Kaity and Tina from OMG were absolutely amazing! They stuck perfectly to the timeline and guided our group through the entire wedding day and around Notre Dame's campus where we were married. They knew exactly what they were doing and, as an anxious bride, I felt so calm and comforted by their confidence. Not only are Kaity's photographs unbelievable, but she is also extraordinarily kind and made us feel beautiful and loved all day long. She is the kind of person you feel like you have known forever - this kind of personality enabled her to connect with us personally and capture the love and joy of the day so beautifully. We may need to celebrate every life event at Notre Dame so Kaity can photograph all of them.

Booking Kaity/OMG Photography was the very first call we made after setting our September 2021 wedding date. I came across a wedding she had photographed at Notre Dame and was immediately struck by the timelessness of her work. I loved how clear, beautiful, and emotion-filled her pictures were--and how evident it was that each one told a story. Just a brief glance through any of her portfolios reveals pictures that stand the test of time, which is exactly what we were looking for in capturing our wedding. The same thoughtfulness that Kaity brings to photography was evident throughout the entire planning process. On a general front, she was our point person for EVERYTHING ND-related. My husband and I are alumni, but the campus is constantly evolving--and we quickly learned that planning a wedding there is a whole different ball game! Kaity is truly an expert and immediately put us at ease. She knows everyTHING and everyONE--from the best picture spots; to navigating the different groups/teams on campus; to how a day-of schedule should flow (down to the minute). I won't even say Kaity "helped" us--she literally made decisions for us. Her expertise was such a weight off our shoulders--not only on wedding day, but in the months and weeks leading up to it. Specifically to us, Kaity went above and beyond to make the long-distance wedding planning process seamless. Since my husband and I aren't based in South Bend, we only had one weekend we could visit ND with our parents, and had to make the most of our time there. Kaity was so accommodating to our hectic schedule, & agreed to meet with us EARLY on a Sunday morning so we could get to know each other before the big day. As a bride who was planning a long-distance wedding, that gesture by Kaity meant the world. Additionally, my husband and I both had extremely hectic work schedule in the weeks leading up to the wedding. Kaity answered our one-off emails and requests for last-minute phone calls with both a patience and positivity that kept reminding us of what the day was really about. Her happy attitude is infectious--& allowed us to enjoy the anticipation of the day, too. When wedding weekend rolled around, Kaity and her amazing second shooter, Tina, were incredible with our entire bridal parties. One small example is how awesome they were with incorporating our adorable flower girl into pictures (who was 2.5 at the time of our wedding). Kaity was the BEST with her--knew how to grab her attention for pictures, but didn't hold up photos/worry if a toddler was just being a cute/distracted toddler. It made the whole aura so happy and fun, and all the pictures came out great. One last thing I'll say is that Kaity went above and beyond to reflect anything we expressed that was important to us, but also brought up things we never would have thought about. For example, I told her that getting ready shots with moms/my bridesmaids were really important to me. Those are some of our most treasured photos, and it meant so much that Kaity incorporated that request. On the opposite end of the spectrum, places we were totally out of our element--like our first look in front of the ND Law School, or the Basilica--Kaity & Tina totally took the reins and directed us where we needed to be for the best shots. I truly don’t know how we would have done it without OMG Photography/Kaity. The joy her photos have brought us (and our families) is truly special, and we all can't thank/recommend her enough.
