She kept things running seamlessly on our wedding day from ceremony to reception. We had the ceremony in the atrium, which was beautiful. We were worried about interruptions because it is such a public place, but everything went smoothly. Our photographs were on the mall, and we were able to finish them in time to catch some of the cocktail hour (also in the atrium). Reception was in a ballroom and was wonderful. The food was great! Our room (where I got ready the day-of) overlooked the atrium. Our out-of-town guests stayed at the Omni, so we didn't have to worry about arranging transportation. We even walked to some of the bars on the mall after the reception ended! I would definitely recommend using this venue for a wedding.
So we made it a bit more complicated and got married the Friday after the DNC in Charlotte...that said the Omni was SOOO helpful in making reservations and getting a block of rooms...

chains pretty laughed in our face about blocking rooms for that weekend - The Omni was extremely friendly and accomodating. Rebekah even gave us a tour. During the wedding weekend the front desk was amazing to our guests and to me and the Bridal Party staying there. My groom and I even had a hand written congratulations note and strawberries waiting for us in our room the wedding night. YES use the Omni!!!
