Our DJ, David, was terrific! He got a great sense of our taste from the handful of "must play" songs we listed and used that as a springboard to create a great party! The dance floor was busy all night long, in large part thanks to him. Omega's online planning service is very useful and comprehensive, with suggestions for various formal dances and events (ie, cake cutting), that helped my husband and I narrow down our choices without ever feeling limited or too basic. David was also available by email and phone to discuss how transitions would work and assuage my fears about having an awkward song list or boring party. He took the time to confirm all the important people he would need to announce as well as how to pronounce all of their names, which I really appreciated. All of this translated into a great party with a DJ who kept things going without injecting so much of his own personality that it drowned us out (as we've seen at other weddings). He was conversational at a few key points but never overwhelming and made sure that our wedding featured our taste in the best possible way.

He even suggested the "couples, through the years dance" which we hadn't considered but glad we added it because it made the dance party start and was a great kick off to the reception. I also have a specific taste in music playing piano for a long time and it's like he knew what songs we wanted by reading our minds! We had a great night dancing. Omega Sound is awesome! We'd been to a wedding that David deejayed a year prior and had the pleasure of working with Kevin for our own wedding last month. These guys are both great. After filling out the forms on their website (easy to use) for song preferences and special dances, Kevin reached out to me personally to curate the playlist even more and get a feel for the type of people he'd be playing music for at the reception. Not only did he do an amazing job getting and keeping the dance floor going, he threw in some surprises that made things even more memorable! Never thought me and my groomsmen would lip sync Backstreet Boys for all my family and friends, but we did, and it was hysterical. We've had several people tell us what a great time they had, and Omega Sound is one of the main reasons why! We had DJ Chad for our wedding and everyone had a blast thanks to him! He does such a great job of entertaining the crowd and getting everyone up on the dance floor. I highly recommend him!

OMG amazing! Brides and grooms, you have a lot of vendors to sift through trying to figure out what's best, but I can say with 1,000% certainty do not look for any other DJ! My guests are still raving about how much fun my wedding was, how hilarious the DJ was and no one stopped dancing the entire time. David was great during the planning process as well, answered all my questions and made me not feel like a burden, considering a majority of my song choices were custom and he had to find/get them. He also gave me great ideas and things i didn't even think about during the planning process. I had them for my ceremony and reception, all songs were played on time and the sound system was superb. David was dancing and singing with my guests, cracking jokes, it was the best. My parents want him to travel to FL for their vow renewal ceremony, i had an engaged couple as guests who asked for his info. You will not regret Omega!!

Omega Sound is a great choice for a DJ! They are very professional, responsive, and very easy to work with! My wife and I always said, that the most important part of our wedding needed to be the music. I now know, that the most important part is the person playing that music. David and his team made our already special evening that much more. In what I would call a dream scenario, David gave Ashley and I a personalized pro wrestling promo while introducing our wedding party as well as ourselves. He worked hand in hand with us for weeks prior perfecting the feel and tunes we wanted for the wedding, and on the night of, executed it to perfection. I cannot even count the amount of compliments I received from guests on our DJ, Chad! My mom and I were very back and forth about whether to hire a DJ or band for our reception, but I am so elated that we chose Omega Sound for our wedding! Not only did Chad spend over 45 minutes on the phone with me the week of our wedding, but he also came to speak with my husband and I at the start of our reception to ensure that our it went exactly as we envisioned. Chad was so much fun, and I am not kidding when I say he had guests on the dance floor all night. Following our wedding, multiple guests even commented that they hardly ate because they wanted to dance all night. One of my favorite memories of the night was Chad on the dance floor encouraging several of the groomsmen to reenact the Dirty Dancing "Time of Our Lives" dance scene (which they did!). So happy in our decision to use Omega! We had David for our reception and he kept our dance floor packed and we had the best time! He was very easy to work with in the planning process. He used our recommendations and made suggestions where we needed extra help which worked great! He also did the uplighting at our reception which brightened up the space. The best part of our wedding!!! Thank you David for the incredibly night that was spent on the dance floor at my wedding. I suggest to all brides to have a sit down meeting/phone call with their DJ (all vendors) to discuss everything what they want/expect. I spoke to David the night before explaining that I wanted people dancing and throwbacks would be a big hit and he did exactly as I hoped. He was awesome all night with high energy and had no problem with the last minute surprise proposal during the reception that we needed music for. Best decision ever!!! David went above and beyond for us every step of the way. He was so easy to get in touch with and was always willing to try new things to make us happy. We came to him with the idea of creating voiceovers with messages to our parents during their special dances. He said yes right away and it came out beautifully. Our guests still talk about what a beautiful surprise it was and just about everyone in the room was moved to tears. He also pulled off a great surprise that allowed my husband and groomsmen to serenade me to the Backstreet Boys. No one can stop talking about how great the music was at our wedding. David provided us with a website to make requests and it made it so easy for us. Most of the music he played was influenced by our requests and he really nailed it! Where do I start? Omega Sound was great! David, AKA DJ Storm, was the perfect choice for our wedding. We had our reception at a different location than the ceremony, so he was sure to send Jordan, AKA DJ FDP, to the ceremony so he could already have everything prepped at the reception. Both guys were great. I'm super busy and just kind of all over the place in general, but David worked with me so well in regards to pre-wedding communication and was always willing to talk outside of someone's "normal business hours" if needed. Our ceremony went off without a hitch, thanks to Jordan; then the reception was beyond words. My husband and I knew we needed someone who wasn't afraid to get personal with the crowd and be a part of the wedding opposed to a sideliner, and David and his team were perfect -- their intern even jumped in for a karaoke rap, which he did perfectly! Yes, we did karaoke -- best decision ever. Our wedding guests are still telling us how we had the best wedding they've been too, and Omega was a huge factor in that! Thanks, y'all. Let's do it again! ;)

David did an amazing job with our wedding in October! He had such great energy and had the crowd dancing for every song the entire night! David is extremely easy to work with and took the time to answer all our questions as we were getting close to the big day. We were a little worried about how our music choices would set the vibe, since music is very important to us. David was able to blend the music together perfectly--we couldn't have been happier.
