Omni Corpus Christi Hotel

We were suppose to get married in March. We put our deposit down. My brother told me he was going overseas in the beginning of the year and we needed to have our wedding earlier! So we called them again and guess what? No problems occurred. On our special day, Chelsey Garner helped with EVERYTHING. I felt like I have my own wedding planner. It was the best place to have my wedding!!

I called several hotels in the area to try and make arrangements where the hotel would hold rooms for my guests to reserve for themselves later. many hotels in our area didn't do this, or had policies that were difficult to work with. It was also very difficult to get to speak with someone at the smaller hotels. Most of the time, the person that would pick up the phone had no idea what to do, I had to leave several messages that were always unanswered, or the one person that i needed to speak with was never available, etc. The Omni had a great policy that made it super easy to make arrangements. They gave us a group rate that actually made it cheaper than a lot of the other hotels that I called. Also, the employes that I spoke with all knew exactly what to do, and were great at helping. With the larger hotel, they had the resources to build a large and highly trained staff that didn't fall short. Plus, the Omni was much nicer than most of the other hotels in the area. It ended up that not many of our guests needed hotel rooms, but I'm glad that the Omni was available for the few that did!
